Cons:Weird noise emanating from one of these fans, very high pitched whine. Goes away shortly after boot up but annoying as hell until it does.

Meh, what can I say, at $4 a piece I couldn't pass up buying a few. 1 out of 3 has an annoying high pitched whine on startup though and would probably cost more the send it back than I paid for it so whatever. They push air pretty decent though. I like the RED fan blades on the Black frame, looks nice in my case. |

I've got two of these in a push/pull setup on a hyper 212+. Don't let the low RPM fool you - I get great temperatures, and they're MUCH quieter than the stock fan. I just have them plugged right into my PSU so they run full speed all the time, but they're still silent. |

I bought picked up 5 of these for $20 which I thought was a pretty good deal. I thought I might as well get these because they were well reviewed and were so cheap.They move an adequate amount of air, but I found them a bit loud. I didn't really care for the red colour either, but I could live with it at that price.Despite those drawbacks, they are a steal at $4 and I would buy them again at that price. |

Overall this is a great fan,but I would only recommend these fans to be used as case fans and not CPU heatsink fans(that should be at >=1500RPM). If you find these on sale then it's a must buy, but if you can't wait, at 9.99 I would say that there are better fans out there (when higher-end fans gets priced down). |
