CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Comment:
Just installed it three days ago. Temps lowered about 22 degrees C from the stock intel cooler on my I7-2600K. With the stock cooler I was running at four.2 Ghz so immediately after I replaced it I started at four.four Ghz and will move it up over the subsequent week with the outcomes I have had so far. Comes complete with every thing you need to have. Very quiet in my opinion. I couldn't be happier. This is the 1st liquid cooling solution I have ever used just before. None I already had a 120mm fan where I placed this fan/radiator. I require to get some longer screws to add that fan to the backside of the radiator for even lower temps.

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:- After mounting, remounting, calling Corsair Customer Support about torque limits (which did not tell me anything new; basically use judgment in tightening) and remounting again, the pump gave off a intermittent reverberating grinding sound. The reverberation could not be picked up if the pump is tested in your hand without solidly mounted in a motherboard, since it is the direct contact that transmits the reverberation (Disabled, Cool n' Quite and Q-Fan settings, reverberation persisted)[NOTE: I was pleased to see that the pump reverberation went away, after I came back to the running system in 14 hours, and the system was now silent (except the fans); however, an over a week has past and I noticed that clocking down my overclok to factory settings causes the temps to drop  below 35C which is when the reverberation starts - some compare the sound to an old HDD accessing data, and it is getting worst - time to RMA.]- AMD mounting system though simple is very poor - why they could not design 4-point bracket to pick-up on the AMD back plate is beyond me- Had to reseat the pump/heatsink due to uneven pressure on the CPU

Pros:- Looks very nice, once installed on the motherboard- Simpler installation compared to the Antec H2O 620 (Asetek mounting system i.e. H50/H70)- (Radiator) fan frame is very ridget which reduces the potential for fan/rad twist due to un-equal screw torques
Comment:
- Overall a very slick looking system once installed.- Even with the current AMD mounting system, Corsair/CoolIT should design a stop-washer/spacer, which could be used to reduce the chance for over-torquing. This review was modfied by poster @ 09-01-11 12:12 AM

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:None

Pros:-Quiet-Very effective
Comment:
This is not my first Corsiar H product, I was a big fan of the H50 and after using this product I have nothing bad to say. Great cooling solution all around. The H60 was far easier to install on an AMD socket motherboard then the H50. It just clamps on the original heat sink plastic. The old H50 needed its own back plate and holder

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:- The rad is wider than the fan, and might not fit in your rear fan grill. Check that it fits your case! I had to, er, ghetto-fix it into my case (mid-tower). Protip: zip-ties.

Pros:- CPU temps dropped 10-15*C- Comes pre-filled with coolant
Comment:
I had a target of 10*C drops, and acheived that and more. Hot air blows out of the rad - as it should. Installation would have been incredibly simple had my case fit the rad - the AMD installation bracket was very ingenious.

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:Only the bare minimum amount of screws, the double ended screw broke while installing so had to contact Corsair for replacements

Pros:Small so should fit in tight cases unlike some air coolers.Instructions are detailed enough
Comment:
Temps did go down but only from 40 to 30 idle, Intel i5-2500k. Will replace the thermal compound to see if there will be improvements.Attached with 1 fan, intake through the back of the case.

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:Depending on motherboard, Pump may need to be postioned differently than instructions (see summary)

Pros:Keeps Cpu coolQuietMultiple ways for configuring
Comment:
Got this cooler on sale total $70 definately worth it. Have it Was paired with a q6600 2.4 overclocked to 3.4ghz with a pull config (exhaust)in a NZXT apollo case max temp approx 70 degrees C core temp. Decided to Swap out the stock fan and added a push pull config with two coolermaster fans now max temp is 63 degrees C core. So depending on case configuration dual fans can make a big difference. Otherwise the stock fan works very well and is quiet on idle but can be set to ramp up when needed.Only con was installation, on a asus p5q board if the pump is placed in the rotation that the instructions images show it will not seat properly due to circutry on the board. This is more so motherboard design flaw. So no reason to take any stars.Overall it is an excellent product definately worthwhile for overclocking, offers multiple ways for configuration to suit the needs of pretty much any case set up. Top notch and would definately buy again.

