Quiet, stable power to all devices, modular cables work best for micro-ATX develop, Corsair customer support. None Purchased this for a new construct. Powers my GTX-580 with room to spare. The modular cable are good since this is a micro case/board and didn't need to have or want all those additional connectors. ALl energy are dead on to spec making use of Asus energy monitor.

Comment:
I bought this since it had 12 SATA connectors. I've heard a lot of superior things about Corair PSUs lately, and they are not exaggurated. I also liked that it was a single rail PSU, and that giant fan was a nice bonus. Modularity was not optional. (Why do they even make non-modular power supplies any additional?) I didn't truly need 750W of energy, but this was the lowest power PSU I could find with 12 SATA connectors. Twelve difficult drives don't need that a great deal energy, and the PSU is getting employed for a file server (read: no high-energy graphics card). I will almost certainly never ever use all that energy. These guys nailed the presentation. The box had a vinyl bag with all the modular cables neatly location in it. I thought that was pretty amazing. The power supply itself came in a velvetine bag, like a bottle of Crown Royal. Athough this gave me a good initial impression, I don't look at it to be a accurate "pro", simply because when the box is torn apart and the energy supply is out, it doesn't really matter. Having a unique bag for the modular cables, on the other hand, is pretty good for lengthy-term storage.

-Packaging for a king: It’s a small over kill but the velvet bag came in handy to put all of my manuals in-The black bag of goodies: you get a good bag for all the modular cables -140mm’s of silence: this thing is whisper quiet at full loads-Screws: it even came with black mounting screws -It is not the CORSAIR AX750 lol so this is not, is NOT totally modular

Comment:
Particularly quiet, modular and the construct quality is superb. I like the flat cables. You can't go wrong with 80 Plus Silver. I got this with the 20$ MIR for teh extra saving sauce. Absolutely nothing negative to report, and I don't feel I will be performing so anytime soon. The HX750 is now replacing my old Antec SP-500, which decided to pop its capacitors and damage my BFG 8800 GT OC along with it.This is my second Corsair PSU (first 1 is in my brother's rig). From now on, going to be employing this manufacturer exclusively for power.

Cons:Price

Pros:Excellent power stabilityModular designCable sheathing
Comment:
I have had this PSU for over a year powering my X58 i7-920 system. I picked it up to replace an older OCZ unit that wouldn't let my X58 board POST (but still works on an AMD unit). Very quiet PSU and the voltages remain rock-stable at all load-levels. Modular design allows you to only use the cables that you need without having a tangled mess of cables that you are not using cluttering up the case.

Cons: none. Simply another great corsair Power supply.

Pros: Runs solid and cool, Makes no noise.
Comment:
I've had no issues with this power supply. My only regret is not getting the 1000W power supply for future requirements. I chose to spend a little bit more money on this gem for the warranty. (5 years)and it had great reviews and low failure rates. My next one will be in the same series but the 1000W pack when I retire this computer.

CORSAIR Professional Series HX750 (CMPSU-750HX) 750W Power Supply
Cons: 24 pin and 4/8 pin mobo power connectors weren't sleved and it kind of breaks up the sleek black design.

Pros: Powerful psu, QUIET, Semi-Modular, Clean, Nice Veletine pouch, cool little carrying case for the cables and a metal case badge, 80+ Silver
Comment:
Bought this to get a reliable power source for the Crossfire 6950's that i'll be getting soon as I build my AMD/ATI rig. Easy to install, just place it, screw it, route the 12V through the cable management holes and click in the modular cables.Makes the entire build look super clean.Box was sturdy, very well packaged inside and had a few nice carrying bags for the cables and other stuff.

Cons: none

Pros: modular, quiet, packaging is spectacular
Comment:
First of all, the presentation of the PSU out of the box is spectacular - the box is well constructed, the PSU itself comes in a velvet pouch and the cables come in their own resealable pouch as well. Very nice attention to the little things overall! The operation is fine and the modular cables are great for cable management and have a suitable number of connections for everything I'll need for awhile.

From the PSU itself to the small touches like the zip ties and velvet bag. Its quiet, its modular, 80 plus silver. My ModXstream Pro didnt feel right for my build. I had the HX620 which I needed to use in another system. I knew quite a few people who had used the HX750 for sometime now. All of them had great experience with it.No doubt that this will be more than enough of a quality PSU to power my system. As for price, not so good, best to buy when on sale.

CORSAIR Professional Series HX750 (CMPSU-750HX) 750W Power Supply
Cons:Not completely silent or fully modular.

Pros:Performs great in every area (sound, output quality, efficiency and on and on...), flat ribbon cables are easy to work with.
Comment:
It's not really a weakness that it isnt fully silent, as i doubt you will hear this over anything else in your case, and any rig you build that needs 750 watts will be using a 24 pin and 8 pin (the only non modular cables). The flat ribbon cables that the corsair hx line use are much easier to work with than the usual fully sleaved cables. The cable lengths are also great, you should be able to easily get the 24 pin and 8 pin behind the mobo tray with a bottom mounted psu in almost any full tower.
