it is everything I though it would be, spacious, properly engineered, good quality, and fashionable. NON actually Firewire on the front would have been nice but it isnt a have to be thing. Ive observed some reviews exactly where individuals havent found the controls and stuff but they are all there!

Exceptional air flow, tasteful looks, somewhat modular, would perform properly with water cooling of most sorts, side panel window can accommodate one more fan, cpu cutout (see other thoughts), cable routing holes about mobo tray, all fan speeds are effortlessly adjustable and QUIET on reduced settings, mid case tunnel for enhanced gpu cooling, all intake fans have dust filters. No USB three. front panel assistance, wont assistance quad SLI/crossfire due to lack of 8th expansion slot, cable management can be a big discomfort and is practically impossible with out a modular psu, Enormous headache to have to take apart to clean the intake filters (see other thoughts). The only three factors that keep me from providing this case 5 stars are as follows:The CPU cutout isn't major enough. I know there isn't one pictured in the images and there is a huge one particular shown on the V3 1200, but there is one on the case I received, and although substantial sufficient to access intel backplates, AMD users with AM2, 2+, and AM3 sockets are once once more left out in the cold. It's just as well small to access all the screws and remove the plate with the mobo in. The top two sets of really hard drive cages and in turn the mid case fan mount had to be removed to let me zip tie cables down on the appropriate side of the case, anchoring the ties with the drive cage screw holes. If you want a clean searching case it has to be carried out; you'll also need a modular provide or you'll block a ton of airflow. Why does Antec insist on generating you take apart the case to clean your filters? Seriously guys, I enjoy your situations but this is generally such a pain.General a fantastic case with a couple minor flaws, for a good pric

This case had almost everything I wanted, and a litte additional. I truly like the appear of this case, with the three LED fans in the front and two in the back. The top LED fan is Big and has lights on it as well. The glass side panel makes it appear really clean and it comes with adequate extra zip ties to run the cables along the opposite wall of the case, but you have to use them or else the wall will bend outwards like a fat man's belly below a tight tee shirt. Some of my wires have been too brief to fish behind the wall so I had to hold them out with all the hardware. I really liked the appear of the finish result and it tends to make for much better airflow with all the open space as well. This is my 1st complete sized case and I'm never going back. It's easily adequate space to match quite significantly all the hardware you want to place in it. It's surprisingly quiet as well. With the five fans on low, I can hardly hear a noise. I sleep about 2 feet from the case and can't hear it at all even though laying in bed. None that I can consider of. I didn't discover the LED on/off switch at first, but at some point did on the back of the case with the fan adjustments. It was set to off when I got the case so I thought the LED was broken till I identified the switch. I really actually like the reality that you can toggle that on or off if you want.

Large, a lot of space to perform. Fit everything I put into it with no problem's, even my CoolerMaster V8. Nice cable management. Quite really delighted I upgraded from my Antec 900 Mid tower. Not really that large of a deal, but on the panel the motherboard mounts to there is an opening exactly where the CPU is and it is just a half an inch to low to be capable to take the heatsink off without obtaining to remove the whole motherboard. Would advocate this case to any gamer or person with a high performance rig and wants a case with incredibly great cooling. Not to mention lot's of room to operate and expand.

This case is gorgeous to function with and to behold! It has an incredible array of fans and space for you to function with inside. I presently use 2 Geforce GTX 470's inside and it still has plenty of space to spare. The fans can all be adjusted manually from outside the case which tends to make it an ease to turn up or down the fans.Get this case if you are building a monster gaming system, tons of space, you will not regret! Case is heavy! Just an amazing general case with good airflow and just good overall style.

Roomy. Cable management. Detailed directions. Customizable. Fan speed switches. Solid construction. Appears fantastic. LEDs. Can't use your personal fan controller on the built in fans. It also appears that you wouldn't be capable to replace a case fan really easy, given that they are all wired into the switches in the back. Fan switches need to have been up front or on the side. This a single came without having a scratch. The final a single was fully unusable. Newegg shipping wins once again!

*Enormous - A lot of area for big aftermarket coolers and video cards*Lots of fans combined with exceptional airflow and decent cable management make this case extremely effortless to keep cool*Surprisingly quiet when fans are turned down*External fan controls*Sounds a bit like sticking your head in a jet engine when the fans are turned up to complete, but they present awesome amounts of cooling energy*Very sturdy. Reminds me of an oxy tank in develop quality and weight*PSU mounted to the bottom of the case *LEDs can't be turned off (except for 200mm fan) Makes it kind of really hard to sleep while the computer system is on*Definitely not tool-significantly less. Lots and lots of screws make every little thing safe and feel very higher high quality, but can be a discomfort if you a lot about with your method a lot.*Cable management is decent, but tough. Not a lot of space to move around.*This case is very incredibly big. This is a great factor for fitting in all your elements, but not so great if you have a PSU with short-typical cables. I have troubles reaching some of the upper 5.25" bays with my cable setup. Essentially had to use extenders for 1 of the drives. I upgraded to this from a mid-tower with two fans. The difference in cooling is awesome. With my old rig, I struggled to get my i7 920 previous three.four GHz on air. With the new case I'm steady at three.eight GHz and case temps are at least 15 degrees cooler on typical. With the fans turned up to full (I only use this for distributed computing applications) the case goes down an additional 5-ten degrees and processor temps go down by upwards of 10.

