Tried in two Windows 7 machines, One didn't work, The other made bell sound like in and out, and could not stop it. So took it out, and put in the Trash. For $20.00 not worth sending back. Don't buy this one for Windows 7. |

I have several USB devices that mount indside the case. All of them require an internal USB header. When I first started using devices that connect to an inernal USB header I had standard USB problems (lose an inteupt) where you had to open the case unplug the internal USB cable, maybe even have to reboot with the internal USB cable unplugged an then replug the USB cable for the OS to see the internal USB device. A real pain. However,since I installed this card, using it's internal USB header I have not had any problems at all. I actually put the side cover back on the case because I have not had any problem with the system loosing track of the internal devices. |

The extra USB header was what sold me

No problems whatsoever. Easy to use. I got it specifically for the extra USB header since the motherboard in my daughter's machine didn't have an extra header for a card reader I wanted to install. If your motherboard doesn't have enough USB headers, then this card will fix that. The Header is a nine pin dual header, but can be used for a single connection. |

Like previous purchases, my product came in in a timely manner. Installation was super easy and it's working wonderfully under Windows 7 Ultimate 32b. Increased the availability of USB ports to the extent that my USB network adapter stick is running from one of the internal ports. Would recommend without reservations. |

When I bought the card it said 6 port. When I got it, like 4 days after I ordered it and opened the package, the box said 7 port. One free port for the cheap price I paid. I checked Staples and Best Buy for a PCI card and couldn't believe the price they wanted. I came to this site, saw the cheap price and decided to buy it.
