The modular cables enable you to only use what cables you need to have which tends to make for less cable mess. This can power any single videocard out there quickly but may possibly not power the newest ones in sli. I am operating a 8800gts and would fell confident by operating two. Wonderful power, and trustworthy. I just bought my second one. I purchased 2 of these and one had a bad CPU cable. The cable that supplies power to the CPU was poor on my second 1.
