great window! excellent LEDs, all operate fine. Fans are quiet. ALL steel, has a fantastic really feel to it. Removable mobo tray. sensible airflow. well, these cons took me a handful of minutes to come up with, so there mainly minor. lack of usb ports on the door, if I have a HDD plugged in, i cant close the door. left door catches from time to time(that can be frustrating) glass scratches somewhat quickly. general, this situation is the finest I have ever owned. Very reccomended!!!

Exceptional style - makes Computer assembly a breeze. Incredibly sturdy construction, a lot of fans and graphics card support mechanism. The door latches are my favorite, way much better than trying to line up those tinny tabs with their respective slots that so several situations have. None. Only 2 builds with this case so far, but each builds came out wonderful.

Fold out motherboard tray, great fans, and few tools necessary. slight space crunch with high end cards, only a single spare expansion shield and lack of additional standoffs As a first time builder, this case was advised to me by a tech savvy friend, and I'm not regretting her tips. The fold-out motherboard side made it rather ease to install most of my elements without worry of loosing a screw or banging them against the rest of the case. The tool-less drive cages were a good addition with tiny difficulty slotting the brackets on my WD 2TB HDD or my optical. My only key complaint is following installing a GTX 470 card, it was coming close to taking up much of the horizontal space, forcing me to retain the drive down low and remove the locking bar/card fan. Other than that, I did require to scrounge up a spare stand off for the MB and a extra expansion shield from my old rig, but it just nitpicking now. Still, this is a rather builder friendly case and a great solution for these who want to try their hand at a DIY laptop or computer

The airflow is pretty excellent. About the exact same temps I got with my old case. All of the install capabilities are surprisingly beneficial and intuitive. It took me additional time to take my parts out of the old case, then it did to hook it up in the new a single. It's also fairly straightforward to hide all the wires. With all of my components in, it's quite heavy, but that's not necessarily a negative factor. I do really feel like this thing is bulletproof, but my arm does hurt following carrying it. I also wish the GPU intake fan wasn't at the back of the case and was in the front so my graphics card could taste the sweet cold air straight from the outside, but the intake fan in the front does a fantastic sufficient job. I also wish it created me Hot Pockets. This is a fantastic situation, at a great price. I'm Quite picky on situations and I do assume most cases appear like poop. It's fantastic to know that I can find a situation that I really feel does my parts justice. Good for a gaming rig, and good to light up the room.My Build:Core2Quad Q9400 ᤣC across all coresMSI 8800GT OC Edition ᤯C/PCB ᤟CWD HDD ᤡCGigabyte Mobo ᤧCthat's underload.Obtain this situation.

It is a incredibly beautiful situationThe green LED'S are wonderful andthe picture actually doesnt do it justice, the front LED's have some sort of gel in them or air bubbles that give it a appear that lookslike crystal and the side fan illuminates through the back also. The side panel doesnt have any LED'S on it even although it looks like it does thats just reflection (it actually does reflect it although)It is Major adequate for pretty much any good personal computerLOTS and i mean LOTS of fans The front door feels kinda flimsy but seems sturdy enoughWhen installing a sata HDD and DVD drive with the included PSU the DVD drive has to go into the lowest bay and the HDD has to go into the highest a singleThe DVD bays and PCI slots are stamped in not installed so you have to "punch" them out (dont be concerned about breaking them my step father is a technicion and he mentioned to just muscle them out )There is ABSOLUTLEY NO cable managment soyou will have to go to wally planet and choose up a packet of zip ties,i reccommend 8", and make your own cable managmentthe fans that are included function properly enough but the green LED fan IMO faces the wrong direction it sucks in cold air correct onto your CPU's Heatsink/fan but i assume it would be far better if it blew out the hot air that came off of the heatsinkNot actually a con but the side panel window is a smudge MAGNETif your heatsink has to go on ahead of the mobo is installed there is no hole in the situation to do so you will need to install it just before you inst this situation is wonderful for your very first create or a spending budget develop even if i had 1 million dollars i would still get this situation, its not perfect but no case definitely is. Plus most instances have RED or Blue LED's how often is it that a fantastic situation truly has semi-exclusive colors?

