VANTEC TF6025 60mm Case Fan
Comment:
Worked out wonderful! Yes I had to cut off the connectors, splice and solder them to the original connectors for my application but they do well. They put out a great amount of air even at 70*F temperatures. None. I wish the shipping was cheaper. Newegg appears to be creating a steal on combining 4 fans in to one particular box and charging over twenty bucks for shipping. I used two of these fans to replace some loud fans in some of my Cisco gear. One went in to the power provide of a 3640 router and the other went in to the chassis fan of a 2621XM router. Yes they do put out much less air than the originals on the other hand their atmosphere is in a property lab setting with minimal use.

Quiet, excellent airflow, does what it wants to with out any major hassles. None determined. Often advise thinking about added technique fans when doable, airflow is vital for helpful heat transfer; and if you're in the market for a trustworthy and quiet 60mm fan, these very properly could suit you.

VANTEC TF6025 60mm Case Fan
Comment:
Does move some air and is fairly quiet when working with the 4-pin connector so fan speed is dynamically adjusted. Decent price tag. I run two of these as exhaust fans at the rear of my case, where my dual SLI nVidia Gigabyte GTX460's are, hoping to lower my GPU temperatures a bit. Even operating dual fans, I haven't genuinely noticed any drop in temperature. Not necessarily the fans' fault although, there are tons of other variables at play affecting air flow (case style, placements of other fans, and so on.). Loud adequate to hear when operating at full speed, although definitely not deafening like some other fans.

Quieter and moves a lot more air than my stock fan (AMP XP 2500 @ 3200) None, although shipping materials are excessive and wasteful. As previously stated, you'll will need longer screws if replacing a stock CPU fan.

VANTEC TF6025 60mm Case Fan
Comment:
Quiet fan when not totally spooled up and flows plenty of air for a 60mm. Simple connection and doesn't need a controller. I purchased four of these right here not too long ago and one of them ticks upon bootup at low speed, incredibly lightly but goes away immediately after the case warms up. They can get a bit loud when completely spooled but they do their job nicely taking into consideration they're tiny. These fans are better suited for exhausting a case rather than intake. They will never ever spool up with cool fresh air as an intake fan.

Quiet fan considering its a 60mm. The speed does ramp up with temp increases, but doesn't generate also a lot noise. Mine works along side two other Thermalt@ke 60mm's that whir up a lot a lot more noise. None so far! I just installed it so hopefully it's reliable.

Using this to cool my north bridge and boy is it quiet. It's keeping my generally warm NB at 47 deg C so it's moving plnety of air also. wonderful fan. I wish i would have purchased 3 of these for my lan box. Screws were a tight fit but that was a minor inconvience. It's a excellent fan for those little job exactly where you will need your machine to breath in restricted space.

The size was just appropriate for the little space I essential. My machine was fairly-near silent ahead of the fan, but it's nowhere near annoying with the new fan. Rather have it cool. I need to install a temperature system now to maintain track of it. 1st fan I installed in years. The screws required to be set into each slot very first to insure an less difficult installation Got the fan mainly because I upgraded my video card.

Flawless Installation, on the quiet side (i have two and can't tell they're running). Consists of the mobo connector to tell your mobo what speed it's running at. Makes use of PowerSupply energy connector not mobo connector for power. You can see what speed it's running at but it will not vary the speed simply because it's not powered from the mobo NewEgg ought to get a greater picture to break out the reality that the cables aren't how they appear. And I need to have performed much more investigation to locate that detail out. Still gave it 5 eggs due to the fact the fan operates excellent!

For its size, it pushed a excellent amount of air. On the loud side. Croaked immediately after two weeks. I've had very good luck with dozens of case fans more than the years, so I guess statistically it's my turn to have one die LOL.

They worked fine, and had been quiet enough for me. None. I ended up RMAing these `cause they had been no longer required. I`d acquire them once more although if I ever need to have some 60mm fans. Vantec seems to make decent stuff.

Comments: Excellent buy! I put this fan in my Raidmax case (also from Newegg) and have noticed a 5 degree decrease in CPU temperature (Athlon XP 3000+ now at 38C), and a 1 degree reduce in MB temperature(ASUS A7N8X Deluxe now at 24C). As usual, Newegg got it to me swift. Thanks once more.
