XION Power Real 1000W ATX Power Supply

I originally had a 580W Power Supply which could not handle my new Gigabyte AMD Phenom X4 motherboard and my new XFX ATI 4850 video board. The computer also has three hard drives (2 X 300 GB, 1 x 1.5 TB), a DVD burner, and a sound card. It has two large case fans and a large CPU cooler. I have had no problems with this power supply. It works perfectly with my system. I can usually get a clue when a power supply is straining because of the amount of time it takes to boot. I have found that when hard drives do not have enough power the boot time of the computer increases. This unit boots up faster than any other comparable computer that I have.

I've had my power supply for a few weeks and it works great! And of course it's a larger power supply, it has 1000w!!! Hello? There are plenty of connections and the lengths of the cables are long enough for larger cases. I have a large case and I had no problems at all. And the best things about this unit is that it's very quiet! I'm very happy!

This psu is unbeatable for the price. I have it running my core i7 920, gtx 275, 6gb ddr3 1600 ram, 2x300gb sata hard drives, 8 fans, and some led and cold cathode lights. I was skeptical at first because of the price, but I am pleased with my purchase.

Pro: Great price & plenty of power. Con: This power is hugh. It took some work fitting it in my mid tower. A little loud but not unreasonable. Another great buy.

This thing is smokin' hot.Enough power for everything you can cram in a tower!! Up and running in 15 minutes with the only hang up being that this thing is huge..Wires are long enough to fit a full size tower with extra to spare. Just take the few extra minutes to route the wires and it all works out in the end

I just Installed this New Power Supply and I runs grate. quad core 3.0, 8 gig ddr2 ram, vista 64bit. bfg 280 gtx 1 gig ddr3 video card. Good job Xion:)

Item works great right out of the box. One issue is it has a large wiring harness coming out of the back so if u got a small case it will be a squeeze.

What r u waiting for, 1000watts for less than $100 bucks. I jumped on it the minute i saw the deal. I've had xion cases before in the past and have liked they're quality, so i went ahead and bought this on intinct. I needed a bigger power supply, to feed my beast. Phenom x4 9950 overclocked to 3.1ghz, MSI K9N2 Sli Platinum MOBO, Kingston PC8500 1066mhx 4gb, overclocked, 4 harddrives, 9 fans, and 2 9800 gtx cards in sli. I needed the juice. If u have a high performance rig, u need power, and if ur on a budget, then this is the way to go.

1000W power supply for 100 bucks.. you can't beat it. No problems at all I'm running a Rampage II Extreme, i7 920 with 6gb of memory. SATA drives 1.5 TB, 1 TB, 320 GB, 320 GB, 500GB USB Drive, USB Keyboard, Mouse and Headset plus external USB HD docking station. Oh and the 4 Monster size fan I'm running off my tower. Not one single problem with power. LOVE IT.

Intel i7 920, GTX 280 video, Chilltec thermo cooler, long power cables allowed me to route cables behind the drive cages out of sight. Plenty of power plugs. 4/8 combo motherboard power connector so it will also fit a the earlier 4 pin motherboards. Bought after reading many good reviews. I will buy this power supply again when I upgrade my work system to a 775 Quad core.

Where else can you get a psu for this price? I have this bad boy setup on the intel i7 920 with a nvidia 275 chipset gpu, and 4 hdds,bluray burner. no problems with power.would be nice to have modular, but at the end of the day, it does what it supose too.

This power supply is the best buy i'v ever purchased it has 4 pcie connectors two of wich are 6+2 pin the other are just 6pin.Has enough amps on the 12 volt rails for tri sli.Very pleased with xion.

It took a little time to get here after getting caught up in customs, but I was happy when it did. The cables on this power supply were more than long enough for my case, which was a worry for me as I do have a larger case. Xion's quality is clear just looking at the product and it certainly runs as well as it looks.
