You get what you pay for....................
Comment:
This case fits the bill to house a PC and I like not having a front door or anything too fancy. Watch the construction it may bend over time and the power supply does not look that great so have a spare in case but that is the spiel anyway for a economy case.

Comment:
My first attempt at "assemble my own." This case made that easy. The fan on the side is a little noisy, but not unbearably. It was inexpensive, which is what i wanted in my first try. Probably next time I would go for a little better. I like the way it looks.

Poor quality case
Comment:
Look for a better case. The power-on switch on the font of the case is extremely cheap. Mine has gone bad in less than 3 weeks.

Decent Case
Comment:
The first case I got had a frayed power cable to the floppy drive, but returned it and had another one in a couple days. It is a nice case that looks good. Love the open side and the red LEDs on the fan.

Decent deal if you want the glitz in a cheap case
Comment:
Bought this as part of a bundle deal a couple weeks ago. I guess TigerDirect doesn't check the bundles before they put them up for sale because this comes with a PSU that doesn't actually work with the motherboard they shipped (no 8 pin 12v connector, only a 4 pin). So that was a let down. Other than that it's a decent case. It's very light (pretty cheaply made), but it looks decent from the outside, and the window styling isn't bad. Comes with an LED fan on the side, but no other fans (which again was a little disappointing). At least there are mount points for a number of additional fans. Plenty of room inside for moderately sized boards and all the drives you'd need. Just make sure you add adequate cooling, and of course a better PSU. Bottom line, if you like the window and styling, and don't have a demanding build (like a quad core), this is not a bad deal, but it wasn't very professional of TigerDirect to bundle this with a quad core Phenom II and motherboard.

Nice looking case, terrible power supply!
Comment:
I bought four of these cases and within to two days of putting them together, three of the power supplies failed. $50 is a good price for the case but make sure to buy an additional power supply. I will be purchasing more of these cases. I just wont be using the power supplies.

Good Case, Bad Power Supply
Comment:
Bought the case as part of a kit. Case has plenty of room and looks pretty good. However, I would definitely invest in a different power supply. Not only is it rather weak for the kit I purchased, it died within 30 minutes of running the new system. Since I didn't want to wait another few days to get a power supply shipped, I ended paying way too much for one at the local PC shop. Go ahead and spend the extra to get a better power supply and toss the one it comes with in the trash.

Fair value
Comment:
Case as with other reviews was purchased as part of a barebones kit. Happy with all parts, except the power supply. Cheap, lightweight, not enough plugs to expand with DVD burner and extra hard drive.

Package Components Don't Work Together
Comment:
I bought this case and power supply as part of a build it yourself package. The power supply is not powerful enough nor does it have the right connectors for the motherboard that came in the package. Now I have to buy a new power supply just to get the components to work.

Worth The Dollar
Comment:
This case came as part of a kit. It is a standard screw type mid tower PC case. As far as mounting things there are no bells and whistles, it is all standard inside. Comes with a 450W PSU. Font USB and Audio connectors. No front Firewire even though the case has a footprint for one. Has place for the 120mm intake fan and the 120mm exhaust fan. Pros: Good Price. Nice external design with a clear side window and a lit front(two red light strips down the side of the front of the case). It also comes with an 80mm fan for the window vent. Enough Room inside. Cons: The included power supply is cheap. It does not even have 1 PCI-E Power cable and only has a P4(4 pin) 12 volt rail for the CPU. The case itself has the look of a nice performing system, but the power supply inside indicates otherwise. You will probably want to replace the PSU for any system you are building with this case and save the included PSU for some low cost beige box.

PowerUp Black ATX Mid-Tower Case with Clear Side, Front USB and Audio Ports and 450-Watt Power Supply
Comment:
This case arrived with the side bent because whoever put it on didn't bother to line up the slots with the grooves for the side panel and just jammed it on. Once I straightened the panel out (yes the metal is that easy to bend), I put the system together only to find out that the power supply that comes with it doesn't work. I now have to send the whole thing back just to replace the power supply. Definitely a cheap and shoddy case.

PowerUp Black ATX Mid-Tower Case with Clear Side, Front USB and Audio Ports and 450-Watt Power Supply
Comment:
I bought this case in November 2008. It's been now 5 months and I haven't had any problems with the PS Unit at all. I do, however, keep my PC on standby when not in use. Also, the power button does get stuck. What I did was just spray some WD-40 and it seems to be very good now. Great Case. I installed a 120mm Fan on the rear. I have it running on a Pentium Dual Core E2200, with a Nvidea GeForce 9800 GT and play Crysis and all the lastest games with no overheating issues at all. Very happy.

PowerUp Black ATX Mid-Tower Case with Clear Side, Front USB and Audio Ports and 450-Watt Power Supply
Comment:
I purchased this computer case as part of a ''barebones kit'' on Jan 19,2009.The value of it was around $40 at the time.Power-Up cases are the least expenses case out on the market that I know of.SO you get what you pay for. This case is made of aluminum so it's lightweight. As for being durable well the sheets of aluminum are pretty thin but can handle NORMAL wear and tear. The clear sided panel acrylic scratches VERY EASILY so be careful how you handle it. The included 400w PSU died on me within 2 weeks! The issue was a blown FUSE after opening it up to inspect which voided my warranty. The power button did get stuck a lot,had to pry off the panel to fix it.The audio cable doesn't have enough slack to reach MoBo.In short I could have bought a better Case/PSU combo b/c I spent another $40 replacing the dead PSU with a better one.

Comment:
I got this case as part of a barebones kit. As already stated by other reviews, the audio cord is too short and the case is a little flimsy. It does have good space and a cool look for the price. All in all a fair buy.

I got this power up case and a ECS A780GM-A MB and i hooked up all leads and all but it will not power on at all. There are three power adapters comming from the front of the case and no please to hook them to at all and i have a feeling that's the problem but i'm not for sure but TigerDirect told me the case would work on this MB but it won't so i give this case a bad rating cause no one know or won't tell who makes the case to contact them

A little thin but good. If you invert the side fan and add a 120MM to the rear you will lower operating temps by 8 to 10 degrees C and almost doubble the air flow well worth 10 dollars and five min of your time I have built more than fifty units over the past ten years. This case is good for home use and part time gamers. Dale C. Feb 17,2009

Comment:
I have built more than four machines. The ATX Black Mid-Tower Case included with my barebone performed excellently. Except for a short, audio cord to the motherboard, everything went well. Those using this case should be aware that it could use some additional case cooling power and an additional fan be installed.

Comment:
Bought this case in a bundle over a year ago, kinda dissapointed that the PS didnt fit the motherboard it came with luckily i had an old PS that worked. Other than that the case is great plenty of space, and i didnt have any of the problems other reviewers had (but i didnt use the PS supplied with it). I'd say if your ballin on a budget then this is a case for you, but if you can spare the change, invest in a better case.
