SanDisk 4.0GB Compact Flash Card
Comment:
Awesome capacity and fantastic speed, keeps up with my Nikon D200 and doesn't slow down at all... holds adequate images in RAW + JPEG mode to shoot a modest to medium size wedding with out changing cards. There's no reason to invest much more cash on other brands of cards unless you have additional funds to burn. Um, it's taking also long for the 32Gb and 64Gb versions of this card to come out. This card is not slow, but for those who say it is, all cards are slow when copying huge numbers of pictures more than to your pc... if you believe this is slow then go back to floppy disks. This is my 3rd Transcend memory card and they're certainly amongst the greatest of the ideal, the best gun of memory cards for the cash... NewEgg and Transcend rock!!

Cheap , quickly delivery , simple return and RMA policy at NEWEGGIt seemed as well kepp up with my 7D on complete .RAW burst. Even so I find it difficult also think that it could preserve up with a 1Dmark4 at 10fps in total .raw res. 25-50% of pictures I took in the very first couple of days had been corrupted and unsealable... I kept reformating the card nonetheless I still could only get the card to say that 15 GB were cost-free space and not closer to 16GB. I RMA'd the card and am expecting a replacement from NewEgg. Hope it performs.

Extremely rapid and cheap. non My wife got some cheap memory for her camera. After seeing the inexpensive memory she got I wanted to get something a little larger and more quickly. Soon after I made her use the memory that I purchased he now hates the memory she got.

16 gigs and not a poor cost FAILED! This CF card totally died on me yesturday! I was utilizing it as a hard drive in my laptop running win xp with the page dile shut off to minimize writes to the hdd. It has entirely failed. I can not get my laptop or computer to recognize it and when i put it into the cf card reader on my desktop it simply says the drive is corrupt. Possibly fine in a camera or other low write applications but it is not suitable for operating xp (maybe linux?)

Low-cost and High storage capacity. Errors pretty much every single time I attempt to use it. It functions well with files beneath 50MB however when I attempt to transfer something bigger to it I get errors. Whats the point of having 16gb of space if you can't utilize it? Like the thought but I'd devote a small much more and get yet another card if you want to shop files bigger than 50mb. Would possibly operate well with a camera.

Operates properly and has decent speed. Does the job with my Canon EOS SLR. Needs to be formatted in order to function with the photo machines at places like Target or Walmart. Machine could not read the card till I reformatted the CD card. Not confident if that's typical or not.

Price, Efficiency, Value for money, Speed None for this value range. I use this card with a Nikon D200 and have yet to be disappointed. Even when shooting at continuous high speed mode ƕ frames/sec) I have been able to take about 18 to 19 shots and have not noticed any slow down.I have been making use of Transcend SD cards for a although and wanted to try out their compact flash cards. So far I have been an incredibly satisfied customer.Considering that the Sandisk Ultra Series III is the identical speed as this card, the value difference is too considerably not to give this card a likelihood and I am glad I took that chance. I am a single very pleased camper and am arranging on finding atleast 1 or two more of these bea[su]ties although the value still remains low.

practically 700 RAW + Fine JPGs or 2600 fine JPGSsNo difficulties with speed I might be getting lazy finding my exposures correct due to the fact I've been bracketing exposures with all the additional space. I've been really happy with this -- it's wonderful not even having to worry about how quite a few photos I'm taking in a day. It's a excellent value.

Incredibly low cost for this capacity card now.Works wonderful with my D300 and have yet to wait on the card when shooting raw with my d300 even when bracketing shots. I don't shoot sports, but for common wildlife, nature, and pj work this card is a lot quick enough for my wants. Not the fastest card you can obtain if you have much more income to devote or have a camera with a smaller sized buffer or shoot sports, but ideal for my wants and a real bargain.

No issue installing it in my iPod Mini. My 4GB mini is now a 16GB with no moving parts. None so far. New DHL shipping is a joke. I utilized to get points shipped from NJ that would arrive here in 1 or two days max. My last order a couple of months ago, I ordered anything at twoᚨpm one particular day and had it by 5pm the next day! I even had one thing from Memphis that was right here in 2 days with UPS. Now with DHL/USPS, it took 4 days and went from NJ to Mass to NY to get right here. My order was a USB memory stick and this 16GB flash card...

Affordable, huge, rapidly for the cash none Works perfectly with my Minolta 5D. Even even though this is an older camera, it formats the card to complete capacity. Any person who's camera doesn't format to full capacity really should appear for new firmware for their camera. If you are obtaining corrupt files, make confident you turn off the camera, or safely eject card in Windows prior to removing card.

It works. It's a ton of space. In no way failed. Speed is OK.I shoot ten Megapixel Raw files with the Canon 40D and it retailers about 1300 files. I don't know exactly how considerably because the camera's counter tops at 999 :)I use a low cost card reader to import them to my mac and it functions perfectly fine. None Some folks are afraid to shop so many photographs in a single card. I don't know, just get a backup card or download your files just about every day. I'm incredibly happy with having a single card that can remain inside the camera all day and not ever worry about operating out of space.

Worked out of the box in my Rebel XTi and the 7d I rented for a week. Ran into the buffer as soon as on the 7d and haven't but on my XTi, both shooting raw+jpg. No read errors. None. Do your research! There is WAY too considerably misinformation on the internet about card speeds and recording HD video. After carrying out my own study, I bought this card with confidence that it would perform. It did that and then some. 1080-30p recorded without a hiccup across several videos in varying lengths from ㅖsec to many minutes. Yes, if you've spoiled yourself with keeping your camera on burst mode, you -will- run into buffer problems with this card. It's the nature of the beast, you're not paying for a high speed card (keeping your camera in burst mode won't help you get greater shots; I'm seeking at you, armchair photographer!). Pro's shouldn't even be considering this card, esp. the sports/action sort. For casual/nautre/lanscape shots and the occasional video, this card does the job and does it nicely, for fairly an reasonably priced price tag.

Effectively, I cant speak for the rest of you but I use mine with a Canon 50D digital SLR that requires 20 MB per picture. None - works as described. Besides transfering photographs, this card has the capability of storing, very literally, the contents of most personal computer systems. Use it as an SSD backup drive for your information. Will save you the price of 4 DVD's and fit in your pocket.

Superior value (Gb/$), more than quick sufficient for my use (I'm employing it as a replacement for the 4Gb microdrive in an iPod mini) - an amazing upgrade for a reasonable price. Plugs suitable in and works! None so far. Even though this is a 133x card, I have a 266x Transcend CF card ƔGb) that I use for photography ྪ megapixel DSLR). Have not had any problems whatsoever with that card either (in use for a couple of years), and it keeps up with the multi-shot setting (about 7-8 rapidfire shots at ӯ per second before slowing down a little).

Very reasonable value, extreme capacity. Functions with every device I have tried. A bit slower than I expected, takes 45-60 mins to fill the card. I can't genuinely complain about the speed, it is still quicker than my SD cards. Absolutely advised. Newegg is good!
