Pretty thin, great design. The " V " essential did not work out of the box. There are 3 things I ask for in a keyboard. 1) Comfy 2.) Decently priced for the alternatives it provides and three.) Keys, when pressed, essentially work.I understand that this keyboard isn't the best of the line but it must still function. Newegg's buyer service is outstanding, hands down. Every single so often a different on the web dealer may possibly have a cheaper price tag by a handful of dollars or so but by getting in a position to have a one-stop-shop with fantastic consumer service trumps all!

It's a pretty cheap keyboard but it doesn't feel cheap so it's pretty good value if your looking a cheap, reliable keyboard.

It's fairly a decent keyboard. I like the customizable buttons and it's pretty comfy to use. Keyboard does not function optimally when playing SCII. Often keys will not register and it's quite frustrating to use a keyboard that wont respond 50% of the time. Good for typical use and what not. Not meant for SCII so I am returning. Also a note: if you press left shift and proper shift and X, nothing will happen. THE Speedy BROWN FO JUMPED More than THE LAZY DOG.X didnt show.

The greatest tactile response of any keyboard I've ever employed. Gorgeous really feel, actually silent when other keyboards just claim to be and are not. Sturdy as all MS keyboards. Not for every person. I personally discovered the keys to be too large and as well far apart for fast, comfy typing. Immediately after a though my wrists became a bit sore. This is a extremely big keyboard. If the layout suits you, however, this may well be the greatest keyboard you've ever owned. I seriously wish Microsoft produced a slightly additional compact, regular layout keyboard with the similar key tactile response. They have a single or two that come close but no cigar.

Affordable, worked properly for pretty much a year. Keys dieing left and appropriate just prior to the year mark. The keyboard is inexpensive, each in value and manufacture. For occasional use it would in all probability be incredibly nice: its well laid out, the additional buttons on best are valuable, and overall feels fairly decent. However for any individual who plans to use this keyboard heavily for operate or play, you are superior off receiving something a little additional robust. I haven't spilled something on this, its nonetheless in pristine condition, and I've had two arrow keys and the tab key go (presumably from gaming and typing respectively). Now I will need a new board a year later, which means I would have been much better off with a top quality ุ-์ board correct from the commence. Thats what I'll do this time around.

Very good ergonomics, great Windows-buttons, comfy to use. As with a lot of other reviews, right after a short time with minimal usage (after hours computer at household) the M button stopped operating. A few weeks later it was back to excellent, but then the C key stopped operating. Appears like some software program bug...been an problem for months now. This has occurred when plugged in to 2 laptops and 1 Computer, Windows XP, Vista, 7, and Linux OS. Time to see if it's still under warranty.

- Plug-n-Play: Full functionality as soon as plugged in.- The slight curve is a great transition from reg. keyboard.- Attractive and inexpensive. The only factor that bugs me about it is that the keys are really loud. Could get annoying if you type on it all day.

Prior is being handed down with old rig of three years which has served its objective nicely. Some complain of curvature but I really feel that it is a lot more in line with hands and hands. Nice keys not to clacky and not too soft it has a content medium for heavy usage. Brief cut keys above for calculator and volume and such are wonderful. Color operates well with most set ups. Applied to be bundled with MS optical wheel mouse for ฤish. Yet another thumbs up for MS & Newegg for keeping this one particular around.

I like the qiet keys and spongy feel. Light and easy on the fingers and wrists. Carries the Microsoft name. Purchased this keyboard for my consumer. The 'N' key stopped working after 6 months. I purchased it simply because of the Microsoft name. I feel Microsoft desires to take a look at this item and re-consider its style. I notice with the other critiques this is rather widespread, time to resolve this Microsoft.

I have owned a keyboard just like this for about two years. It is so easy on the wrist and fingers when gaming. I just ordered a second as a spare. The keys are firm and general the fatigue level is really reduced when using this keyboard for typing documents. Much less curvy than the wavy keyboard Microsoft had origianlly. A good middle ground unit. None

I have utilized dozens of various sorts/brands/types of keyboards in my profession, and this a single is by far the finest designed. I'm luvin' the "Calculator" key above the keypad that opens the Windows Calculator. I also like the bright green lights indicating caps-lock and num-lock. Quite simple to see.The keyboard appears actual solid and the really feel of the crucial presses is "just right".It is a touch-typists' dream come true. If you invest HOURS typing each day like I do, then purchase this keyboard. In contrast to other individuals, I find the size of the "B" and "N" key to be great. Also, the space bar on this one isn't any louder than any other people-- possibly they re-created it or some thing considering that the negative comments about it had been posted here.At ม.99 AND Cost-free Shipping this is a steal! If I had any brains, I'd acquire 4 or five a lot more of these and stash 'em. None... I laughed at some of the critiques that complained about this keyboard having issues soon after YEARS of use!I think about keyboards at this value-point to be disposable. If it lasts, say, five-6 months, I'll be thrilled! As usual NEWEGG is the greatest.

The keyboard functions as expected, and the stretched layout for me is a good option to a split keyboard. I've owned four of these over the final two years. Each and every 1 has broken with in the 10-12 month mark of usage. I'm not an angry typer, I don't slam my keyboard, or kind heavily. But all of these sorts of keyboards I have owned, have broken inside 10-12 months of use. The computer will normally freeze, followed by the keyboard failing to be recognized ever once again.

As soon as you get utilised to it you can truly fly on the typing but it is a bit weird at fist. With youngsters on the computer the spill resistant style is a pluss. this is replacing a keyboard that died an untimely death by applejuice. none so far.

Good keyboard overall. I like the keystroke feel, and the calculator button is sweet. I seldom use the other function buttons, but they are nice. The function keys even perform on GNU/Linux! The little hints on the keys for when you hold control are cool, too. None. Just a good regular semi-ergonomic keyboard.

The cost is fantastic. The buttons do what they say they do i.e. internet opens default browser, mail opens Outlook, and calculator opens the calculator application. The keyboard feels quite light and the keys really feel affordable.