Good cooling, aesthetically pleasing, sturdy, plenty of space and silent (with fans on low.) It's very heavy but I don't contemplate that a con unless I stub my toe on it. Cable management can be a bit tricky, but I was in a position to manage just fine. It's really hard to plug the mini hdmi cable into the case mainly because of the way the edge of the case hangs over the rear panel. I had to mount my Corsair H70 on the bottom rear fan because it wouldn't fit on the prime. It's less than an best situation for me, but not a big deal. I had my doubts soon after adding to the cart, but this case has carried out nothing at all but impress. I have all the space I want and much much more room for upgrades down the line! It looks way far better in my area than in the images as well, believe that... the pictures don't do it justice.

This case is wonderful and by far one particular of the most well-liked and for very good reason. Made of robust and sturdy steel painted black so it appears wonderful. Has a huge best fan, two in the rear, 3 in the front and a place for an optional fan in the side window. All fans speed can be controlled in the front with knobs and the rear and top rated from switches in the back. Nine slots for difficult drives and 3 for dvd drives or other. Case is great for overclockers not seeking to do an pricey water cooling option. This case stays incredibly cool and low-cost to boot. Weight I guess but this isn't meant to be transportable so grow a pair and be a man when moving it. Heavy...pffft.

Fans Fans Fans. The fans are amazing. Quiet and particularly efficient. A lot of space. 4 HDDs and lots of area to put 2 substantial video cards. Power cables for the fans and lights could be setup better to hide or connect to power cables better. If you like space in your rig this is the box for you.

Extremely, extremely substantial (see cons), a lot of space for anything, drives, video cards, cables, your initial born, whatever. Incredibly nice airflow, lots of fans that come with the case. If you're into water cooling, that's cool also it has constructed in areas in the case for the pump and radiator and all that, but if you're not (like me) then stock cooling is discover. (see other for total construct). I under no circumstances have temperature troubles. Front ports are awesome, completely placed and I don't know why everybody doesn't put them appropriate at the prime like this case.I adore the reality that there are removable filters in the fans so you can clean the filters. Really should keep dust from constructing up in the case. The fans run very silent on the low-setting, which is what I retain mine at, even when gaming. Like I said, the case is Huge, but not a lot you can do about that if you want full-atx motherboard and area for everything. The other bad factor about this case maintaining it from five eggs is the fact that it's really inconvenient to get to the expansion bays. I had to unscrew 14 screws to set up one particular challenging drive--that's totally unnecessary. The case is quite heavy and tough to move, but once more, this could be a plus for some. I adore how it glows blue, but I'm a sucker for that type of stuff. I will say that you don't have to be concerned about this case going for gimicks over high quality. Certain it has the fancy lights and clear side, but it's nonetheless leading-notch.anyhoo, my rig:- Antec Twelve Hundred Black Steel ATX Full Tower Personal computer Case- EVGA 015-P3-1580-AR GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express two. x16 HDCP Prepared SLI Assistance Video Card- EVGA X58 FTW3 132-GT-E768-TR LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB three. Fairly a lot of area. Will continue to use this for a lot of builds due to the fact there are lot of selections with all the cost-free area I have. Have yet to take up much of it. Cable routing isn't also negative either. Alot of fans, practically makes me cold sitting subsequent to it, but I at least have peace of mind of realizing my method is cool. A little large and awkward. Moderately heavy considering it's a computer system. Had to do some re arranging to accommodate its size and preserve it in my intended space. So much space in that it will leave other possibilities open for the future.

On the pros side of things, the case appears excellent, has up to eight fans for some incredibly amazing air flow, and guidelines its hat to cable management. It can also match the new video cards, but what full tower can't?I will be upfront and say this is the first time I went from Cooler Master to Antec and I am really disappointed with the overall ingenuity of the Antec designers. Apparently function really should adhere to type for them, not the way I really feel about it but unique strokes I suppose. But, when you really get to messing around with it, you'll notice its little a lot more than a fairly steel shell. There are plenty regrettably. To start off, assembly: Installing just about something in the Antec 1200 is a pain beyond what should be necessary, this feels like a affordable mid tower case with all the screws you have to eliminate. "Oh, but they gave you thumb screws!", you say, well, there are 4 thumb screws for Each and every of the drive cages and that is soon after you've taken off four far more to take off Each side panels. Then you Nonetheless have to unscrew the drives with a screw driver to swap them out.Cable management is a large discomfort in this case, if you want it to look great you had superior have a soldering Iron. The rear of the motherboard tray doesn't have significantly clearance amongst itself and the side panel, as the side panel is simply a flat piece of steel.Other case designers add indentions on the right side panel to give far more space for cables. The dust filters have to go by way of considerably the exact same approach of really hard drives to simply clean... Royal pain if you like a clean case... I had tried my hardest to like this case, I've had it for a year or so and what I have a tendency to dread is opening this case to clean off the dust filters. Rather of becoming quickly accessible, I have to jump by way of hoops to make certain air can get to my fans.I've provided it three eggs simply simply because it does have fairly a bit of air flow and enough space to water cool if you're into that sort of point. But the massive amount of screws expected to do the simplest of tasks is beyond my capacity to appear past. If you program on owning a case for awhile, and possessing a single to final a number of builds, I wouldn't advise this a single. I'd rather go into combat then open this case for anything. Also, why do corporations continue to stick with the front to back difficult drive orientation rather than the side to side? That alone offers inches of space in any case for greater cable management and longer video cards/water cooling routes.

