The pros are that its a very good decent case. The layout is average and it gets the job accomplished! Items do get a little crowded even though when you max out the drive bays like I did. The SSD mount they have is straight on the bottom of the case, in which you can screw it down onto the case. They do give you so many screws although and they give you every thing you need to have to attach really hard drives and fans. So don't be concerned about screws they will provide you with more then adequate. The sides come off fairly rapid and they do present an area for cable management. so you can pass wires though and also tie them off on the other side maintaining the inside clear of wires. I enjoyed the dust filters that come off pretty rapidly for the two front fans. You can also mod the front and place the fans in any order that you want. There are also buttons for all the fans to adjust how quickly you want them to go. The fans are noisy, not super loud but just noisy. They maintain your Pc cool even when I overclock my CPU but I'm searching into obtaining some more rather ones. I have the Computer next to my bed so you can envision they keep me up. Fortunately I can activate energy saving mode on my desktop and the fans spin down so I don't have to hear it as a lot when I'm working unless I'm gaming then I crank them up. This is a good acquire if your searching for just non fancy case. The fans are fantastic and the set up is far better then expected. -Properly Ventilated-Quiet Fans-Fast access to add elements-Thumbscrews typical for case coversThis case is certainly wonderful. I have been building computer systems for the last 13 years, and this is the initially develop I have thoroughly enjoyed. There was a lot of area behind the back case wall for cable management, and taking out the bays was as straightforward as removing 8 thumbscrews. Rapid installation of challenging drives to consist of the finest practice spacing pre-arranged. This case is a monster of amazingness. LEDs are particularly bright, and there is no alternative to turn them off on most of the fans. Not worth the loss of an egg over. Anybody who has the space, then this is your case. For 100 bucks you get almost everything you want in a case (i.e. space, cooling, correct air flow).

Great develop excellent, airflow is best, front usb 3. and audio ports, removable difficult drive trays, spot so you can get to the rear of the cpu for installing larger fans, watercooling holes in the rear of the case, good cable management spots in on the rear, adore the adjustable fans. Some of the cables are just also brief for making use of ATX motherboards, such as the reset switch wire. USB 3. cable comes about the back and plugs into the motherboard, looks tacky. If you have a rather massive graphics card (gtx570) on some motherboards you cant use the middle harddrive tray, only the lower. Great case all round, price was a bit high where I purchased it from but effectively worth it. Moving from my Thermaltake Xaser I dropped around 20C just from airflow in this case, effectively worth the purchase.

- Excellent airflow, case lowered my SLI set up to a steady 70c- Lots of space for drives- Fans are adjustable speed settings according to demands- Nice to appear at and not "Over the Edge". - Lacks space for motherboards that are big. Such as my ASUS Rampage Extreme 2, have a tough time utilizing cable management, as properly as mentioned ahead of I, the sata ports run along expansion bays.- The HDD bays are not fast connect and use a screw down style, feels "older".- No quick access to CPU cooler brackets on back side of case All in all I would have to say this is a excellent case. Dont get me incorrect I do like it, its just I ought to have performed some a lot more research just before obtaining it. My fault. Didn't obtain from newegg as a Local retail retailer had it for ๔ and i will need a much better case.

I built a rig for a friend of mine about two months ago using this case and liked its layout so well, I have a single set to arrive tomorrow for my subsequent upgrade. Its the 900 refined IMO. The front panel I/O is in a greater location than the 900 "which I presently own" there are plenty of properly placed access ports for wiring behind the mother board tray "Keeps your case extremely neat" I like the air filter screen in the front two 120mm case fans. The potential to control fan speeds at every single fan is nice. If you are a fan of the 900 then the 902 is the subsequent greatest point in the Antec mid tower lineup. None at this point. New Egg is better than Old Eggs! :)

