Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons:CL9 timings at 1333MHz (would like CL8 or CL7)

Pros:CheapLow profile heatspreaders
Comment:
Nice cheap DDR3 RAM for a budget i3 build. Low profile heatspreaders are a plus for those that use large heatsinks. Would have liked to see a CL8 or CL7 kit because CL9 is in the 1600MHz RAM territory but for something this cheap, you get what you pay for. Still would highly recommended for those in need of a cheap dual channel kit. This review was modfied by poster @ 07-20-11 06:10 PM

Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons:Slower than I'd like

Pros:Satisfactory
Comment:
I bought this hoping that it would work well with the 2x2 GB of patriot ddr3 memory at 7-7-7-20 I had. Only worked once I manually changed the latencies of the patriots to 9-9-9-24 to match the mushkins. At first I didn't want to bother changing the latencies and risking breaking my parts, but I was pretty disappointed when I was taking longer than others to join servers in TF2, despite my i5 2500k at 4.2 ghz. I checked my ram usage and it was at 3.2/4 gigs being used, so I had to upgrade. So they're slow/weak I think. Better if you can fill up the other 2 DIMM slots with more RAM.

Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons:Overclocking?

Pros:Great Value
Comment:
Using this RAM in a MSI P55 GD-80, i3 540 setup. Running stable at 1392 MHz, 8-8-8-20 timings, and 1.5V set in the BIOS. I just let the board choose the timings. So far no issues. I couldn't increase the RAM's frequency past 1400MHz though, but for $36 I feel like this kit has been well worth it.

Cons:None at all.

Pros:PriceLooksStability
Comment:
I paired this 4GB kit with the "NCIX Gaming Bundle Deal AMD Phenom II X4 810 OEM CPU & MSI 870-G45 CrossFire DDR3 ATX Motherboard". Very stable, even with a 15% OC to the CPU.The Memory Kit and Combo was coupled with an XFX HD4890 and used to game. I played hours of Battlefield Bad Company 2 online with maximum graphics at 1080p (1920 x 1080). ZERO issues.Good RAM when it comes to DDR3 I simply don't bother with any other brand any more. The price is ridiculously low and I have purchased several kits for all types of Motherboard brands and chip-sets with ZERO issues what so ever. I'm completely sold. Thanks NCIX.

Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons:- None at this price.

Pros:- Very very cheap yet fast enough.- 4Gb is the perfect ammount to have these days, 8 being only for enthusiast or being very futur-proof.
Comment:
No need of more than DDR-1333 or lower timing, unless in specific benchmark you'll never see the difference other than in ur wallet. I have the 4x4Gb version of this kit, no complaint at all.

Pros: Good performance for the moneyNice looking heat spreadersEasy to setup
Comment:
I bought these for one of my backup AM3 rigs on sale. They ran at the rated timings and speeds right out of the box and didn't require me to go into the bios and adjust the settings manually. I tried to overclock them to 1600MHz with the standard timings but they just weren't prime stable past 5 minutes. Highest I could get was 1400Mhz on the low-end 870-G45 mobo I was running. Overall a good kit for a lower end gaming rig.
