Extremely very good reception and stable signal. Had to download the newer version of its computer software, which has a significantly superior interface than the one on the included CD. Bought this to replace a single-antenna adapter that couldn't handle on the web gaming.

So far its been excellent, uncomplicated to set up, and picked up suitable away on Win7. None as of yet. Leaps and bounds far better than my prior linksys Wireless G card. It was nothing but a significant bottle neck playing videogames. Haven't rubberbanded once since I changed to the new card, works wonderful with my G router as nicely.

-It got to my door-It worked in XP Pro SP3 ࿀bit) I did a considerable upgrade to my hardware, and upgraded to Win 7 ࿠bit) and all of a sudden this factor is a brick. I have tried the common windows driver, the driver provided on the AZiO website, as effectively as the driver provided by the chip manufacturer RaLink. None of it makes a difference. This NIC will not remain connected for longer than 45 minutes continuous; it d/ced 3 occasions though trying to download the most current drivers for the dang point. It is utter cr@p. I won't make the mistake of blaming NewEgg for item concerns; they just take the advertising packages from manufacturers and post that on the web site. The genuine party at fault is the manufacturer, who in this unique instance claims compatibility with an OS that obviously their product does not possess. NewEgg can't vet just about every single item claim for each and every single manufacturer, so this rating applies solely to the manufacturer AZiO.

Bought this for my son's computer in his bedroom. Uncomplicated installation out of box with drivers offered. Popped it in situation, installed software program, and instant world wide web access.Capable of wireless N up to 300 MBPS, two recievers, and only 20 bucks(Got on unique). Also router and comp where this is wired are in opposite corners of residence. Price looks like its now 40. I got mine for twenty. Also had an problem exactly where i had to mess about with driver system to get hardware to perform. Took off an egg for this. If it had been nonetheless twenty and didnt have an minor problem so soon would have rated five. It could be my mobo as nicely (older technique athlon two.66 512k ddr ram) If your new to wireless networking, keep in mind also this is wireless N 300 Mbps but check your wireless routers and wireless modems they could not be capable of this.As such with me I only report half reception but that is the max my router is capable of 鳖 MBPS) so im receiving complete speed that my router will allow.

It's Affordable. Regardless of the "original value" listed at ุ.00 it performs like a ฤ.00 card. Reasonably decent range. 300mbps..Not. Would have been happy with 150.. also not. And yes, I understand how you truly configure to get the theoretical 300 mbps. I wasn't expecting 300. But i did expect a sensible speed of 100 mbps or superior. Performs like a ฤ card. "Strong" signal Ɠ bars) next to an older G laptop with 4 to five bars. Despite following all the ideas listed by the manufacturer in the other evaluations, this card can't get out of it's own way. 65 mbps is the greatest it can churn out. Windows XP SP3, WPA2 on a excellent D-Link router. Older N device sitting subsequent to it gets 110 mbps. USPS/DHL Eggsaver shipping is two thumbs down. Ordered 2 items, separately, with Ū.99 shipping on a Friday. Ordered 2 items from other merchants with "Saver" rates on Monday. All items arrived by Wednesday except the one USPS/DHL shipped item from Newegg which arrived following Friday. All items shipped from east cast places to SC. Boo, Hiss.

non so far I got the thing, and installed it into my compy, but it doesn't pick up a signal, and after about 5-ten minutes of trying to difficulty shoot it my computer system blue screens. No issue with the build when the card isn't hooked up, so procedure of elimination leaves the card as the source of the error. construct:Sabertooth x58i7 quad core 950evga gtx 4606gb 1333 DDR3win 7 expert

Functions fine for net browsing or steaming videos. The connection is not stable sufficient for games. I will huge lag spikes of three+ seconds although playing games each and every 30 secs or so even though the wireless N router is much less then 3 feet away with no obstructions. I did multiple tests on online speed test and it was routinely half the download speed versus a tough wire. Newest drivers and updates for both my personal computer and the adapter were installed.

Uncomplicated set up, uncomplicated driver set up, simple connection. Doesn't like greater speeds. Having difficulty receiving past transfer speeds of about 20mbps. Range is also not that great, from 30ft in the exact same space with a 7dbi anntenna it has 3 bars of connection.

Excellent signal strength, holds connection indefinitely Had difficulty finding it to function originally due to PCI address collisions with the card that employed to reside in the slot. Removing it and rebooting, then reinstalling it and rebooting solved that concern. Didn't operate with Fedora 13 out of the box, nor did it work with F12 out of the box. Out of the box assistance is supposed to be included with the subsequent version of the kernel, but that's a ways off. Until then, there's a package that is accessible, but it takes some fanagaling to get the kmod added and the card operating. But then once more, these sort of issues are expected when dealing with linux wifi... Haven't been able to test the N connectivity, considering that my residence router only supports B/G.

Selected mainly because it was low-cost and had multi antennas, and I'm content with it.Connected out of the box with windows 7, even ahead of I attached the antennas. With the antennas, it gets best signal even although the poor top quality cableco-supplied router is across the home and on a distinct floor. It's also significantly faster, i went from my old record of 1.2MB/s with my other card to a new record of 3MB/s... on the very first day! It could have more choices in hardware manager.

Really effortless to install, and windows 7 immediately recognized the hardware and installed the drivers. Also, we have the router upstairs and it nevertheless has an extremely strong connection/signal. The two antennas really feel like good quality, and the unit seems to be incredibly effectively created. I would advise this wireless adapter to any person who requires one for a residential computer system. No cons that I can see.

It gets my computer system on the web, most of the time. It can't seem to remain on the internet incredibly long when it gets there. I'm hunting for a replacement, also I use a personal computer that requirements a lot of stuff installed in PCI slots, so possessing a faulty card doesn't do me any good. Sadly I tossed out the slot cover, so I have to leave this in until a replacement is purchased. Fooey.

Uncomplicated to install, received item quickly, worked like a charm! none I took it out of the box, opened my Computer case, stuffed that card in there, then fastened the antennas. Fired up my Pc (Windows 7 x64) and windows identified the drivers "automagically" and I was wirelessly connected in no time. Even if the OS didn't discover drives it came w/a disc also... No complaints here. We'll just have to see how extended it lasts. Wasn't trying to do something crazy with it even though. (i.e. Bridge/ICS) so I cant say substantially about that. Otherwise I really like it!

Great card, for Win7 64, do not install computer software and let Win7 install drivers, start it up and off you go. Their tech Assistance chat is OUTSTANDING! Their tech fixed an problem with Kaspersky Web Security where it turns off wireless cards till you go into the cards properties and uncheck the box. No one particular else seemed to realize this. None. Absolutely, a 1st rate card and superb organization. Good supoport I most strongly reccomend Azio for it's consumer assistance, they were the only 1 with immediate support obtainable, and they knew what was up. You won't be left out in the cold attempting to figure it out, strongly reccomend them for that alone, but the card operates just fine.
