Cheap for the size. Does not work for long durations at 1333.I render a lot of HD video. Win 7 64 would freeze up after 6-8 hours of rendering. Tried a number of various points. Finally I dropped the memory to 1066 and it can now render for 40 hours no difficulty. Memory tests show up fine since the problem does not show up unless the memory is stressed for a lot of hours. Overall it is okay, operating at 1066 it is extremely stable. 1333 is will work for a even though.

Fast, low-cost, installed and recognized 1333mhz on first boot. Overclocked to 1583mhz None Have MSI P55-GD65 board. Installed four sticks for 8gb total. I went to the MSI internet site and printed their ram compatibility chart. I then went to Newegg and compared ram. 200 bucks for blazing rapid compatible ram.

Functions as expected and advertised, will purchase a different stick soon. No heat spreader. Would be great if the price was ten bucks lower.

functions fantastic no problems. none accidentally bought ddr2 instead of ddr3 and had to get great, low-cost ddr3 quickly to finish my new college rig. couldn't have asked for a superior fit than this. I do gaming and advanced 3d rendering alot and this combined with my AMD quad core chew by way of it all without having a hitch

Cheap Low-cost, I ordered five of these for a Computer I was building and at 1st they seemed to work. Even so I slowly began seeing far more errors and bsod's. immediately after checking almost everything else I ran extensive memory tests and they all came back with errors, ALL OF THEM!!!! Don't purchase these if you want memory that works. Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Customer, We regret to hear that you've had difficulties you've had with your memory. Please don't hesitate to contact support@patriotmem.com and a rep will be glad to assist you. If a replacement is needed we'll be glad to expedite the RMA approach for you. Sincere Regards, Patriot Support

Affordable, no problems on Biostar 880G board could have some cool heat shields Who genuinely cares what your RAM looks like? I don't develop towers with 10 LED fans that light up the space, so I only see it once. This RAM is low-cost and does what it is intended to do with no issues.

Inexpensive, easy, functional. None. I employed a single stick of this ram to get my new gaming rig project going and the system booted correct up with the ram running at the specified speed. No tinkering required on MSI NF750 G55. I plan on getting three far more for the other slots. That makes 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM for a total of 赌. Unbeatable!

Can be low cost. Worked in my Gigabyte mobo. Appears to be superior stuff. Possibly about as quick as more pricey DDR3 1600 when used with a Clarksdale i3/i5. Not low cost now at the time of writing, compare with other value RAMs! No heat spreader. Don't invest superior cash on 1600 if you have a Clarksdale. Its a fairly excellent waste of funds. The latency of the memory controller is so poor! I purchased a 2GBx2 kit of comparable memory, no issues or complaints.

Pros:Price on sale, Stable.
Comment:
I bought this memory for a gift to use in an AMD AM3 build. The build was for gaming/movies mostly and a slight overclock to the AMD 550 CPU with unlocked cores. The ram held up nicely and we now have a very nice system that plays any game we throw at it. So for the price we got it at when on sale this was a very nice deal however I'd still not hesitate to pick some up regardless if needed.

Patriot Signature 2GB 1X2GB DDR3-1333 CL9 Memory Module
Cons:-not enthusiast by any means

Pros:-can't beat the price on sale
Comment:
If you're looking for cheap ddr3, this fits the bill. No compatibility problems with a Gigabyte MB, and on sale for ~$40 you can't complain. Don't you dare try to overclock it though, it won't play nice that way and the timings don't make it suitable for enthusiast machines. Awesome for what it is.
