Operates properly, quiet, and the blue light is cool if that sort of issue is important to you. Cables are wrapped to maintain items neat. Cables are ridiculously brief. This is meant to be installed in cases where the PSU is at the top of the case, close to the motherboard's 20Ʋ connector. Works in a HP m8000n case (in other words works in prebuilds) looks good, weighs good (not light) lights aren't as well vibrant. Very good long thick heavy wires with lots of connections. Not really a con, uncomplicated fix, the plug in on the back of the power provide for the cable, interfered with the situation a tad. Yet again not a con it fit like a glove otherwise. For a friend that required me to upgrade his HP media center to play some newer games, required a better power provide than the stock for the video card he picked out (HD4830) and effectively, he liked the lights.

It's very really, I discovered all the connectors and the lengths of cables to be excellent. Runs cool. Looks good. The four-pin ATX12v cable is chained off the 8-pin block with only about 6" of lead. If you will need to hook the 4-pin ATX12v connector into your motherboard and the 8-pin into your video card, This power supply will NOT Work.As the power supply is non-functional in stock configuration, I have no option but to give it the lowest rating. I could send this back for an additional power provide but I need to have this machine to function, so I'm going to resort to voiding the warranty by cutting the factor and splicing in some longer wires. I'm rather infuriated by the extreme short-sightedness of this particular style selection by Rosewill. They took the two most distinctive, crucial connects and tethered them together, as if you had been only ever going to use one particular or the other.
