Solid memory for a excellent price tag. The packaging was press kind plastic. Not a con of the item... just a discomfort to deal with. Critical memory is a single three memory organizations I've under no circumstances been let down from. The brand excellent is quite high in most of their goods.

Compatible with an MSI Wind U123 netbook. The netbook is definitely much more responsive with much more memory. I wasn't also sure this would perform in this machine. It wasn't totally free or beneath ฤ. But the price tag is not intolerable for the improvement in overall performance.

Ram was effortlessly detected and has been working fine. This is the 2nd 2GB bank in my iMac, and unlike Windows XP on my bootcamp, the whole 4GB RAM is usable. Windows XP 32 bit version can not address far more than 3GB RAM. None so far! Newegg often feels incredibly reputable in ordering any stuff. I don't thoughts paying added for the prompt service, despite the fact that cost wise they are also quite competitive.

Performs exactly as advertised, and 1 month in, there's no troubles to speak of. Not free of charge. Purchased to replace a stick of ram beneath the keyboard of my Inspiron 1520 that failed soon after two years. Almost certainly the 1st time that ever happened to me, and I hope it's the final.

Have generally preferred Crucial/Micron memory as it has under no circumstances failed. Brands that have incorporate Samsung, among other folks esp. generic. None Newegg ื.99 and totally free shipping. Can't go incorrect as caught the sale prior to the DRAM upswing in value this year.

Great compatibility, installed in my Atom-powered netbook in minutes with no difficulties. None A RAM upgrade is one particular of the simplest and most price effective approaches if improving efficiency. Why in the 21st century do Computer companies nevertheless peddle hardware with such minimum spec?

This is great for the value. It functions fairly decent for me on my Imac. This ram didn't last that extended for me it just crashed this morning, fortunately i had an additional stick of ram lying about. Don't get me wrong i loved it though it lasted but just to warn you it will likely crash on you following a couple of weeks, so be cautious. It's a wonderful amount of ram for its price tag just don't do anything to use a lot of it all the time, that is why i believe my crashed. It is likely greater to use if your a lot more of a casual individual that only checks e mail and stuff equivalent to that, but for gaming i recommend one more brand.

just normal memory. place it into my Dell mini 9. works great. i hate plastic blister packs and this was sealed in one particular, but so is virtually almost everything when replacing memory in a laptop, remove the battery, then right after battery is removed hit the power button. this makes sure all power is out of machine prior to shifting memory

Operates fine, as far as I can inform. Sped up the laptop I used it on quite a lot. None that I saw. Added it to my mom's Vista laptop with 1 GB RAM. Still slow due to the fact of a horrible processor, but it does appear more quickly and I know the RAM isn't holding it back anymore.

My Acer Aspire 1 Netbook picked it up proper away and has been difficulty free hence far. Running significantly smother now than with 1gig. Crucual tends to make quality memory. If you are hesitating on finding this for your netbook don't believe twice. Do what the manufacturers ought to have carried out to begin with. Newegg came by way of with very good pricing and quick shipping. None

It's RAM. RAM is a commodity, and it's expected to be ideal, and the block that I got was. At the time, it was the least expensive option for the specs. I ran Memtest on it and it checked out just fine. I tried to get my computer to thrash itself by opening every significant system on my computer system (including a few truly big ones, like SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, and NetBeans), and was only barely able to slow my personal computer down. I was in a position to render photos in SolidWorks Photoview 360 in 8000x4500 resolution (just for entertaining). This actually was a increase to my pc, and at a superior cost, also. All minor. Windows can't see my last Gb of RAM, but that's just mainly because it's 32 bit; I have plenty of RAM with out the final Gig.Also, this didn't speed up my laptop or computer that a lot (I was hoping that going from single channel to double channel would be far more of an improvement, not to mention adding additional total memory). Turns out, my Lenovo T61 P had underclocked its Intel Core 2 Duo ʂ.five GHz processor to 800 MHz to save battery. With that fixed, though, I couldn't be happier with my aging laptop's efficiency. It's RAM. Anticipate it to do what it does, and don't expect it to do what it doesn't. If RAM is a bottleneck in your computer, causing you to have to use the Web page File a lot, this will be a fairly affordable way to speed up your computer system. If you want to have the capability to multitask additional, this will permit you to have a lot of programs open. If you already have a very good chunk of RAM and you want to speed up your laptop or computer, sorry, appear someplace else; the speed improve will be smaller.
