Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound Paste NON-ELECTRICAL Conductive 4 Gram
Cons:None so far

Pros:Heat transfer propertiesJust plain works
Comment:
This thermal compound is great. It alone has lowered the temp of my core 2 quad CPU by about 6 to 7 degrees. The syringe applicator makes for, well, easy no fuss application. Highly recommended product

I bought this to build with a Quad Core system and it handles the heat well, I overclocked from 2.6GHz to 3.25GHz stable and it never exceeds 41 degrees at full load.

This product is really good. If I would need to choose mx-2 vs mx-3 (i tested the 2) , I would take mx-2. Cheaper and no real temps difference

Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound Paste NON-ELECTRICAL Conductive 4 Gram
Cons:A little slick for installing a heavy heatsink like the TRUE. Makes it hard to keep it in place before you put the brackets on.

Pros:Drops temp around 3-5 degrees C. Have seen even 10C in some scenarios.
Comment:
Good thermal paste...one of the best. Lasts a long time. Not much to say other than it is good stuff. I got this to replace the empty tube I have used on my friends systems.

Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound Paste NON-ELECTRICAL Conductive 4 Gram
Cons:- Not the highest end thermal interface compound, gets outperformed by Arctic Cooling's MX-3 and Innovative Cooling IC7.

Pros:+ One of the highest performing thermal interface materials.+ Non conductive. Though, you shouldn't be spreading this stuff over your circuitry!+ Good value - can be had for $5.+ No curing time.
Comment:
What can I say, this is probably the best price/performance TIM in the market. A little bit goes a long way - a single stick of MX-2 lasted over 15 builds/rebuilds for me. I personally run this on all my CPUs and GPUs - compared to stock TIM it's proven that it can run 2-3C lower.Overall a very good investment - $5 to lower your temps by a few degrees is certainly worth it.

Pros:Works wellEasy to use
Comment:
I needed this product and it works well, but I didn't the fact that this paste cant be put in regular garbage because it damages nature/animals, now I have no clue where to trash that dirty cloth I have used. If I knew that before I would have chose another paste.

Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound Paste NON-ELECTRICAL Conductive 4 Gram
Cons:None

Pros:Non conductiveEasy application
Comment:
I got this in anticipation of my Q9550 and found it easy to apply. Being new I never had the chance to see what the stock heat sink pads/paste temps were. Though software says my CPU temp is in the 30Cish mark, my cores are 40C-52C at idle. (Tcase.) I ran Intelburntest for 5 passes on Maximum and it passed with a slight overclock. It did hit temps into the 90s, (Tcase. Max is 100.) on the stock heat sink fan. (Will be replacing in a couple weeks with the V8.) I wish I had tried it on my 6850 first for a comparison, but oh well.

Comment:
use it on old P4 3.0GHZ. over clock to 3.6ghz with this and stock fan. this thermal compound works like a it should. would buy again. but 2 next time.
