The SLI logo on these bulge out. That means if your RAM slots are right next to each other, these RAM DIMMS will push against each other, and won't fit into your RAM slots straight.

I bought a set a year ago and another set a month ago and have had no problems with it. It's not the fastest RAM you can buy but it's the fastest you can buy for the price. I have an XFX motherboard and the RAM is a very tight fit but I managed to squeeze it in very carefully. Start in the middle slots and then the outer slots.

I was a little worried because I don't know anything about this company. The memory has an appearance of a good quality product. Obviously easy to install and is working great. We'll see over time but so far so good and a great value.

my system: 2.66 quad core 64bit intel cpu 4bg ocz sli-ready 800mhz memory 2- 9600 512mb oc vids in sli mode xfx 680i lt motherboard 500gb serial hdd western digital os: Win Vista ultimate 64bit i wanted to add another 4gb of this memory but it will not run in the optimized sli setting in the bios menu when u add the second set of memory to the board. not sure what am going to do now.

i love this ram but i bought it a year ago and only paid $40! i came back to get another 4gb and the price is more then double that now! to get the low cycle times you have to have an EPP ready board (Sli)

I bought two sets of this and later found out that I could have gotten the OCZ SLi PC8500 1066MHz for much cheaper from here. Too bad I'm stuck with it now. The ram sticks performed well and I have not had any problems running it on my motherboard. I clocked them at 5-4-4-15 at 800MHz with no problems.

This is great ram. The price is higher than it was 6 months ago, but all ram has gone up. Most have doubled or tripled their price. Anyone still looking for DDR2 800mhz ram, definitely keep this item in mind. You wont be disappointed.

This exact same Dual Channel set was $50 10 months ago? OCZ must have some kind of scam set up with the San Fran Post office. My rebate was sent back by the San Fan post office for not enough postage for the weight. 2 pieces of paper and the upc was sent back because one stamp was not enough postage. Since when? I am no newb to rebates. I brought the contents to the local post office and they confirmed the postage was LESS than a 44 cent stamp! SCAM! OCZ said they will not honor the rebate if i resend it. What post man is getting paid off from OCZ to return mail?

My mobo is an ASUS P5W64 Workstation, with Win 7U 64Bit Upgraded from 2G single channel to 8G dual channel. Win Exp Score went from 5.9 to 7.2

I got this with an OCZ rebate and a rebate from ebillme that got the price down to six-oh. Great deal! I'm no RAM expert, but I build my own PCs. My mobo doesn't support 800Mhz speed memory, but the RAM worked anyway, as I figured it would. My old RAM was 2 GB OCZ Platinum DDR2, so I just doubled my RAM at about the same speed. Windows 7 experience score went from 6.5 to 6.9. Not bad!

I bought a set back in 2007 when I 1st built my CPU works great can't believe this RAM is still the same price over 2yrs later. But yeah this RAM is great and is the same as my org 4GB 8GB total now I would of bought more if my MB could hold more than 8GB of RAM.

Bought this about 8 months ago and they both have been slowly breaking down and causing my computer to freeze. They finally gave out on me all together. I haven't been overclocking or doing anything else that could damage them.
