The box itself looks great. The packaging was very nice. Installation was a breeze, but you'll need a big enough case to fit this card, and watch-out for those usb and sata ports getting in the way. SC2 & Black Ops & MoH ran with no problems at all on Eyefinity with 3 monitors and on a signle monitor running t 1680x1050 (3DMark Vantage marks scores were also great). Included software and driver worked perfectly, running on Win7 64-Bit. But, I downloaded the latest software and driver anyway. |

Firstly, this is not due to the card itself. It's driver issues, which honestly, i hated during the installation. i spent hours trying to get catalyst working, but I had no luck. Finally, a forum member pointed out that i could manaully install the card via windows update. sure enough the card worked. This card was an upgrade from a 9800gt, and that card was loud. This gigabyte was not as loud as the 9800gt, however, if you cranked up the fan to about 50%, you can really start to hear the fan.Runs relatively cool at around 40 degrees idle. |

Cette carte graphique est la meilleure affaire en ce moment avec un prix de 240$ en pricematch. Sa performence globale est située entre une HD 5850 et une HD 5870 mais à un prix inférieur avec en plus de nouvelles caractéristiques. Les accéssoires fournis dans l'emballage de Gigabiyte ne sont pas très généreux avec le manque d'un adpatateur mini-display port à display port. Le score obtenu avec cette carte est de 955 avec le Benchmark Unigine en 1680x1050 comparativement à 571 avec une HD 5770 avec un processeur Intel I7 920 u 3.2 GHz. Un très bon achat à recommander. |
bought 2 of theese to fill out my first ever x58 and crossifre setup, love these cards just amazing to use and future proof with the display port, on par with the gtx 470 even though nvidia fanboys denile kicked in and tried to compare them with the 460, stay quite cool but there are some big fans in my haf x case blowing on them also using the incluede fanduct(included with the hafx).Specs: Asus x58 sabertooth boardi7 950 proc6 gb g.skill memeory2 6870's in xfire2 32gb kingston ssds2 wd 500 gb drives in hot swapcoolit eco c240 alc coolercoolermaster 1000 watt silent mpro psu.
