Recognized by Gigabyte 890GX as 1333 @ 1.5v, timings 9-9-9-24memtest86+ overnight showed errors. Got it for 贍.99 (as of date of evaluation, the price is 贡.99). My sticks wouldn't POST at rated speed and voltage. Bumped up voltage to 1.665, POST, but Windows crashed. The issue may possibly be from my memory controller, which I think can manage only DDR3 1333 (AMD Athlon II x4). I am unsure as how to proceed, so I'm keeping my sticks running at 1333 for now. Currently running stable at 1333 8-8-8-24 @ 1.5v. Considering that Corsair memory rated at these values sells for about the exact same price I paid for my sticks, and taking into consideration I don't need to have 1600 that considerably, I am happy. I can constantly RMA in the future if I need to but am unable to accomplish rated speeds. fiveǛ

Stable operation at tighter settings than XMP. Operates at DDR3 1600 8-eight-824 with the rest of the settings configured for DDR3 1333. Good value for the speed it runs at. None however! I'm utilizing this memory in an Intel P55/i7-860 platform. Your mileage may well differ.

It's RAM, it works. With ASUS P7P55-D PRO board the appropriate timings are not recognized and you have to go in and manualy choose X.M.S. profile. Subsequent time I am going to only use RAM from the approved list provided by the board manufacturer.

Great price tag. No problems with install with AMD Phenom II 965 Black edition on Asus M4A87TD/USB3 operating Win7 Ultimate 64. Put anything together, fired it up changed a couple BIOS settings and smooth install of OS. None 1st AMD processor construct. Won't be overclocking. No need to.

It overclocked extremely nicely with just clicking "XMP" settings in my bios. The ram was matched perfectly and it is very rapid. Pretty substantially the very same exact thing as the dominator memory but without having the heat sinks. I mean literally just as rapid as my dominator I have on one more build. Save the 50 bucks for the looks of the heat sinks. It still has the identical lifetime warranty I wish I knew just before I purchased the dominators actually. None, overclocked gorgeous with my processor, not difficulties what-so-ever with stability testing. Prime95 overnight stable at 1600. LinX 20 line stable 1st try with moderate overclock with "xmp" settings.

Nice seeking... There seems to be a glitch between the motherboard and memory, I've noticed other individuals post on it as nicely... runs a little warm... this glitch wouldn't stop me from purchasing corsair again because I've had such fantastic luck with them in the past.

Stable at slower speeds, timings. Triggered random reboots at advertised speed making use of XMP profile. SPD speed is DDR3-1333 9-9-9-24 ʁ.5V. Had to use XMP profile to achieve advertised DDR3-1600 8-8-8-24 timings @ 1.65V.My method randomly rebooted when using the XMP profile to get the advertised speed. I'm apprehensive about rising the voltage past 1.65V to get stability at the advertised speed. I could have saved some cash if I wanted DDR3-1333 CL9 memory. My custom PC functions really nicely and I have no doubt this memory is a major element of that (also running a Phenom II X4 processor). None yet I've constantly heard Corsair is a good brand and my experience with this particular set and the dual 1 gig sticks I utilized in my old computer system convince me this is true.

rapidly, excellent ram. fair price, bought 8gb! 8-8-8-24 ... it should just run at that when you install it without having getting to change settings. :PI've tried and tried to get my bios to run at the Timing listed, even though it should be set up the way it is supposed to bios still reports it as operating 9-9-9.have to be missing one thing in bios. 8gb installed into: MSI NF750-G55 AM3 NVIDIA nForce 750a SLI HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail (N82E16813130235)no complaints other than not operating at listed timing, I'm sure I just missed a setting in bios though and when I turn into additional familiar with my bios I will get it figured out.

Extremely quickly stock speed and fast timings. Heat spreaders appear really excellent. Supposed to be stable at DDR3-1600 8-8-8-24 with 1.65V. 1.65V was NOT stable on my system (ASUS P7P55D EVO). Prime 95 would report fatal errors inside minutes. Raising the voltage to 1.6625V ran stable for 20 minutes before a crash and raising to 1.675V has had no stability troubles. I don't mind such a small boost, but I'm dissapointed that it didn't run stable out of the box. To reach DDR3-1600, my BCLK had to improve from 133 to 160. I don't mind a mild CPU and bus overclock, although. =)

These worked good though each sticks were working. In no way did function at stock settings though. But they would function at 7-7-7-20 at 1440 mhz.Mobo is a Asus Sabertooth 55i with an i5 750 chip. 1 stick died right after 4 months of less then typical use. (Away on company half the month) So it doesn't even get turned on when I am gone. Very first time I have had complications with corsair memory, so I am hoping that corsair will replace the negative module with a new one, but I have a feeling since they come in kits I will have to send each back and get a new pair. Which would make me much less then pleased not getting a pc during that time period.

Functions, excellent price, packaged nicely. From what I understand, it is excellent good quality compared to some other brands out there. I haven't genuinely explored overclocking memory yet so can't comment in relation to that. None so far. This item shipped with many other factors, such as a OEM DVD burner and OEM HDD. The memory was wrapped securely amongst several layers of bubble wrap with the drives... Good touch Newegg
