Comment:
I typically stick with OCZ as they have often provided me with stable, dependable RAM. This kit was no exception, although my motherboard did call for me to set the timings by hand, this kit ran three hours of memtest at the manufacture recommended settings without error. Stability issues when not tuned precisely appropriate, if you are looking to do some significant overclocking, these are not the sticks for you. This is my very first kit of DDR3, however not my very first kit of OCZ and as often they have been absolutely nothing but a joy to function with. Perfect for $120
Comment:
This Ram is very fast and very reliable. I got it with a large rebate so it was worth it no matter what pretty much but I still think its better than the gold models.

OCZ Obsidian Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:Not the best ddr3 rams out thereslow rebate

Pros:PriceStability
Comment:
Overall, it's a great set of ram. so far it's working perfectly fine. I've heard negative things about OCZ and their rams, but so far it's proving false. Rebate's going slow, unfortunately, but I would buy them again.

OCZ Obsidian Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:Can have difficulty getting them to run correctly

Pros:Cheap ddr3
Comment:
These are an affordable ddr3 kit to have 6gb to go with a core i7 setup but can be a bit of a hassle for some people for one reason or another. I have yet to have a problem with these in my brother's rig. Get them while they are on sale.

Great RAM
Comment:
This RAM is priced a little high but currently comes with a $30 mail in rebate. Tough to beat that! Will run at 1600 with 8 8 8 24 2T timings but easily runs at higher frequencies! Worth the consideration!

Prices Change
Comment:
Well, the price has risen since I bought it, however I don't need any more than the single set of 3. This is amazing RAM. It's used in a build meant for compiling at optimal speed, meaning I use GNU make without a jobs limit. I've yet to reach 5G used RAM. It's very quick, and at least was a very good price. I'll buy some more, I'm sure, once the price drops again.

OCZ Obsidian Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:No fancy heatsink, latency

Pros:Works well with overclocking
Comment:
These modules were fantastic at the sale price $124.99 + MIR. I have no idea why NCIX suddenly raised the price of these - probably the high demand?Anyway, I was able to have these run at the specified 1600Mhz stable on my i7 920 system. Great buy!

Cons:None

Pros:Fantastic priceVery good performanceQuick Rebate response
Comment:
Not much that I can say that others haven't. You get a high quality product for a much more reasonable price compared to the other brands. I've had zero issues with the product and the rebate actually was processed very promptly. Highly recommended.

OCZ Obsidian Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:mine failed memtest and will have to be returned

Pros:quite good value, especially when on sale
Comment:
out of the 3 modules, 1 failed both memtest and memtest+ (same error consistently over several runs). now i'll have to return the whole kit to NCIX. be careful and make sure to run a memory test when you've installed this RAM. having said that, the remaining two RAM modules did run quite nicely in dual-channel mode. these also look really nice in that black finish.

Cons:None noted.

Pros:OCZ Quality. Works perfectly. Can run overclocked.Great price/performance ratio.
Comment:
Cheap as hell. Performs awesomely paired with a 4.0GHz i7 920. Ram runs on a 2:8 ratio, 9-9-9-24. More expensive memory isn't worth it unless you're overclocking. Get this set!