- Nice roomy case with lots of space. I have a GTX580 video card which is ten.5" long which fits fine. If you have a longer card and based on length, you may possibly have to remove an HD cage which is not a huge and is common for midATX sized instances.- This is the initial case I've owned with cable management. It's a nice function to have and is fairly well implemented while could be far better (see beneath).- The fans in this system are freaking wonderful and are fairly quite. Technique comes with 4 fans with speed adjustments. Two more fans can be added if preferred. I suspect for the rapid majority of men and women that would be a waste of time/money. Add in the cable management which leaves a LOT of open, clean searching space in the case and you get a cool running sytem. CPU temp dropped from 65 C to 55 C, mobo temp dropped from 55C to 45C or so with this case.- Case built hard. I really feel I like could hit this issue with sledgehammer and nothing negative would come about. Looks very good as well. - The HDs are mounted utilizing non common length screws. The suckers are extended. If you shed the screws, you could be in difficulty. Plus, various circumstances present toolless, rapid mount techniques which enable customers to effortlessly add/remove drives. This case appears strangely behind the instances in this regard and out of place in relation to the rest of the case.- Cable management is fairly good but it sure seems like the holes could be longer and wider and/or possibly moved. Present areas of holes make the lengthy cables on my power provide look a bit short. Case maybe should be a bit wider to make region between mobo and side of case a bit roomier. It's a bit of a tight fit.- A severe dilemma with the case includes the slots where add in cards (such as video cards) are inserted. The slots are not very centered up and/or are not wide adequate. The DVI cable almost wouldn't connect to my vid card. To assure the cable would fit adequately, I employed pliers to bend the side of the slots out a bit. Pay consideration to the cable management complaint above and the length of cables. I read a evaluation about this case prior to acquiring it. The reviewer mentioned an extension cable had to be employed to hook up the eight-pin energy connector to the mobo if you used cable management for it. I ordered such an extension cable along with my case which turned out to be required. Otherwise, I would've had to run the cable in the open rather of making use of cable management. My desk limited me to midATX situations. I compared multiple situations like the CoolerMaster HAF 922. I almost bought that case but didn't due to lack of air filters which the Antec case has. I can't support but wonder if perhaps I need to've gone CoolerMaster.Ultimately, I like this case and am glad I have it. I deemed providing this a five star with some reservations. Instead, the issue with the slots not obtaining sufficient room is a massive deal. Hence my four stars. I shouldn't have to bend items on a new case!!

I didn't acquire this from this website as this site just received the 902, but I must say, this is by far one of the greatest instances ever constructed. You can rearrange the front fans so you can have each front fans in the 1st slot, and second, slot and the DVD driver on the third slot for optimized cooling. I really adore this case, it has 3 big cable management holes which truly assists out in the cable management! My goodness I can't genuinely say something undesirable about it. Big fans hold case cool and are pretty quiet.I've got a soft spot for blue led's.I purchased this case to replace a Raidmax Smilodon that i was finding sick of, it's good to not have to open a door to turn it on, even though I did miss the easy set up clips that where in the old case. This is the initial case I've had to operate with that actually uses screws to hold every thing in spot. More than all i really like the appear, and the flat spot on time tends to make for a excellent location to retailer my headphones and cell phone when not in use. I did have to take out the HDD cage to fit my SC GTX 260 in there as it requires up practically all of the open area, but i know its a large card and it match fine soon after removing the plastic cage. Over all a great case even though I wish the rear fans controller cable was longer as i moved it to the window slot so i could place my H50 CPU cooler in the rear, and it's a seriously tight stretch so i have it bound to the top rated of the fan itself, on the inside of the case so i cant transform it. Not truly a con for me, but I purchased my case at my neighborhood Greatest Obtain for ๖.. Just saying.. Antec seems to be a excellent company to purchase from, one of my best friends has the 900 and he loves that as well.

Quite sturdy case. Keeps my pc substantially cooler than my earlier case. Incredibly nice looking... not over the top rated regardless of having a number of lit fans. It was incredibly effortless to get set up and has plenty of area for expansion to come. Despite obtaining three huge, and 1 added massive fans, the case is nonetheless pretty quiet. Of course it's louder when the computer system is idling, but when operating games it's quieter mainly because my graphics card fan doesn't have to perform very as really hard. None This was my very first custom case and I am very happy. I did not get it from Newegg (which rarely occurs) but I couldn't pass it up when I saw it.

