Fast, More quickly, Quickest! quiet, potent, great. Runs cycles about my 460 GTX. Runs Undesirable Company 2 from 75 to 125 FPS. Black Ops is incredibly smooth and steady, ditto on BC2. Only problem is the software program drivers on the CD caused issues on Terrible Business two. Downloaded most up-to-date Nvidia drivers and problems went away. The installation was simple, though the physique is larger than the 460 GTX. When I got excellent drivers installed anything runs quite good. Fan runs relatively quiet at these more than clocked speeds. Just running it at default values, it runs more rapidly than any point I have ever had before. Get 1 if you can.

Factory overclock that puts the other 560 Ti cards to shame. If you Actually want to, it can be pushed even harder with the overclocking tool offered on the driver disc, but its already awesome enough at the factory speeds. For a little bit greater cost than the other 560s, you get a assured and warranty covered steady overclock to 1ghz, whereas with a normal 560 you would be lucky if you got a card you can push previous 950 mhz.The Windforce 2x cooler is extremely efficient and remarkably quiet given that it has two fans.Locations close to the GeForce 570 and the Radeon 6970 in benchmarks. This is absolutely the greatest of the bunch when it comes to the 560 Ti family members, and is an outstanding value for your dollars. I can't advocate it hugely sufficient. Has an array of six vibrant green LEDs on the back of the card. Based on how you feel about lights, or whether or not or not your case has a window in the very first place, this could be a pro. I personally locate them a bit distracting and was operating out of remaining letters below "Pros". They appear to be controlled or influenced by the OC Guru utility incorporated with the driver CD, see other thoughts. At least they don't blink. Usually. This card has Gigabyte's trademark high top quality parts on the circuit board. According to the back of the fancy box this arrived in, it also consumes about 12% significantly less energy beneath load at 1 ghz than a "standard" 560 Ti ovecrlocked to 1 ghz. Neat. On LEDs: When the OCGuru is running, the LEDs seem to adjust to indicate the load the card is below, or prehaps the power it is consuming. Only a single light active when idle on the desktop, two lights on videos, and three to six lights in 3D games and applications. There is no documentation on these lights in the card's user manual, nor in the help documentation for OC Guru. Exiting OC Guru will outcome in all six lights going back on and staying on, but this has no effect on the card's power consumption or power saving modes.

-Huge overclock causes it to match a GTX 570 for almost 贄 significantly less-Great functionality in contemporary games with max settings-Quiet-Looks good None so far I upgraded from a Radeon 4850, the functionality difference is enormous and I'm certain this card will quickly max out any game releasing this year.

Upgraded from a 9800 GTX + Was playing Crysis on higher with four gig ddr3 ram and a quad 3.0ghz amd chip no AA. Those settings now get me 60+ fps. Turned every little thing up to Very Higher and AA on 2x and consistently getting 30fps even on major action scenes. Runs at 65-67c for hours at those setttings..idles at 35c. Quite quiet idling. Installed drivers from Nvidia suitable away really easy and haven't had any problems. Using 575w energy supply and haven't had any problems. Dragon Age two runs excellent almost everything on highest and AA turned all the way up. Fans can get loud once they get about 80% speed. It is quite massive and depending on your tower you may well have to upgrade energy suppy. As soon as i ordered it Newegg deactivated it that kinda scared me but it has due to the fact came back in so perhaps just in higher demand? I would recommend this card to any1 pondering to upgrade and not wanting to invest also substantially cash. I'm hoping to get a fantastic strong two-3 years ahead of i even feel about upgrading again and seeing what crysis is performing i feel ill be just fine.

Picked up this card to replace an OC 260 video card. Constructed a method final year and picked up a affordable 260 card to hold me over and never upgraded till I saw this card. Had to get it and extremely glad I did. I am a seeing one hundred% fps improve playing Rift. I have almost everything turned to max and am loving this card. Straightforward install, and have not had any issues at all with it. I have not tried to over-clock it but as the super-overclock it already has is rapid sufficient. This card has been in a position to handle almost everything I have thrown at it so far with ease. Haven't located 1 however! Am hoping these are going to come back in stock so I can get a second 1 to do a nice tiny SLI.

No complications!!!! Plugged her in, loaded the drivers from the enclosed disk, and off she went. Faster, smaller and cooler than my GTX 280 that it replaced. The fan is quiet even at a max GPU temp. of 54C, idles at 31C. The Gigabyte OC Guru software operates fine, and offers an abundant amount of info on current, volts, temps, fan and so on. Quite satisfied, no regrets. Wished it exhausted the heat out of the case like my GTX 280 did. I also would have preferred a complete sized HDMI connector on the card, and a SLI ribbon. Possibly could of saved a handful of bucks on the vanilla, but I wanted to assure I got a very very good overclock. Wished it had a tiny much more memory on board in case I upgrade from 1920x1080 to a thing higher. All in all really happy!!

Excellent card for the price tag. Significantly much more effective than my old GTX 260. Looks fantastic inside the case with the copper heat pipes showing. The green LED's on the pcb had been a nice surprise as properly. They appear seriously good contrasted with the blue case lights on my Antec 900. none so far I wish I could afford a second one for SLI.

Came back into Newegg's stock on three-29-11. Was in stock for less than five hours. Gigabyte should have expected a important proportion of GTX560 chips to be of adequate top quality to be overclocked to 1GHz and Nvidia let them down.

The fastest GTX 560 on the industry Not generally stable To Severs:If you haven't read the news but: This card may possibly not be in stock ever again. Most nvidia chips can't run stable at 1GHz with out substantial voltage enhance and apropriate cooling. Gigabyte simply can't sort out sufficient stable chips to continue producing the 1GHz versions of GTX560. And even half of the ones already produced has stability issues that common (read dumb) pc users can't solve themselves and have to call tech support. Thus it is getting replaced with the 950MHz super overclock version for now. If NVidia manages to tweak their tech approach then we could see 1GHz once again.

The card is quickly, cool, and quiet... Virtually too very good to be accurate, and perhaps it is... Sadly, upon running numerous stability tests on it, I would encounter driver resets consistently right after a couple of minutes. Looking for probable causes of this brought up a surprisingly high quantity of complaints matching what I described above. Interestingly sufficient, downclocking the card to the original 822mhz would remedy the problem, but I didn't purchase a factory overclocked card to deal with instability or maintain it permanently underclocked. I have since put in a RMA on the one I had in hopes that the 1 I received was just a poor chip opposed to GIGABYTE doing a sub-par job with their overclock. I will be certain to state my findings here when that happens. I extremely advise you research this card in regards to the troubles I briefly mentioned so you can get a greater really feel for any issues.