It comes with four Fans, and the Steel Situation is awesome. This situation is literally a tank. I appreciate the green LED style, and it has tons of Difficult Drive and DVD drive slots. It gives you fantastic access to the motherboard, and the other components. There is a lot of space in there for something. Every little thing is also so uncomplicated to install, its crazy. None at All, Other than the reality that it won't bring me food. Don't count on the mail in rebate to operate at all, simply because it seems to be done by a organization other than raidmax, so I'm not gonna blame it on them. Though, this case is really great.

- Fold down sides give you uncomplicated access for installing components.- A lot of space for a mid tower, cools very well stock- Practically all metal style (and not light inexpensive metal...this is like a tank!)- Hey and you can't beat the green LEDs! Front fan is tricky to access for cleaning. I would recommended this case to a friend!

Looks Cool with the green LED Fan and the dirk tooth bar. Case is tool-less and the door LEDs are great too. If you strategy on operating a effective program, THIS CASE IS NOT FOR YOU! The fans are of poor good quality and barely do any cooling at all. Cable Management is a joke in this case since it's so cramped. If you're running a massive graphics card, it will be a tight fit. The USB ports and Front Jacks are behind the door, so you will have to keep the door open to use the. That was just POOR Design Looks are not as significant as space and airflow. Spend some far more cash and get a quality case from Thermaltake, Xclio, Cooler Master, or Antec. I returned my Smilodon mainly because it sucks with my technique.

Slick and sturdy screw less style makes set up a breeze with any HDD or DVD-rw. Been searching for one thing with a door in front and I got it. Red HDD LED is not visible with the door shut, you could only see it and just barely although the door is open where the middle green tooth mark is. Also, I normally connect a usb hub to the front of my computer system due to always reconnecting devices so that I won't ware out my circumstances usb port, can't do that with this case unless the door is open. As well a lot of fans for me, some were left unconnected as I'm hoping it won't attract too much dust. -I hate cleaning out my Pc's when a month as I use to with my Antec 300 and 900 series. HEAVY, -not necessarily a con due to it's sturdy construction and fantastic top quality steel. But makes moving it around a discomfort. Overall, quite pleased with my acquire as I was developing a beast with this case, slapped in a 1090T, VelociRaptor HDD, AsRock880GM-LE, OCZ Stealth 600w PSU, 4GB DDR3 1600 Gskill PI @ 6-6-six-15, making use of an old 8800GTS for now till I save up and get a 5870 I have my eye on.. The most actual draw back for me was the HDD light, which is practically non existent.

This case is one particular of the best I've ever built in. The Hinged mobo tray is phenomenal, it allowed me to install every little thing with a lot of space to maneuver. A lot of area for HDD and dvd expansions, although the upper drive spaces would be challenging to squeeze in subsequent to the psu. Final but not least is how the case looks, the LED's are properly thought out, and they look genuinely sweet, overall it looks really slick. Oh, and the internal storage for additional components is awesome! The only problem I had with this case is the 3.25" drive slots where way as well tight. I had to push a lot tougher than I would have liked to get my HDD in. Hopefully that was only my particular case. It didn't come with adequate mobo mount screws or coarse thread screws. I had to use some from a preceding construct.

Im not a pc wiz, and this was my 1st time constructing a pc.Fold Down Trays:This is a great case for an individual with huge hands. I was cost-free to put the parts in at my personal comfort, and did not have to worry about tangles or operating in tight spaces with tweezers.Space inside is good for the size of the case. Just one warning, if you have a whale of a video card like I do, do not install a HD in the best of the lower bay. It will come in contact with the card.I was expecting slightly flimsy side trays, but the entire case is quite sturdy and the doors lock in nicely. Airflow with all five fans in is pretty very good despite the video card hunting like it will block it.Look/name. I am a biologist so I kinda geeked at the name. Appearance isOverall, it is my opinion that its a solid case, it does anything that the firm claimed it would. And, in addition, I have a slick searching case.If I intended to build an additional laptop or computer at this time, I would get an additional The front 120mm fan is a pain to remove. You have to remove the lower HD rack (easy), and then pop out 4 pins and get rid of the front. It was missing 1 standoff, but I am an obsessive planner and the toolkit I had purchased had lots of spares. The case is quite sturdy all around, but I see the front door hinges as getting the weakest link. No complications at all with it, just general observation I replaced the fans with Apevia ones due to seeing evaluations that the fans failed speedily for some. two green LED 120mm, 1 green LED 80mm, two standard non-led 80mm. The glow is not overpowering (it is soft and pleasing) and the noise is really low. The color also matches the green LEDs of the case.

