Worked excellent. No hassle setting it up at all. Never ever had problems communicating with it either. I am running it on Windows7 64-bit. The blinking light is readly bright and speedy. I'm not sure why they created it this way. It doesn't seriously matter if your laptop tower is in a position where the back can't be seen, but it nonetheless doesn't make sense why they would have it do that. I've utilized it to sync my Tungsten E2 and my blackberry phone. Each worked smoothly with no issues at all.

Very little, dependable, has worked great for me on Windows 7 pro 64. It's so small (about the size of a protective cap on a USB flash drive) I'm afraid I my loss it. LOL

Plug proper in and then set up software program on disc in Windows 7 to make it functional. Tiny. I use this with my Nokia E63 Symbian based smart phone and the Nokia Computer Suite. What I've found first of all is the computer software that comes with this dongle, outdoors of giving the important driver for the OS, does not function with my wise telephone for factors like copying files, and so on. I can use the Nokia Computer Suite just fine most of the time but have to typically re-pair the telephone and my laptop to get it to work. At my workplace I have a Lenova laptop with built-in bluetooth and it's software program is incredibly straightforward and makes it possible for me to effortlessly copy files to/from the exact same telephone. works with Ubuntu. Good and compast. Can be left in laptop indefinitely. but not with Windows 7. Driver installs, but will not run - Windows reports "known comparability issues" with this operating beneath Win7. Cirago has not identified when/if a corrected driver will be forthcoming.

Win7 X64 has challenges with Bluetooth and many of these devices do not work. This functioned out-of-the box perfectly and permitted me synchronize my Palm PDA with Win7 X64.It is small and I appreciate it.Comes with a CD...for what I do not know as I did not want it! Straightforward to lose if you do not preserve it mounted all of the time and why wouldn't you? Plug it in and forget it.

It works well with Vista 64-bit, which is what I've utilised it on largely. It is fairly rapidly, and it performs devoid of obtaining to find drivers. It's also TINY! It functions out of the box. Windows 7 instantly identified the drivers for the Bluetooth receiver. It identified all of my bluetooth devices (Phone, headset, PDA-yes I still have 1 just waiting for a great phone replacement). When sending a image to the computer from devices, I will have to click on receive file. Not certain if this is from Windows although, but I am attempting to figure out a workaround where it will just accept the file I'm sending. I haven't attempted the individual network yet, so that will be next. Hard to get out the port when removing, but the product is very modest. All in All, this is a great trusted product. It hasn't let me down once, crashed etc (which is also partly due to Windows 7 being a great OS). The LED is bright, but I have it inside my case, latch on to my NZXT Case Accessory. So I don't see the LED unless I appear into my case.

it just performs nuff stated light show painted it with a sharpie got it mainly for for a linux machine and was plug and play with ubuntu 9.10 and went straight to a2dp it sound settings but yeah amazing piece of function cannot inform about it on a windows machine given that i use the azio class 1 micro version for windows

Despite this issue's small size it gets curiously strong reception at distances that I would never anticipate it to operate. I had this in an old apartment (think lead paint old) and this still worked by way of two walls. none Functions good for wireless wacom tablets.

Works nicely, found and installed within 10 seconds. It is a little finecky, it tends not to like usb hubs. use this with my Mindstorms NXT for RC.

uncomplicated setup operating with XP Pro 32bit bought this and Motrola S305 headphones for my grand daughter device finds headphones but will not connect does not give option for a safety code Christmas gift hopefully it will work with her cell phone

Plug and play. No installation of any computer software required. Had my pda Active-syncing with bluetooth in five minutes. Oh, and reasonably priced. Does stick out a bit. Not positive how well that bodes for transporting my laptop. Continuous blinking is annoying. There could be a fix for that but I'm a newbie.

Little, trusted, has worked good for me on Linux(Ubuntu, Suse) and on Windows 7.(though I can in no way figure out how to use the Windows' bluetooth dialogs or wizards) It does indeed have a incredibly vivid blue light that is continuously flashing but that can be solved by putting it on a back usb port or taping it up with electrical tape though at night, even with it on the back of my case, it can be really annoying reflecting its bright blue light off the wall.

Just plugged it on a USB port and it worked on my Ubuntu ten.10 workstation. Paired with a Jawbone Icon bluetooth headset through the Bluetooth Preferences applet of the Gnome desktop, tends to make for a wonderful setup for voice/video chat & telephone calls (via Google Voice). It's genuinely tiny also, which is good due to the fact it's not sticking out like a sore thumb. Nothing at all so far. The blue led is indeed bright, and blinks fairly a bit (once per second when idle, practically continuously when a headset is on and in use) which I guess could be distracting in some conditions but is not an issue in my situation.

Inexpensive. Superior range. Doesn't let my Microsoft keyboard function with my motherboard for the duration of POST. Buy it.

It's smaller, it works, and it's affordable. And it performs with Windows 7. When I very first ventured down to the mess of wires I call my "desk" to plug this in, I was greeted with a flashing blue LED that refused to go off. "Okay," I stated, "maybe it just does that when it's transmitting information or installing drivers."It's been a few days and that point still acts like it's at a rave or one thing. I can't even see the issue from exactly where I'm sitting, so I'm fine with it. Perhaps it's just Windows 7?

Cheap and smaller Smaller - May shed it if you don't have it plugged in all the time! Operates excellent. plugged it into my laptop or computer and had it operating in seconds with my BT Headset!

What I had to do is place the disc in my DVD drive and then plug in the bluetooth device, Win7 need to automatically install the needed files off the DVD disc.
