Inexpensive 1 out of 2 unit DOA. Processed RMA through RaidMax customer service. I had to pay บ.11 to ship the defective unit to RaidMax since they do not cover the shipping charge. It would be nice if they give merchandise credit of their RaidMax product, but they don't. This is a good PSU if it works, but the high quality is not so very good. After paying for the shipping charge, I really should have bought greater high quality/higher reputation item. Based on my knowledge, I most likely think twice just before I get one more RaidMax item.

None Only a 30 day Manufacturer' s warranty. Died in just 4 months. Don't obtain this Power Supply. If it was in any way dependable the manufacturer would give at least a 1 year replacement warrenty.

low-cost, literally. affordable, figuratively. I purchased a couple of of these energy supplies. I don't remember if it was two or 3, but on two of them, the black wires just came out of the four-pin Molex connectors. Just discovered the second one currently. I was obtaining disc read errors on bootup and seriously slow booting for some time. When it failed to boot completely these days, I looked inside the case, and after moving factors around to make positive that the connections to the drive had been secure, I discovered that the ground wires had come out of the tough drive connector.

I can't think of 1 mainly because it only lasted 1 day Power supply would randomly shut down and then it would restart. Then it would shut down again and restart and so on. On restart it didn't have sufficient power to boot my personal computer. Replaced a burnt out power supply with this 1. Ran fine for about a day. The next morning I began the laptop or computer and it would cut out and then start off up again. Very weird. Put in a distinct PSU (another brand) that I had in stock and it's still going powerful for three days...24 hours straight. CPU temp running at 78 degrees so 'puter is not overheating.Cost to get PSU and then ship it back would be a lot more than PSU itself. Looks like I'll be consuming this one.
