XFX Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) HD-587A-ZNF9 Video Card
Cons:- Card length

Pros:- Quiet (compared to HD 4890)- Really powerful- Low power usage
Comment:
Got this card to replace an older HD 4890, and it’s a great upgrade. Frame rates are good when playing at 1920x1200 with AA. The current drivers are RC, but they work great in most games. The card is also very quiet when compared to older ATI models. You need to be carful with your case selection since this card is really long.

XFX Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) HD-587A-ZNF9 Video Card
Cons:None so far.

Pros:bit quieter Powerful35-40 FPS Crysis Max settings, Dual Monitors.
Comment:
just got this card few days ago, took out the 295, launched this in for some reviewing. I noticed that this doesn't really out perform the geforce 295, i did notice a difference right away with the DirectX11 on windows, but since no games our directX 11 yet, i wasn't able to play around with it's power much. Did grab 35-40FPS On high settings with crysis, and this was stable at around 38FPS Most of the time, so i do appreciate this card, it's multi monitor features are very attractive, however ATI is gonna have to step it up a little because Nvidia's new line is going to STOMP.Overall excellent card, great for gamers who wish to run any game, and have the DirectX11 Power on their hands

XFX Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) HD-587A-ZNF9 Video Card
Cons:-None yet

Pros:+Quiet+Fast+Low idle power use+Eyefinity
Comment:
I have a weakness for new video cards. So here i am. The performance is great and the idle power use is low. Since my computer is not always playing games, this is a welcome feature. The card temperatures are also very low for a video card of this power.

XFX Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) HD-587A-ZNF9 Video Card
Cons:Fan is very Loud, Really long at 11". Drivers are RC versions at the moment.

Pros:Really Fast card, Can run any game at max settings, even crysis at 1920x1200 4x.8x AA.
Comment:
I got this 3 days ago, have it overclocked to 900mhz and 1300mhz memory, GPU score in 3dmark vantage is 16682. Crysis gets me 35-45 fps on 1920x1200 with 4x AA. TF2 is awesome at 220+fps haha. This card is ridiculously powerful compared to the 8800gts it replaced. Rest of specs are:Q6700 k 3.4ghz8gb ddr2-1066WD 1TB Black x2Asus p35 OCZ 600wThis card is really long, can't have a hard drive in front of it in my Antec 900. Also at anything above 40-45% fan speed this thing is loud. At 70%+ it sounds like a vacuum. This card

ATI
Comment:
only problem with this cards its that they wont go 16x AA. Ive been on the green side for ever and I have owned just about every high end card theyve had. But, I always give this cards a chance and this one was the last one Ive tested and when I go to games that I know it supports 16xAA it only goes to 8x AA. For a person like me that it is used to quality this is not gonna cut it. Just an advice take it or leave it.

XFX Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) HD-587A-ZNF9 Video Card
Cons:Absolutely none, so far.

Pros:A very quiet card (depending on what you're doing), good temperature control, and also a very sleek look for those who have a thought about tower eye-candy.
Comment:
Although I was not the one who owned this Radeon 5870, that did not change the fact that I know what it was like. The ATI Radeon 5870 is a, straight to the point, amazing card. Giving any computer the graphics processing power of a goliath on crack, it is also with great power consumption, a nice quiet fan, and last but not least, great temperature control. If you're going to get any card, this is the one for you.The ATI Radeon 5870 provides amazing FPS rates on basically any game. Crysis(R) is able to be played at 1080p at everything at a fascinating 'Very High'. Although you want to have a good CPU, a good set of RAM, and a nice fan to keep your whole system cool, you can even run it it with full x16 AA (Anti-Aliasing).Although I don't have the best experience with computers, a good 5 years has given me enough knowledge to tell you that this is an amazing card. DirectX 11 combined with the great ninja's strengths (GDDR5 noted) makes this my highest recommendation for someone looking for something that honestly isn't the most expensive ever, and gives you the power you want.As far as durability is concerned, I can't say whether it has good durability or not yet. ATI is known for that, and therefore, I'd say this card will last any intelligent person a very, very long time. Now, we have to wait and see if Nvidia can pull something out of the blue to even challenge this beast; because it just blew everything out of the water.

GTX 285 Killer
Comment:
It's time to say that GTX 285 isn't the fastest single GPU out there anymore. The 5870 is here to kill it, and the 5870x2 is about to be released so watch out nVidia!

Wickid sick!
Comment:
In some benchmarks it owns the GTX 295 even by 3-8 fps.
