Works well following contacting consumer service. Would not connect to archaic router with out adjustment. Even though really difficult to communicate with customer service more than the phone (China), they were really helpful, and got me up and operating. |

Excellent connectivity, even at 150Mbps. It is paired up with my Asus RT-n16 router and performs like a champ. Picks up minimal floor noise. I appreciate the truth that they incorporated the usb cable as properly as the high get external antenna. Occasionally, it is not detected by my desktop laptop when I begin it up. Unplugging and replugging it into my pc solves this dilemma. I have a suspicion that it is not the products fault but due to the usb cable's connection. Don't use a usb extension cable longer than 6Feet max or latency will be an challenge due to the deteriorating signal quality over a longer cable. |

Doesn't see wireless network when green light still blinking.Called TechSupport - they reccomended to reinstall drivers with anti-virus off. Did that, exact same outcome.NOT Great! It says 24ǝ tech help - was attempting to contact at 8ᛐ PM ET no help, "call later" it mentioned. |

- Excellent signal- Superb throughput- Low cost - Long. This adapter is rather extended. The antenna tends to make it even bigger. The antenna gives the superior signal, so not much of a con. This is an excellent USB adapter. I have various unique tends to make of adapters and this is by far the very best. The variety is great and the throughput matches. I recently bought a Rosewill PCIe adapter for my HTPC, but the data price is terrible, so I went back to this adapter. |

Almost everything works completely with supplied driver/utility. they could have integrated a brief usb extension cable I am so satisfied with this solution, I have considering that ordered a second and am contemplating a single for a surplus rig just so my gear is standardized. |

Wonderful wireless remedy with no cracking your computer case open. The sensitivity and range on this factor are phenomenal! Numerous more wi-fi spots detected with greater signal strength than most of my pci-e wi-fi cards. Slightly massive-ish. Make certain you have enough room behind your case or expect to run a USB extension cable. |

Replaced an old Linksys wmp54g where I couldn't locate a stable W7 64 driver. The tp-link is completely Windows 7 64bit compatible. Install went smooth. I'm about 40 feet from my router, 2 walls in involving the router and adapter. W7 shows "excellent" signal strength. W7 reports 62mbps connection speed. Speedtest.net measures my comcast 20m connection at 23mbps on a laptop appropriate subsequent to the router. Nonetheless, On my desktop (where the TP-Link adapter is installed) Speedtest.net shows only 3 mbps down and 3mbps up. Not certain why I'm not getting full speed. |

Fantastic signal reception! Quite straightforward to set up! Non but! I get superior signal strength with this, than I did with my older linksys PCI card. It sees additional routers around me, so antena is definitely very effective. Takes extremely tiny time to establish a connection, thks to excellent drivers that come with it! |

Cost. Connectivity. Operates as advertised. Great range and i reside in a older farm residence that has concrete,wire mesh, cast iron pipes and sheetrocked walls. Its reaching a third floor wireless router with 5 bars and hasnt dropped the signal but. I live at a incredibly busy intersection so im positive im finding all types of frequency crossover etc... and it still doesnt have an effect on it. I seriously cant ask for more than that. You add the portability to it and its a win-win. None, so far. My only fear is that a thing thats also very good to be true, commonly is!! Ive only been employing it for a week so i cant speak to the longevity of it. I also personal the TP-Hyperlink 841 Wireless router that this factor is connecting to. That router ive owned for practically a year with not even a sputter of problems. Its the second revision although, it runs cooler than the 1st edition, and the tweaks they created definitely worked. TP-Hyperlink seems to be the new king of the wireless hill as far as im concerned result in im just so sick to death of dealing with all the other router companys. I wont name names right here though, out of proffesional respect. You know who you are!! Just acquire it currently, you wont be dissapointed with TP-Link. |

Easy setup, functions with XP, Vista, and W7. None I have a mini ATX tower that is used just to Skype with my brother in the Marine Corps. I purchased this so that we could hook it up to the big screen Television so that my daughter could have far more entertaining with it. We Skype about 2-3x a week for possibly 30-45 minutes at a time. I've By no means lost a connection with this! I was a small worried when I saw how affordable it was, but all the testimonials had been exceptional. If I didn't already have wireless on every other device in my residence, I'd buy 5 a lot more of these. Side story: My sister purchased a Linksys adapter to get web to her personal computer upstairs. She paid about for it at the nearby electronics shop (wink wink). She is regularly obtaining to take her Linksys adapter out and put it back in to keep a connection. The moral of the story? By this adapter! |

Simple, speedy setup that performs! Exceptional variety. Wonderful price tag. Minor: if your have a laptop with vertically oriented slots and the wrong "polarity" of connector mounting, the antenna will attempt to be pointed down and could not fit without an extension device ( cable is integrated, but sort of messy to use. ) I am incredibly impressed with this adapter. Definitely painless to use. Out in the country I can see (but not connect to.. ) all my neighbors routers that average about 300-400 feet away, inside residence to inside house. I've in no way seen that just before. Got it to put on a 7 year old XP machine for my grand daughter. It works so well I just purchased two a lot more to use on some of my other computers. Functions wonderful with XPቼ, W7 32 or 64. Haven't attempted anything older. Good product at even twice the price tag. |

Rapidly set up (requires restart to function adequately although) Slower than my laptop's wi-fi Previously, I had a wired connection on my desktop, which was just as quick as my laptop's wi-fi. Due to the fact I moved out, I required wi-fi on my desktop, so I purchased this. Needless to say, I'm disappointed at how slow this is. I'm getting significantly more rapidly loading speeds on my laptop, whilst my desktop with this adapter is only downloading 30 kbs/sec. |

With my old adapter that came with my personal computer i could detect three wireless networks in my location. When i connected to my network i never had much more than two bars and max speed was about 9gbps plus it was extremely unstable it would only ever be connected for 1 hour max. Now with this adapter i'm at the moment detecting 13 wireless networks. Connected to my roter with 5 bars and speedtest.net came back with outcomes over 30gbps all the time, the speed never fluctuates. This is an incredible adapter for an amazingly low cost. I would propose this item to everyone experiencing slow wireless or unstable like i was. Takes up two usb slots but its really no large deal because it comes with usb cable is you want a lot more space Adapter comes with a usb extender so you dont have to plug it straight into slot |

N Speed. Rapid uncomplicated setup. Like other people encouraged, I utilised the integrated CD. Comes with 1 ft usb extension cable. Antenna is aligned such that it's pointing down when plugged into the back of my pc which implies it wouldn't match if I didn't use the usb extension cable. Paid ร, free of charge shipping. I stay connected wasn't free of charge I purchased a utilized IBM T41 and it had an intermittent connection both at property and at the library. I kept getting to reboot. Quite frustrating.
