Great performance vs cost (but at what cost?)
Comment:
Got this drive a month ago for $150 after rebate, which is a fair price for an ssd this size (hopefully it will be the norm a year from now). Great performance in win 7; it boosted my performance index by a full 1.0 point after switching from a 74G raptor. One caveat: the drive seemingly died on me after a bluescreen (win 7 still has BSOD unfortunately), motherboard did not detect drive on the following startup and I got a bootmgr missing error. I thought I was SOL since I had traded my warranty away for the rebate, but it unexpectedly worked again the next day after shutting off motherboard and swapping a different SATA port. Moral of story: think carefully if the initial price without rebate is worth it, because these agility drives are relatively new on the market and you will need to throw away your warranty in order to apply for rebate. I gave 4 stars for value as a result.

Great Price and Fast
Comment:
Bought this for like 150 something after rebate. Cant beat that, even though another reviewer said he got it cheaper.. Oh well... It doesn't have any bracket to mount to 3.5

Awesome product
Comment:
I replaced my old hdd with this one... This thing is so much faster. It gets a 6.9 on the windows rating system... so needless to say this thing is awesome. My computer will start in about 7-8 seconds now thanks to this harddrive. Although it being only 60 gigs does limit what you can do on it quite a bit, it's speed more than makes up for it. I'm glad i got it when it was cheaper...

A very good find

I recently purchased this drive from TigerDirect in-store. I had gone out to the store looking for the 32GB version, as that was the price-point where I was comfortable -- and this one happened to be on sale for about the same price. For my netbook, after removing my -old- 160GB mechanical HDD, and replacing it with this new 60GB SDD, I am very pleased. The performance increase is wonderful and being free of the G-force constraints is very liberating; I travel with peace-of-mind and no concern about the bumps and knocks of having a netbook on-the-go. Also, to add my 2-cents, who cares if the drive is Windows7 certified, it runs my Ubuntu Linux at blazing speed, and pops up my XP session in a virtual box in no time at all. Very happy. Nice drive. Thanks OCZ.

Very nice product, very nice deal

I paid only $125.00 after rebates, and I've only been using the SSD for 1 week at this point, so take this review for what it's worth. it has performed perfectly thus far! very very fast boot speeds, and programs load nearly instantly. I've had no problems whatsoever, and the firmware fully supports windows 7 and handles all the issues common with solid state drives. i saved $60.00 off the regular price using a manufacturer rebate and an ebillme rebate. i would not have spent $185.00 on this harddrive, not to say that isn't a fair price, but for 60 gigs of space, i would simply have waited for prices to come down. glad i didn't have to

Works great with Windows 7
Comment:
Expensive but reduced alot of my load times. Did my research at the OCZ website, looks like the 60GB versions the agility is the faster between the agility and the vertex. only on the 60GB versions though. Also, it gets a 7.2 on the windows experience index performance rating for primary hard drive. my 7200 rpm drive was rated a 5.2

Wow, just wow
Comment:
Okay, this hard drive is very fast, all my applications load quicker and my bootup time has been cut considerably, even the speed that my computer gets through POST has sped up. I only had two issues, one is that I use Linux and I like to use one with WindowMaker but I could not get it to boot unless I installed my Slackware with the KDE packages (don't have to use KDE though) and the other issue would maybe be the price but I still put 5 for the value because it's the price of an SSD of a lower quality so as far as SSDs go, it's probably the best you can get for that price :)