I've had this case for about a week now. It's gorgeous in design and style. I enjoy the space in the case and how you can open both panels - helped with installing my aftermarket heatsink, and helped with consolidating my wires inside. The blue glows are a nice touch, even with the screen on the leading it provides off a good ambiance in my room. The fans can be noisy, but they all have speed adjustments. So not a large dilemma at all.USB 3. has a cable that you need to plug externally on the back of the case - to your motherboard. I want there have been yet another route to go about this, just cause I am a wire freak. Also USB 3. seems to work occasionally, and at times not.. Unsure if this is with the case, or my mobo at the moment. Still have tinkering to do. Fans are quiet taking into consideration how significantly air they are pushing, can be adjusted down when not needed, also.Filters maintain the inside of the case nice and clean! The frightened appear on my girlfriends face when I pulled it out of the box--all she could say was, 'Wow, that's Massive...' hehe, priceless. I personal the original antec 900 case. This was a good addition. The case has a good layout and is compact. The GTX 580 card was a small tight receiving it in. Front Bay removal is a snap. The SATA connections on the mother board is genuinely close to the front bays. I had to take away the bays to install the SATA cables. Not a main concern, because it is so easy, but some thing to keep in thoughts. I would feel that for the price tag payed, Antec could have thrown in a 120mm case fan for the side panel.

You pay for what you get, and the sale price was a bonus. The build high quality on this is amazing, nicely finished, can't propose it hugely enough.

The case is sleek and nice seeking. Requirements far better packaging About to RMA. Arrived with substantial harm on the package such as two grotesque, gaping holes 3-6in diameters. One of the holes is on the side, suitable more than the window panel of the case. As a result, the case was dented and it stripped a screw that holds the plastic window in spot, leaving the whole window completely unstable. I could develop and run my personal computer safely, but I am not going to tolerate this quantity of damage on my brand new case. I also would not be able to use a side fan if I later decided I would like to.Good seeking case, poor packaging, unfortunate mishandling in the course of shipping. That is adequate to take off an egg.

I dont have the v3 but im guessing the only difference is the usb3. on the front and ssd drive but this case general is excellent. It has lots of cooling and the front fans have filters not like the orig antec 900. The cable management is great, got to hide all the cables and the blue lights are great. Nicely not genuinely something with the case, but the rebate portion was bad. Filled out the rebate and sent it like you typically send mail, in an envelope. A few months later i didn't get something but fortunately i scanned it in prior to i sent it. So i send antec's client help the scanned files and they ask if i sent it with tracking and i mentioned no and there is nothing that they could do at that point... So if you ever obtain this case and it has a rebate just make certain you add tracking or else they will get you. 100$ with a 35 rebate at the time wasn't terrible at all but didnt get the rebate, oh well

This case is Lovely! This is my second gaming case, and i love it. I had been influenced by the nine hundred as a number of pals and household members bought them for their gaming builds, but i saw this a single right here on newegg and believed "what the heck, why not" and i was not disappointed. I specifically like the air filters in the front, as other cases with front vents were plagued by dust bunny syndrome, and sometimes lead to overheating. The fan speed manage is new to me too, and i have to say i adore it. I like being able to adjust how significantly air this thing moves. I turn it up high when i'm truly pushing the method and turn it down when i'm just surging the internet or doing word processing, as the fans can get up to a dull roar, and can really modify the temperature of the room if your not cautious. seriously minor and not worth taking off an egg, but the usb ports on the front are genuinely close to the power reset switch, when removing devices you GOTTA be careful not to hit that switch.another factor, the USB 3. front port is in fact just a replicator, it's got a cord running from the front, out the back of the case to plug into the back port on the motherboard. Even my wife believed that was Genuinely weird. the top rated of this case has a kind of wedge shaped flat region in between the front of the fan and the back of the USB port area. It was just some hard plastic and i was worried that putting anything up there would make noise, vibrate, or scratch it, but that was truly very easily solved by taking an old mouse pad and cutting it to size to place into spot. Tends to make it a excellent location to put the devices that are plugged into the USB port.

