Simple installation into my vacant RAM slot. Powered up with no glitches. Improve in speed (I previously only had 6 GB ram for a Windows 7 system working with AMD Phenom Quad core chip) is rather noticeable. None so far. My other 3 ram chips are Samsung 2 GB DDR3s. After spending some time with this memory I have been able to get it to 1600Mhz 24ǝ steady @ 1.7v!! The timings can also be made tighter, 7-7-7-20 is not out of attain on stock speed and voltage. Doesn't come with a heatsink to permit even more insane speeds?

This RAM fit my motherboard perfectly. I have windows 7 Ultimate which utilizes about 900MB of my 2GB RAM. I can nonetheless play quite light games, but I will absolutely get another a single of these to increase it up to 4GB.
