PC Power & Cooling Silencer 910W Silver 80+ ATX 12V 2.2 EPS12V 24PIN Active PFC Power Supply
Comment:
It puts out the voltages that it's supposed to consistently. I have monitored them with cpu-z and it's quite stable. This PSU utilizes a single 12V rail which is good for power hungry video cards. I'm running two GTX 285's and really feel comfortable working with this PSU to power my investment. Not modular connectors but that could mean much less things to break too I suppose. It has four total pci-e connectors but the specs sounded like it had 6. It works properly and is priced really well.

-Effective Single Rail 12V-Good quality Craftmanship (Read Below)-Good Warranty Period I'm not 1 to write evaluations, but QA in PCP&C is practically non-existant from my recent knowledge. Unit arrived DOA. I purchased 1 of these to use though my 1200W PCP&C PSU is becoming sent in to manufacturer RMA and it's a dud! I've been utilizing PCP&C for years, now the last two units have failed, 1 1200w whitin 1 month of usage and now this 1 came DOA. I don't know what has occurred to this corporation, but either I'm truly unlucky or excellent control has gone out the window! Now I have to pay shipping back for Each units! 轜 invested in two power supplies which are nothing more that nice paper weights! Genuinely disappointed with PCP&C, expected much far better... shame on you! Manufacturer Response:Hi, we are really sorry for the problem. We have not changed our manufacturing or QA program at PC Power. We are still situated in the similar creating and have the identical staff. Rough handing during shipping is the largest trigger of DOA units. We apologize for the 1200w unit going out on you. We use premium components and unfortunately we do have an occasional part failure. In contrast to most modern electronics that use integrated circuits and contemporary discreet components, power supplies still use chokes, transformers and large electrolytic capacitors to get the job performed. Please RMA with Newegg and your replacement need to perform fine for you. Thanks

Solid create quality typically not noticed in power supplies. Potent and quiet, certainly a beast to run an enthusiast i7/SLI pc. I prefer single rail PSU's and this delivers. Great value for price; worth choosing up even if it's not on sale.Really pleased with obtain; PCPC has a new fan. Modular if not semi-modular would be good specially with peripheral, sata and PCI-E cables. Knew this was not modular, but it would be a good addition for the future. Make confident you sport a large case or you'll have trouble with cable management. Definitely a winner for a power-hungry high-efficiency PC.

24-pin, dual 8-pin, and 4Ǟ-pin, dual twoƴ, dual 6, strings of sata & molex. SLI convienient tri-sli doable if necessary. People today who insist on modular just need to have to acquire a larger case. Challenging wired is not a con! It just makes sense. Even far more sense for affordable power supplies! This pc power & cooling is only 5yr not 7yr but it's also inexpensive. Not inexpensive. Its hard to pull 800watts even with tri-sli. At this cost/pf point, there isn't any question. This will grasp a huge chunk of the marketplace.

Looks nice. The energy supply came totally dead. You know, immediately after every thing excellent I've heard about PC Power and Cooling, the first time I order from them I recieve a DOA. This isn't just bad luck, this is poor good quality control on behalf of PC Power and Cooling. They really should at least test the thing ahead of they send it out. So now I'm waiting two a lot more weeks to recieve a return just so I can turn my new computer system that I spent 1700 dollars on... Manufacturer Response:Hi, we are sorry for the dilemma. The largest cause of DOA units is rough handling for the duration of shipping. You replacement ought to function out fine for you. If you have any further concerns or complications, please contact our support staff directly at the link below ahead of doing anything further.ThanksExternal Link(s): PC Energy Support|

I have been constructing computers for really some time now, and this is the highest excellent energy supply i have come accross. I extremely reccomend this. Running quad core and SLI(you name it, it runs it) Not to mention that it's a good seeking unit. The cables are the weakness. I would adore for PC P&C to listen to clients about demanding a modular cable system. There are an abundance of cables, nonetheless there poses the difficulty with cable managment. Also seeing that the new graphics cards are requiring auxiliary energy(the greater-end requiring 2x either 6 or 8 pin connectors), there must have been yet another set of 6ư pin pcie connectors. There are sufficient cables to supply energy for SLI, on the other hand if you decide to go with tri-SLI, you will want to use the (doubleƞ-pin molex to pcie adapters for the third card. Hopefully they will be supplied by your video card. All in all, nothing is ideal. If given the opportunity we could choose apart everything that exists. I would surely buy this once again.