Ideal mid size case if you don't want a complete tower. Fits a V8 CoolerMaster no challenge. Not sure if it will fit with a side fan but it looks like it essentially may possibly. Power supply is bottom mounted. No underside ventilation so the fan is facing up blowing straight into my GTX460.With the motherboard I have my GTX460 requires to be in the 2nd PCI slot for it to run at x16 and the energy provide and graphics cards fans are just more than an inch apart. Blowing straight into every other. Another factor is because of the bottom mounted PSU needing to be flipped upside down the cables are further from the side panel so you cant truly hide your wires simply because the cords aren't long adequate to feed by way of the side and back to the motherboard. I have only had the case for two days but im loving it. Fans are quiet when on low but turn them pas medium/high and its kinda loud. Doesn't bother me even though.

- Solid construction. What you would expect from a quality brand like Antec.- Incredibly, very cool case. ALL inside elements would stay below 50C. Motherboard was often under 28C. - Placement of air filters is moronic at best. Immediately after a couple of revisions, and at this cost point, you'd consider they would make them simply accessible like the DF-85. (You have to take each sides of the case off and take the HDD screws out to clean the air filters.)- The significant fan on top seriously must have been 120mm or 140mm. I don't recognize the purpose of the massive circle fan. Was a bit too close to some wires going through the modest hole beneath it. - Many wires would not reach my ATX motherboards location. Ex: The reset/power wires ect. This isn't a bad case at all.. but at this value you may possibly want to appear at the Dark Fleet series cases as they all supply more logical air filters that you can clean although the machine is on if you want. Cleaning this case's air filters requires major dis assembly and is cumbersome. Do the pros outweigh the cons? That is for you to choose. If it were a buddy I wouldn't suggest this case at this price tag. Perhaps if it was around 75$.

Massive, roomy case. To place it in point of view, the best fan is as lengthy as a DVD case. Take a DVD case, spin it in a circle, thats the size of your major fan. Every fan that comes in right here has a control switch/knob. Front two fans each have knobs on them. Rear, top rated fans have three-speed switches on back, and a additional switch to turn off LED's on top fan. Seriously like the knobs switches. uncomplicated to use. Case is a robust metal, heavy case, but i like that. Also, it fits my AMD 6950 with inches to spare. All the front panel cables come out of the best interior, would have significantly preferred bottom interior, couldnt rout front case cords behind motherboard panel because they were too brief, now i have a mangle of cords in there, that with all the power provide cables (bottom mounted). Same goes for the front USB three. cable. As well short, couldn't smartly route cable, and the only way i was capable to get it to reach rear USB 3. port was to take away top tiny panel for PCI cards, in my mobos instance, the port appropriate above the vid card. The 2.5" solution for SSD's is four holes drilled onto floor, 4 rubber washers/bushings and 4 long screws. the 2.five - 5.25 converter that came with my SSD could not be mounted into the tricky drive carriage, but not situations fault, just be wary of this. Also, this is possibly a uncommon challenge, my bottom front fan housing doesnt sit flush with front of case. the ideal half sticks out possibly 1ǚ an inch. not a massive deal though, i can prolly file some thing down For only 110, this is a excellent case IMO. Great airflow. Personally, and this was my first time encountering this, i did not care for the bottom mounted PSU. Initially, it felt just weird putting in in the component upside down. Also, it got truly cramped down there with all the PSU cords, the SDD i had to mount on floor about 6 inches in front of the PSU, sata cables and front panel cables. Even though with it on bottom, it provides room for the giant top rated fan. I guess a tad far more tough set up, but higher cooling in the long run.

Everyone who see's it is in awe. The side panels come off very easily for quickly access. It is roomy inside. There are four fans stock and an additional fan can be added to the side panel.
