ZOTAC IONITX-A-U Atom 330 1.6GHz Dual-Core Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo
Cons:-Gets very hot (to the melting point) without airflow-Can still be warm with little airflow

Pros:-Fine tuned BIOS for specific system-Lots packed in a small package--Power supply --Dual core Atom processor --NVIDIA ION-Little power usage without compromising too much
Comment:
720p video plays perfectly smooth with this, although I didn't really get it to play HD video. I bought this board because it was the only mini-itx (and possibly only board I've seen) with a built in power supply which would fit perfectly inside an old NES case in order to make a NES PC I'm working on. It's amazing that it draws such little power and it includes everything you will ever need for it at a reasonable price. I'm using HDMI as my primary video connector because it has audio running over HDMI as well which frees up a lot of cable clutter. This is about as good as my full sized 500 watt computer I had 4 years ago if not better.

ZOTAC IONITX-A-U Atom 330 1.6GHz Dual-Core Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo
Cons:Runs hot and *needs* the fan to keep it cool. Otherwise you'll get a pile of PCB goo on your desk.Very few mini-ITX cases available that have good airflow.Haven't had much luck with HD playback, but I did put Ubuntu on it and the drivers are still beta.

Pros:Small, quasi portable, Linux support is available.
Comment:
With a good case and good airflow, this little guy would rock. Most of the cases that NCIX offers are too limiting in size to make this unit an effective fileserver. Understandably, that's the point of a mini-ITX unit. If you're looking to get this unit and combine it with a few harddrives, you'll need at least an mATX case. It's good though. I like it.

ZOTAC IONITX-A-U Atom 330 1.6GHz Dual-Core Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo
Cons:-Says its dual channel memory but runs like a single channel memory.

Pros:-Overclock Atom and Ion.-Works with Adobe Flash 10.1 and Mpc home cinema for gpu acceleration.-Lots of features.-psu is a nice addition.
Comment:
This is a nice board runs pretty cool with the mini-itx case 8.5"x7.5"2.5" I got which has lots of vents. I also replaced the fan with a old amd64x2 heatsink fan and added resistor wire to reduce the noise to pretty quiet. Makes a great htpc after overclocking. Runs at 6 < watt at idle, 25watts watching movies, and 45wtts in 3d while overclocked Atom to 2175 and Ion to 530/1350.

ZOTAC IONITX-A-U Atom 330 1.6GHz Dual-Core Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo
Cons:None so far.

Pros:Small, wireless N, includes power adapter
Comment:
This motherboard is amazing, it has everything you need to play 1080p movies and is very portable. All you need to add is a hard disk drive, RAM, and a case. I also overclocked the atom CPU from 1.6GHz to 2.1GHz and the GPU from 450/1100 to 500/1200 without increasing any of the voltages. I am running Windows 7 Pro x64 on it.

ZOTAC IONITX-A-U Atom 330 1.6GHz Dual-Core Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo
Cons:HOT! Really, really HOT! CPU idle temp is around 50-53ยบ, load in the mid 60's. Also strange resolution support on my Samsung LNT4669F 1080P TV... The nVidia driver driver resized it to about 1800x1012, because 1920x1080 would overshoot the screen. I think I should play with some older drivers, because my previous media center with an 8800GT worked fine at 1920x1080.

Pros:Flawless 1080P .mkv and .m2ts playback in Windows 7 x64 using MediaPortal, streaming from my D-link DNS-323. 7.1 audio over HDMI to an Onkyo TX-SR606 works perfectly. Is also an excellent little emulator, playing N64 games smoothly. The included fan cant be heard from the couch, about 8 feet away.
Comment:
I replaced a $1200+ watercooled quad-core Q6700, 8800GT media center with this Ion setup. I'm now using about 35 watts at load vs my old 250W-300W at load, and I'm getting better looking video playback to boot! I love this little Ion! Now I just need to find a tiny IR reciever to work with my Logitech Harmony One...Zotac Ionitx A UOCZ 4GB Titanuim 800 g 5-5-5-15 2.1VMini-Box M350Hitachi 320GB 5400 2.5"Logitech Dinovo Mini

ZOTAC IONITX-A-U Atom 330 1.6GHz Dual-Core Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo
Cons:Well it's an Atom, you have to expect the CPU to be slower than most.

Pros:Powerful GPU, 2 slots for ram. Very silent even with the fan on.
Comment:
If you want to build a small computer, then this is mostly what you need. Altho like any other Atom you won't get much CPU power out of this, it's still better than the first gen Atom with their crappy single core, and crappy GPU. Some online reviews deem it capable of playing 1080p movies, while I haven't tested it, with a GPU like that it should be able to. If not 1080p, 720p will play fine anyways. This little puppy actually scores better than some laptop I've seen on the Vista / windows 7 computer rating, it's lower score being the processor.
