This reader works only intermittently! It keeps giving me error. I've tried exchanging another unit, use another computer and put in different memory (SD, MS Pro, CF) etc. but same problem still! NOT recommended!

Needed a small card reader/writer since my computer did not come with one. Works well enough with SD/MMC cards. No issues with not being able to delete files. (Maybe people are having these issues with other types of cards.) Good price (bought it at CA$12.99).

Cannot seem to delete files from cards with this product. With my memory stick, very slow and has locked up my computer. If you lock the card, seems to work fine other than the delete part, since card is locked :P So, buy this if all you want to do is copy to your computer and make sure card is locked. There may be other problems, but I am returning so I will not find them.

This is a great item. For its amazingly low price of only 9.99 it is definitely worth it. Any card that you have this will most likely read it. When you plug it into your computer and insert a card the computer recognizes it immediatly which is much faster than when you would plug the camera itself in. It also transfers files much faster than if you just plugged a digital camera and did it through that. Also it is so small that it can just be put into your pocket. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone who wants to be able to read any flash card that they own and with this very cheap deal you better buy it now before it is gone!!

It will not delete the photos from the memory card. You must take out the card and install the card in your camera, in order to delete the photos. Dont' buy this one! I sent an email to the manufacturer, but they never answered about the problem.

This is very good deal. The quality is good, reading and writing CF card very fast, and Windows XP detects and installs it automatically and quickly.
