This has been the best PSU I have ever owned. The only complaint I have with it is how some of the cables have 2 cables going into 1 pin hole, or are split between two other connectors. Which makes it very difficult to make your cables flat and straight. Even so, I was able to mod the cables fairly easy to be individually sleeved. As long as Corsair continues to build these PSU's I will continue to use them in my builds.

I bought my first AX850 a couple years back and it's still going strong. What originally drew me to it back then was the fact that it was an extremely well built single rail design, very efficient, and extremely quiet. I now own a number of these powering a variety of different systems including a dual processor Opteron 6180SE server.If you need a solid 850 watt PSU, look no further!

Comes in a fancy pants felt bag DOA. Not only that, but before I realized it was DOA, the ATX12V cable was as well brief to reach my mobo in any conceivable cable management configuration. I ended up just leaving it in the front of the mobo for everybody to see. Now I get to throw away one more ฤ in shipping.

I got this on sale. It has great quality sleeving, the black cables look great in my black on black theme. More than enough power for SLI and I plan to get the corsair white cables for this later on.I only wish they also included cable with 2x 4 pin molex, similar to the 2x SATA power cable thats included(which is great for people that don't need so many)

quite, cable management is amazing to perform with none please don't panic when you don't see the fan spinning, it only starts spinning at 25% load i think. I kind of had to dig up the facts on that 1st.

Really like that they contain way far more cables than you seriously will need.Handles My power consumption really well. The modular connects are not as secure as I would have liked. The clips that hold them in actually will need to be pushed in firm to get them to lock. Was actually hoping that integrated in this kit would have been a Pata energy/sata energy combo. I had to run a full four block string of molex just for one fan connect. For the cost I paid would have liked to see one as an choice.Also would love to see this PSU in different colors. Carrying out case mods I like to match color schemes. This is a great PSU for modders and gamers alike. Would love to See this sold in red, blue or green as nicely as black
