I was very skeptical of purchasing this $20 card but figured it was worth the chance. It worked great! Configuration was simple. It’s now in my backup server and had been running fine for 4 days now. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and the money it saved me. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because the IDE cable was cheap and the cable separated from the harness when inserting, but I had a spare so it didn’t matter.

Very satisfied with this controller card - currently have an old KD266 and was a little wary of its compatibility but it certainly proved itself worthy to handle the job - needed to add a Zip 100 and DVD-ROM drive and it certainly works like a charm for its price - easy to install and use!

I couldnt get it to work in a dell 8200.. spent 2 hours messing with it.. so cheap not worth the shipping to send it back......

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Works exactly as it should. Fantastic product for the price. Complainers who want to attach CD drives etc should learn how to RTFM. This is especially easy part to use for migrating an existing windows system to a ''mirrored'' disk setup, without any damage to the environment (ie, clean install of OS is NOT required). Added bonus, you can use this part to ''Clone'' *any* IDE HDD to another IDE HDD at a rate of

Setting up the driver is a snap, but it will not run ATAPI Devices and ZIP Devices. However It works with Harddisk quite well. I am highly dissapointed because the product cannot do what it claims it can when you call tiger they have no tech support department, and the company only does support through E-Mail which is just stupid cause if my computer stopped working cause of their product how the hell can I E-mail them. so to anyone looking at this product save your money and go to www.newegg.com faster more reliable service.

Not works with my 120GB Seagate Drive, more.. also not works with ANY ATAPI drives (CD-ROMS, DVD-ROMS and CDRW) im dissapointed... its, a crap.!

Excellent raid card. I highly reccommend reading the installation instructions on the CD rom first! Also, once installed, run Windows update and it will find a new driver (XP install). Supports RAID 0,1,0+1,and JBOD. Really sped up my old P3 computer.