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:Same performance as an A50

Pros:Cool designLow price for a watercooling setup (55$ on sale)possibility to add a 2nd fan
Comment:
This cooler replaced the stock cooler on a i7 2600k at stock speed. I was getting around 65degrees idling with the stock HSF. Now I am getting around 35degrees on idle which is kind of high for a watercooling setup. I also added a 2nd corsair fan in push pull config. The A50 gives the same performance and is alot cheaper. The only reason I got this is because I couldn't get any HSF due to the high profile of my 16gb corsair vengeance ram kit.

Cons:Radiator mounting requires clearance above and below 120mm rear fan

Pros:Works quietly

First water cooler used and compared to stock intel cooler, there is no comparison. Overclocked i5 2500k to 4.9 Ghz c70C while stock cooler completely failed at any mild overclock.

Comment:
Straightforward install, low cost compared to other liquid cooling solutions. One of the bolts for mounting it was threaded badly and was unusable. Apparently other people had the same challenge. My initial jury rig fix was a zip-tie. Now I am making use of a bolt from a hardware store as a replacement (which is a main upgrade from the zip-tie).Nonetheless waiting on corsair to get back to me on sending me the replacement part. The temperature performance is OK thus far... will likely get better when I use all OEM parts for mounting.I am running a 2600k overclocked to 4.0GHz appropriate now. Under load I am getting a max of 60c. ㅖc idle. 2600KMSI GD65

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:- Fan is a little loud, I may consider buying a quieter one later on- Be nice if it came with extra screws for a push pull config but it seems to work fine with two screws until I manage to find similar screws

Pros:- Got good temps idles around 35c, and highest temp I've gotten is 57c on prime95 w/ i7 920 e stock- Easy to install- Looks nice and doesn't take up a ton of room- The cooler itself is more or less silent, I can hardly hear it with my head up to the case
Comment:
Just got it today and no problems, had to take my mobo out as it couldn't squeeze the back plate in but that's a problem with my case (CM 690 II) not the H60. I would defiantly get another one if I were to build another pc. My stock cooler was quite a bit louder then this one so it was well worth it imo.

Pros:keeps system cooleasy install
Comment:
This thing is great, keeps my cpu temp under 30 even though its way overclocked. Its 35 degrees in my room and the temperature is 45 degrees cpu temp even though I'm sweating like crazy in my room. almost didn't fit in my mid tower though, i had to ram it in a bit.

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:Fan is fairly quiet, but does add dbs to the overall system. tubing is a bit short, so placement options will be a bit limited. The pump power cable only has 3 pins, so some motherboards will report fan errors when the system is running, you may have to modify your BIOS to ignore the fan speed for the pump.

Pros:small, 120mm fan will fit in most places, light, the heatblock is light, so no incorrect pressure on the CPU
Comment:
very nice cooler, gets hot, and keeps my CPU cool.

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:Does not come with enough screws to add a push pull configuration. I got lucky and found 4 screws from an old i380 server case that happened to have the same thread (lol to the fact that I still have that case).

Pros:Very good Liquid kit. Sure it won't stand a chance against a custom water block, but it is just as good if not better than the Venemous X, without the heavy weight on the motherboard. My 980x never crosses 35C.Thin.Makes better airflow in case over motherboard.
Comment:
I think I summed it up with the pros and cons. One more thing...it is really great over an high end air cooler. It is not in the way if you go in and out of your case like I do. And it looks SWEET when you replace the fans with GELID Wing LED blue or green fans! I also have a custom window kit for my CM 692 which helps it look great.

Cons:- None that I can think of yet

Pros:- Quiet- Great cooling temps- Good price
Comment:
I decided to get the H60 with two Noctua fans in a push/pull configuration and the temps are great! Even with 26'C degrees in the office, I'm getting 25'C degrees on the CPU (i7 860) on idle. At full load (using Prime95) I'm getting around 50'C which is also great. Once the summer heat drops (no AC in the house) I'll be testing with more OC'ing. I got this item on sale ($59.99) and for the performance and how quiet it is, can't complain.