Tons of room and decent cable management. A very tough case. I owned an Antec Nine Hundred prior to and got this for my new create. Beware if you are going for a higher end CrossFireX/SLI motherboard and intend to use 3 or four GPUs - check the position of the PCI Express slots on your motherboard! This case does not let you to match a dual slot graphics card in the bottommost expansion slot on your motherboard. If that bottommost slot occurs to be a PCI Express slot, then you will not be capable to match a dual slot card there. On my Rampage III Extreme, the front USB/power switch/HDD LED connectors that came with this case had been also as well tall and ended up blocking my third HD 6950 as properly. I ended up being in a position to use triple CrossFireX mainly because I had an extra PCI-E slot elsewhere, but due to the way my board sets up its PCI-E lanes, I could only run them in x8/x8/x8 mode rather than x16/x8/x8.Not really a negative, but steel is heavier than you believe!

This case is large, will fit any atx motherboard ya got effortlessly, good cable management (run all cables behind mobo). I had no concept how major the prime fan truly was till it got right here. This case will retain anything and everything ice cold, no need to have to add side/middle fans, its currently a wind tunnel. Anything screws with each other, quite safe design and style. Fan control switches. Also key +, silent case with fans on low setting (still moves ton of air). I'll let ya know if i locate any =) I thought at 1st the led's would annoy me, but I essentially grown to like the blue light and even turned the top 1 back on lol.

roomy. certainly excellent airflow but not to loud even on high setting. instant temp drop by over 10C on gtx470. LED light was much less annoying then i expected, was preparing to replace all of them with ordinary fans but will keep as is. enjoy the tough drive mounting cages, they said it will be heavy and it is, but i did not anticipate it to be that heavy when every little thing got inside. fans have molex connectors instead of three pin but that was known just before the acquire. OCZ gaming energy supply did not have extended sufficient ATX nor12V energy cords to attain the mobo when routed behind, so till i get extension they routed more than the top. not sure 6" extension will do the job either. VGA cables barely reached the card when routed behind. be prepared with extension cables.

This is a nice upgrade from my Cooler Master Centurian five case. A lot larger, quieter, and cooler. Cable routing is extremely clean with lots of holes above the motherboard and along the proper side of the motherboard near the challenging drives. The blue LED fans are not obnoxiously vibrant. Not a key con, but want the case was slightly wider in width to accomodate fitting more cables behind the motherboard. It is a tight match to hide everythign but it can be carried out.Only other con was a long screw head seared off as I was screwing in a SSD in a 3.five" adapter. I won't be in a position to take away it very easily. Be cautious! I would obtain one more specifically for the cost on sale (贎). Attractive paint job and look to it with lots of area for growth!

Very big case, can very easily accommodate large video cards and large CPU cooling options. One extremely good detail is that there's ample area behind the mother board and the case skin, allowing for extremely clean installs where wires and cables can be routed "out of the way". The fans are really quiet, but move a lot of air. Installing harddrives is a snap - the longer screws utilized (bolting three 1ǘ" drive into a 5 1ǚ" bay) threw me off 1st, but it performs incredibly effectively and obtaining the modularity Ɠ three-bay modules) fastened with thumb screws is also incredibly extremely handy. Getting owned this case only a couple of days I currently adore it. It's Enormous. It ended up not fitting in my desk (by as little as 1ǘ" :( ), but that's my own fault for not checking correctly beforehand. It is also pretty heavy ྾+ lbs), but that's not a huge deal to me, as I was fully conscious of it and don't thoughts it. All the fans are standard (large) 4-plug power connectors and will not plug into the motherboard (in my case an ASUS Sabertooth X58) for speed control by way of PWM. However, all fans do have speed controls accessible - the rear two fans are on the back of the case (low-medium-high), where also the manage for the leading 200mm fan is (low-medium-higher). On the back is also where the illumination of the top rated fan is controlled (off-on). Every single 3-bay module has a smaller rotary knob for individual and variable manage of fan speed. When installing power supply, make confident you orient the PSU fan the right way - some persons have said this may possibly interfere with higher-flow video card fans and lead to cavitation/noise, but I surely didn't notice anything like with my mixture (CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX and EVGA GTX470 SC) in this case. Also make _sure_ you have adequate space. This case is Massive.