Outstanding case. Makes assembling a new create incredibly easy. Appealing, in that Appear AT ME!!! sort of way. Lots of purdy-bright lights. Comes with a complete screw kit, (I can't think there are case manufacturers who really make you purchase your own screws, but there are...). Lots of fans for good air movement. You just can't beat this case for the value. Hinged front door can be an inconvenience in a high-site visitors region. Not certain exactly where all the mediocre evaluations are coming from all of a sudden. I have bought two of these, one for my final gaming rig make a couple years ago, and a different recently for a new office/design box for the wife. I am rather happy with them. The cabling is all properly placed and labeled, with one seeming exception: the most important power cable. When hooked up to the motherboard, it is also short to allow the MB side panel to drop fully to horizontal. I suspect, nevertheless, that this is really by style, as it forces you to disconnect the MB power leads in order to add and take away cards. I'm confident there are men and women out there ignorant enough to try hot-swapping accessory cards if not prevented from doing so.

Is it achievable to fall in enjoy with a laptop case? Only if you're a geek like I am...possibly. But in all seriousness, I've been making PCs given that the quite early 80's and this case is the best a single I've ever worked with. Far more then sufficient cooling fans, effortless access to all elements. Alter a HD, or optical drive in 30 seconds? no problem. Drop the appropriate side to inspect the motherboard flat out - no issue. The lighting, which has no actual practical objective, nevertheless does supply a certain coolness aspect. I would highly advocate this tower for any individual wanting to make their Pc make enjoyable. There are only two modest difficulties I have with the general design of the case...and I'm actually digging right here...The first is the fact that the front panel USB ports and audio plugs are behind the door; meaning that the door needs to be open in order to access them. Second would be the lack of a fan seat for the upper drive bays. Whilst I typically wouldn't be concerned too much about heat buildup from the Optical drives, I've also mounted a hot-swap drive bay and I located that the 2TB drive that I was working with in the hot swap bay was rather quickly jumping into the 100 degree mark. I fixed this, although by installing a modest HD fan to the bottom of the hot swap bay and the temp dropped back down to the 80 mark even though I did loose the use of the 4th bay.

Fold out motherboard/side panel makes it easy to blow out with the air compressorBuilt solid, very good for lugging aboutCompartment to hold hardware/screws, don't have to go looking for them when switching in and out devices. Stock fans aren't all that excellent, I at some point replaced them all. I just bought this case (the green one) and see they upgraded the rear fan to a 120mm instead of an 80mm. I've owned the blue one particular now for 5 years and stated it was time to upgrade my method. Purchased the similar case (this one) simply because my old 1 held up so great, and it's been via hell. I've dropped it more than a couple occasions allready, had it in and out of vehicles...etc. The front door out of my old 1 doesn't hold worth a darn, but my new green seems to be a bit stronger. I also drilled the window to put in a metal fan guard, the original plastic fins that had been there ultimately all broke away. General I think it's a great solid case, especially if you travel a lot like I do.

Pretty neat style.Fold out sides.Removable motherboard tray.Toolless.Graphics card fan.Green lights!good amount of space while not hugely spacious. I've had this case for about two weeks. The first issue I noticed was that it did not have sufficient room for my power provide I was planning on getting later. The power supply rack only enables for a power supply that is a tiny much less than 4 inches high and 6 inches wide. I got lucky when I located a Thermaltake 600W that fit. There isn't too much space to work with. I have two hdd's and a single CDROM with an HD4650. I have the stock cpu cooler. I had a small trouble connecting the wires, but not too substantially. There is about 4 to five inches a lot more for an aftermarket cpu cooler. The expansion slots don't have covers right after you remove them. You sort of have to wiggle them out and the metal get in touch with breaks and it isn't replacable like the other circumstances.Lastly, aside from the front door, there is only One particular green LED which is on the fan on the window. Make certain to strategy out your purchases. If you plan on getting this case, make positive to get a power supply that fits. I found a lot of power supplies that I wanted but didn't fit. There's space for customization but not considerably. Plexi glass is so straightforward to scratch X[ I hate it.The case is quite a lot as advertised...even though the craftmanship (don't know if that is the proper word) is a little bit much less of what I expected. If I could I would appear for a different case. Even so, we shall see how my upgrades pan out with this case.