Comment:
I need to first note that the cooler so far is performing beyond my expectations. idle it runs between 28C-32C and unde prime95 it seems to plane off and run nicely at 60C. I must note my room temp on average is about 65F so fairly cool already. Installation was uncomplicated...(check cons) and straightforward. I switched out the fan for the 1 that was on my 212+(had superior cfm flow and mmHg) but the noise volume is not poor at all. The pump is silent for all in know and the only time i may be in a position to hear the cooling fan is whilst playing games but my vid card fan is definately louder and drains out the other. Overall superior item and does its job superior than the 212+ that heated upto 76C under Prime95. So... I didn't get the H60 from newegg just mainly because some of the previous critiques about the double sided screws stripping or not becoming the right size created me be concerned a lil. So i went with a nearby store and extremely glad that I did. I bought the very first kit and positive enough the threading on 1 of the double sided screws was to major and in my attempt of some force to tighten 1 of the thumb screws down the double sided one broke in half. So back to the store with it. I showed them the problem, they replaced it with a new kit and let me check the screws out ahead of I left, so I wouldn't will need a different trip back. Opened a new box and discovered one double sided screw this time the threading was to tiny and the thumbscrew wouldn't fasten. To remedy it they let me take screws from the very first kit that had been fine and now my computer and I am incredibly happy. Just watch out for those screws. It is a great kit but Corsairs excellent control on those was definately slacking. Side note. I did call Corsair up and following talking to about five people they lastly told me that the screw was a free replacement and they were conscious of the issue. I would have to email them for new parts, then wait 48 hrs for confirmation then wait for the parts. I'm not a patient individual so this route didn't function for me

Cons:radiator not big enough, and only provided enough screwes for one side mounting

Pros:quietsaves space
Comment:
bought it on sale, and its okay.had to use two screws instead of 4 screws because i want to make it a push pull style radiator. initially didnt fit on my case, so had to go buy another slim fan. it saved me quite a lot of space and noise. ironically, the temperature is actually higher than my air cooling with cooler master hyper tx push pull... but then again, its not that much of a difference (was at 14degrees on my amd 1090t before switching to H60, now cpu idles at 19-20degrees)

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons:None so far

Pros:QuietGood performanceClutter free installation
Comment:
Bought this to overclock an i5-2600k. Got it up from 3.3 to 4.8 with very little stress. Max temps were under 70 degrees when running a 72 hour prime95 test, meaning there should never be any problems with the overclock. Definitely a good buy, although it's hard to say if the performance outdoes cheaper air coolers. One thing to mention is it doesn't clutter up your case, and leaves plenty of room for you case fans to provide good airflow to the rest of your components, which is nice.

- Works really well, can't really complain at all. Idle temperatures for a 2600k OC'd to 4.6GHz run in the low 30s, under load in the low 60s, and after a few hours of Prime95 all cores were still

After messing around with water cooling kits and destroying a Power supply I decided to pick up the H60. Boy what can I say the installation couldn't have been easier and the cooling is great. I have a I7 960 Overclocked to 3.8Ghz and my idle temp is about 31c and my full load test didn't go above 45c. All in all this is an amazing item and I couldn't be happier with the purchase

CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Cons: Require more space to mount the radiator. Require fan controller to turn down speed of the water pump.

Pros: Very effective colling system
Comment:
I tried various low profile CPU cooler (Prolimatech Samuel 17, Scythe Shuriken and Silenx Effizio) for SilverStone SG06 mini-itx case but none of them can keep the CPU cool.I google and found some users installed H50 (with case mod). The H60 is same size rad but with new pump and fan. With case mod the SG06 (lower input fan by half inch) install with Scythe KAZE-JYUNI Slip Stream Slim fan (push only) because of the tight space. The water pump give unaceptable clicking noise at full speed. It seems the water flow is not able to catch up the high speed pump. With fan controller, turn down water pump to 3600rpm and it is dead silence. The impact to CPU temp is raise by 1 degree. Turn down the Scythe fan does not impact much to the cooling effect. The Prime95 stress test will never go above 60 degree, which in the past end up 75 - 88 with other low profile air cooler.I am impressed by this cooler.
