Corsair TX650W 650W ATX 12V 52A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan
Cons:Na

Pros:Affordable, decent reliability & performance, quiet
Comment:
This is an excellent mid-level power supply for a mid-level build. So far it hasn't thrown a lot of heat & is relatively quiet. With Corsair quality, I am expecting to last the lifetime of my PC.

Corsair TX650W 650W ATX 12V 52A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan
Cons:Fan speed cannot be adjusted manually.

Pros:Stable power, beautiful finish, quality parts, good selection of cables.
Comment:
Everything about this reeks high quality - especially at this price range. Lots of positives that I wonèt go into detail here since they have been mentioned by others already.Sadly, the temperature sensor for the fan does not work properly for me. Even when the PSU is under heavy load, the fan does not increase its speed. I only found out about the problem when my PC shut off randomly a couple of times and I reached back to remove the side cover. When my fingers brushed over the exhaust vent, I realized how hot it was.The PSU was very hot to the touch and was likely the hottest component in my PC. Too bad I found the problem too late, several days after the NCIX 30-day warranty, so I am now stuck waiting for the Corsair RMA process to commence.Time to look for another PSU, preferably one with a set or adjustable fan speed...

Corsair TX650W 650W ATX 12V 52A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan
Cons:weakness is they have too much wires to deal with.

Pros:Extreme quiet
Comment:
I asked the person at ncix which kind of psu is the quietest available in the market and he told me this is the one. And i believed him and purchased the tx650w. when i assembled i couldnt believe how quiet it is compared to the extreme power duo cooler master 650watt psu. i believe that even if coolermaster sells 60 - 70 bucks compare to cosair tx650 for like 100bucks. i've read through a few forums saying they overclock their psu and they've made like 2 or 3 modifications to their coolermaster psu and named their psu to plus then extreme plus and stuff like that and they're loud as hell! i am so happy my tx650 psu is so quiet even though it is a bit pricy. i basically bought this psu for the low decibels.

Corsair TX650W 650W ATX 12V 52A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan
Cons:Don't like the way the 8-pin connector works

Pros:High Quality, lots of power
Comment:
Overall this is a good ps for a good price. However, my mobo supports 8-pin connector and I don't like how this power supplies supports 8-pin. There is two 4-pin that can be used but they don't provide anything that holds them together, and so they each sit differently when plugged in.

This Replaced a 600W Ultra
Comment:
I bought this in September. So far, no problems and it's very quiet. I bought this one because it had plenty of amps on the 12v for SLI. At times, the top of my case near the PSU seems a bit warm but I think that's because the unit's cooling fan is on the bottom, causing the top of the supply to be the warmest as the air is pushed up there before leaving out the back. I like it.

Does it's job well
Comment:
Corsair power supplies come from two different ODMs, Seasonic and Channel Well (CWT). Both are very good manufacturers for high-end products, but Seasonic tends to be a more conservative company that doesn't want to grow their business too fast whereas CWT is kind of the opposite and is interested in selling a large number of power supplies through many different companies. Corsair blurs the boundaries between these ODMs, letting the two manufacturers produce different wattages for the same series.

Very high quality at a good price
Comment:
I had bought this to power a Quad-core machine and vid card to speed up 3D rendering on a CAD machine. Worked flawlessly, had all the connectors needed to run the new board, HDs, and the 240 core video card. Runs cool and quiet, steady, power supply. Good value for a high quality PS. I'd definately get another for my next build.

Corsair TX650W 650W ATX 12V 52A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan
Cons:None

Pros:- Very quiet fan- Long, braided wires
Comment:
I never thought that a PS can be this quiet. My old PS in old box sounds like a tank when it is turned on and I got used to think that it is just a fact of a desktop. It is really worth it when you pay a bit more but you can sleep at night quietly without any white noise or listen to music to its fullest.

Dead on arrival
Comment:
Purchased at $130 and thought that Corsair would be better than my old Antec PSU. Wrong ! Motherboard LEDs were blinking and power boot up was unresponsive. It was dead on arrival and 5V and 12V rails were fluctuating by miles. The only way that we managed to start it up was to use the green and black cables on the 24 pin connector. This successfully brought it to life but then we found the wildly fluctuating voltage readings.

Corsair TX650W 650W ATX 12V 52A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan
Cons:Somewhat rigid wires but not really a big problem

Pros:Big fan, looks cool, sleeved wires, more than enough connections
Comment:
I have to say I am very pleased with this product. I used it to replace a cheap generic PSU that I had and got a more quiet computer and no longer needed any power adapters. It's also energy efficient so that is always good.

Cons:Not enough PCI-E power plugs

Pros:CheapEfficient
Comment:
Got this in a sale so it was really cheap after the mail in rebate.Kind of wish there was more power just to be safe but then that means I should have bought the bigger power supply.Currently have two Radeon 4870 in CrossFireX and each requires two 6 pin PCI-E power plug (4 in total) but this power supply only had 2 so I had to used the adapter.
