Comment:
Inexpensive Wireless N card for a reason - performance is terrible. Used it with a Linksys router and could never connect via N. Signal was weak and connection constantly dropped. Bought a Linksys N card as a replacement and performance is fantastic.

Non-descript product
Comment:
There is nothing really exciting about this product. While it does work, as expected, you'll get what you pay for. The low price equals lower quality and security performance when compared to other, better-known, brands. The antennas hang loosely and cannot be tightened. More importantly, it is definitely not WAP, WAP-2, and TKIP/AES compatible as advertised - only WEP. This is a big disappointment given the advertisement of these newer technology security features, in addition to its long-range wireless-N capability, that attracted me. The latter feature remains to be seen after I move it to a new, permanent location. BTW the name on the package is Arkview, and not Sabrent as advertised. I will probably replace it as soon as my budget allows me to.

bad signal
Comment:
i had my computer in one room. and a router in another room about 15 meters away. Not really any walls in the way, all doors open, and i still get bad signal (around 20%). moved my computer to 5 meters away but with a wall blocking it. and it was still around 70%. only got 100% when it was a clear path with nothing in the way. i think this card can do better.

Wireless N on a tight budget? Get this card!!!
Comment:
This is a really good card and gets a strong signal. I am about 35 feet away from the router and 3 rooms/walls away. I get an 85%+ signal without fail every time I connect. One thing I will say is that the card's management software is super sucky. I let Windows manage my connection now and have had zero problems. Use the card's software to get things up and running (it has a cool signal strength meter and some other bells and whistles that Windows doesn't) but after the card is working and you are connected, kill the software and use Windows.

Worth every Penny
Comment:
Sabrent's Wireless Card? Arkview is the name of the Card. No Problem installing the software on the small CD. 2 antenna not 3. It work blazing fast with Wireless N router, but normal with the my Wireless G. The signal is stable at around 80% even my router is downstairs at the living room, and my pc in the small room upstairs. I can receive neighbor's wireless N signal about 50%. For the price you pay, it's worth every penny.

Good deal for my Mac!
Comment:
I own a G4 Powermac running OS 10.5 and this is a pretty decent card. It doesn't use the Airport driver, but it does have it's own app that connects with my Airport base station. It hasn't dropped a single connection and it's fast utilizing the 802.11N. Great card!

Fast install and quick connection.......
Comment:
Probably the best investment as wireless is concerned. Put my kids desktop up stairs so I can monitor their internet time. We have a Belkin Wireless g in the basement and knowing I will be upgrading to a wireless N in the near future this adapter popped in the pci slot and installed the driver. I elected to not install the software on the cd and went with the windows XP wireless. Within 10 seconds after driver installation I was hooked up.

No name brand, delivers for the avg consumer
Comment:
What to expect from Sabrent's Wireless Card? 1: Sabrent is a cover name, Arkview is the name of the Card and the install software is actually yet another name. 2: the software is shipped on the tiny CD's, about the size of a white castle hamburger. hopefully you won't have any issues runnig it on your DVD/CD drive. I didn't. 3: only 2 antennae as advertised, but unlike what the manual says. Pretty easy to follow the instructions. 4: installed easily and I was up and running in about 15 minutes. That included the time to install the card and software. 5: general web browsing is fine, youtube, iTunes, uploading pics to facebook, all good. Downloading games like demos and Online gaming...slower that I'd like but I'm 1 floor down from the router. For about $30 bucks, it's a decent card if you don't care about brand names. I would recommend it for anyone who isn't using it for online gaming where your connection HAS to be fast all the time.

Value, value, value...can't be beat!
Comment:
Price sometimes is an indicator that you may be taking a bit of 'flier' when ordering online, sight unseen, but not with this unit. Despite reading some reviews to the contrary, I had this device installed in minutes and it has been flawless ever since (for over four weeks now). This is a TRUE bargain - something that only comes around once, or twice, a year in my experience!!

Economical
Comment:
The xp network monitor on the system tray says I only get 65Mb/s using wireless N, but its still fast. Very little lag when gaming. Whenever a new computer starts, ip conflict occurs and takes a few seconds to fix itself. That could be the router, not sure. Bought 3 of them and would buy more if I needed them.

Very Nice Card!!!
Comment:
I was very skeptical about this card as the box says Arkview Wireless-N. I must Say it was a very easy install and had no problems as long as you run the setup from the disk. Windows XP didn't spin up the disc (Must be my Computer). Overall a very good speed and a good utility bundle.

Bought this to replace a USB wireless adapter for a home built Windows 7 32bit media pc. Installed, powered up, and connected to the network all in about 10 minutes. Good transfer rates and strong signal combined with my Verizon Fios router.

I installed this card on a new barebones build with Windows 7 RC1. Windows 7 found the wireless card immediately. It works just great. I'll buy more. Oh, the box says Arkview?! I thought it was Sabrent?!
