It was inexpensive with rebate The 1st order from Newegg was obtaining memory errors, RMA'd it with Newegg, they shipped out some yet another set of DIMMS, ran memtest86+ for two days, no difficulties. I ran my computer system for about a week, had to resize my partition and ended up with a bunch of corrupt programs, did a small much more testing and found my memory was failing all more than the memory map. Provides PFN_LIST_Corrupt error and memory errors in WINDOWS XP and failed MEMTEST 86+ with terrible bits The high quality of these Patroit module is questionable. so be aware of possible errors and I would suggest you run memory test as quickly as you installed them. do not wait until the error messages pop out. 4GB of RAM for a Atom 510 mini pc. Low-cost, Performs properly, so far passed a Memtest86+ and Ubuntu 10.04 set up with no any difficulties Heatsink appears to be cosmetic. Cannot close case due to the size of the heatsinks. I fear I will have to dremel the fins off of the RAM. Newegg in no way tested this RAM in their combo deal and it does not fit the Foxconn R20-D2 barebone. I was told by newegg I would shed the combo discount to return it for RAM that fit.
