Comment:
Came with rubber mounts. Cheaply produced. Does not even come close to moving the stated air flow of 32 CFM (but that's why it's so quiet). My farts move much more air than this (but aren't as quiet). Immediately after a week or so of use it was no longer ൖ dB" It sounds like it's on its last leg. Maybe I just occurred to get a lemon?

Extremely extremely quiet. None so far. As far as product, seriously no complaints, excpet perhaps the value. I don't like a loud laptop or computer, so worth the money to me. Took one particular egg off for Newegg's "egg saver" shipping. I consider Newegg would be much better serverd to ommit DHL out of the loop and just use the USPS for item likes this. I order this item on a Sat. yet another item from on Mon. from another site(not laptop or computer connected), recieved each item the very same day...Newegg's from NJ, the other from CA...Newegg used DHL, the other spot didn't. You be the judge.

It's incredibly quiet. The plastic and the holographic sticker have a cool appear. I have a tough time believing this point is pushing 32 CFM. I'm operating 2 80mm 31 CFM Masscool sleeve bearing fans in my situation that are pushing a noticeably greater quantity of air than this thing. Plus they're produced of nicer plastic and the cords are wrapped. Plus they price 7x much less... plus they aren't a lot louder than the SilenX... Need to I go on? I can't advise this fan for the value and performance (or lack thereof).

• Pushes a lot more air and makes much less noise than the 80mm S-FLEXes, which are a lot more expensive. Ha!• Wonderful style, good golden metallic finish.• Comes with both the silicone anti-vibration mounting brackets AND run-of-the-mill case fan screws, so that you have the option of mounting it with either.• PWM, and comes with a four-pin Molex adapter • Not one hundred% silent, but pretty close.• The silicone brackets at some point break, unless you install them once and by no means mess with them from that point onward. Also, they are rather hard to install unless you have a pair of needle-nosed pliers. I used a single of these as a CPU fan for more than a year and it in no way let me down. Recently I decided to move it into a different situation and spoil myself by purchasing two a lot more for the identical situation (my workstation Pc).Now, with 3 of them in the similar situation, my quad core AMD Phenom 9350e idles at 25°C, down from 36°C prior to I installed them. Moreover, the noise is nearly indistinguishable from what it was just before I installed them (when there had been NO fans in the situation!)Spend the ten bucks. You won't regret it.

Quiet and easy to install. I for 1 like the rubber grommets they come with. Undesirable Color, the photographs did not do the justice of how poor they appear and the wires are also flimsy. Effectively worth the income. This is my second time buying SILINEX fans, and I will continue to mainly because they ROCK!

Quiet, moves adequate air, the LED ones are good also. Most the ones I've had go about 2 years ahead of they quit or barely spin. Can't complain as they are running nearly 365 days a year and that is the warranty time on them. Have had a couple die within a year and Silenx has cheerfully exchanged them. I maintain shopping for them simply because they are quiet. I don't thoughts a C or two a lot more situation temps in exchange for the quietness.

Really quiet fans, i was hunting for the most quiet fan with good airflow and these meet my needs. rubber mounts are kinda cheesy...but they function...im not a enormous fan of them. fantastic fans, one of them wasnt recessed all the way, just took slight pressure to seat it all the way...บ for a fan...they are worth it...

Cool rubber screws keep from vibrating on situation. Fairly pricey for what it is. I'm going with Cooler Master next time; there truly isn't a huge sufficient difference to spend the additional dollars. just by the pack of rubber screws

Very quiet. I have 4 of these fans in my case (two side, one top rated, one rear). They are all controlled by the Motherboard (EVGA 132-BL-E758-A1) for variable speed based on temperatures. I have filters on every single Ɠ fans utilised for air in only) to keep away from dust. They maintain my method running cold and barely make any noise. Nothing at all undesirable to say about them. I just hope they last long. They do not make tornados inside my case, but we knew that based on their specs. This fan is very quiet. For the CFM/DB/Price it is the ideal you can get. Comes with both four and 3 pin connectores. Looks like it was spray painted and inexpensive. Other than that it runs fine. Its a situation fan and I don't care what it looks like.

it's very quiet, i can't hear it at all, and if like me your situation didn't have a fan it's a huge boon to cooling doesn't move a lot air, i had to double verify to make positive it was on and operating, which does speak volumes about how loud it isn't.

Absolutely nothing actually stood out about the fan. I did like the rubber mounts, but I assume most to all aftermarket fans come with this. This puppy is LOUD!!!!! I have a cooler master situation and I replaced all the stock fans with SilenX fans and now my computer runs 3-four degrees warmer and is significantly louder. Not worth it IMO!

practically no sound when challenging mounted, even much less with the anti-vibration mounts. doesn't move as substantially air as my old ones did. Two far more fans, and challenging drive upgrades should take care of that challenge, although (see Other Thoughts). Prior to replacing my old fans with these, i was employing some old server fans, which move very a bit of air, but are noisy as all get-out.As a outcome, my tough drives are operating a little hotter (one fan is in the front of the computer, blowing across the drives), so I have to monitor these temps a tiny closer. Will most likely get bigger capacity difficult drives to lessen the quantity of physical disks in my box (great... more dollars I have to invest... Nicely, that's the nature of the game, isn't it?).

Good aesthetics, initially, they work as advertised. I've had them for a number of months now. I bought 3 to use in a media Computer. Following a few weeks, 1 developed a "tick" sound that lasted about a week and went away.Flash forward to right now, I popped the situation open to dust it out. It's been running non-stop for three-4 months and this is the firs time its actually been powered down. When I was accomplished and powered it on again, I was greeted with loud vibrations and rattling. It wasn't from a wire acquiring into the fans, it was from the fan motors/bearings/whatever being totally shot. All 3 fans. One particular of them is turning at about 500rpm (slow), another one is ticking pretty loud, and the third a single is super noisey rattling and vibrating its brains out. Truly, SilenX? Only 4 months of use? I'm not even going to bother with the supposed warranty, mainly because I do not want one more set that will just go bad on me in 4 months.TL;DR: Don't obtain these. If you will need quiet fans, verify out Noiseblocker or anything else. Stay away from SilenX.

Fan is Quiet. Good rubber mounting "bolts". Grab the tip with pliers, pull hard, and they snap into place really nicely. Much additional pleasant than the regular screws that dig into the plastic.Dependable so far. I have 9 SilenX fans in two systems, and they are all quiet and smooth. none reallyThe gold color clashes a bit with the typical black-and-silver theme of most situations. You finish up with that gaudy Cadillac look. One of these will keep 3 low-profile drives good and cool. You know the fan is quiet simply because you can nevertheless hear the drives seeking.

Really quiet Single fan unable to handle HTPC heat. I had configured my HTPC with a single of these virtually a year ago, and added a second a single lately as the Computer was operating also hot. Dropped the peak temperature by virtually 10 degrees (although I also removed a HDD). Now I can hear a slight whoosh of air, otherwise almost completely silent.I have the fans installed in a "wind tunnel" config, with one pulling in cool air, blowing more than the cpu and the other fan exhausting warm air to the outside
