It works, and it super quiet. I don't have cables sitting in the bottom of my case that are unused. Corsair goes above and beyond with the additional case to hold the additional cables too. Power and fourƲ pin cable could be longer. Especially with situations that spot the PSU on the bottom. Then once again Motherboard developed could be a bit simpler on where issues get connected. A cleaner case is a happier case.
