Straightforward Installation; worked effectively with my HP DV6000 series laptop (DV6646US to be precise). Incredibly rapid shipping from Newegg! I wish memory had been less expensive =/ Upgraded a single of my sticks of RAM from 1GB to Important's 2GB module so that now I have 3GB running Windows 7 smoothly.

Important is solid ram, good stuff. Makes a fast Ɠ minutes) drop-in replacement for for the stock 1GB my Asus 1000HE came with (love it). Absolutely nothing that I can assume of. You can never have as well considerably ram.

Compared to 1GB it seems to increase the Dell Mini 9 a little. Seems to run nicely with the OS X hackintosh setup. I received defective memory the very first time. Even so, New Egg's return policy and shipping were good. I you want to increase your memory, you can't go incorrect with Critical. New Egg is awesome!

Easy and economical upgrade Would be good if it had been a handful of bucks more affordable. The computer was only 趀 brand new! Purchased for my Asus EEEPC 900 HA. Simple to install, then just restarted in BIOS to confirm the memory upgrade, and all two GB shows. Computer system runs noticeably faster.

Noticeable speed increase. None so far Newegg always has the ideal rates and fastest shipping of any retailer. On the internet or otherwise. I wouldn't by laptop or computer components anyplace else. It's a no brainer as to regardless of whether or not to acquire quality name brand ram at such a very good price tag.

It fit fine, and was recognized as 1.99gb with no require to update anything. (Going from 1gb to 2gb) Any time the netbook is plugged, or unplugged, it will freeze and I have to force a shut down with the power button, and from time to time when it will not restart right away. This only occurs with the Important memory, not the stock one. I got an RMA and I was sent a different stick of memory but the dilemma is nevertheless happening. I checked on the Crucial forums and I am not the only 1 having this dilemma. I installed each sticks a number of instances, and the stock stick operates flawlessly, though the Critical is negative. I had to spend Ű to have the initial stick shipped back for warranty, and now I might have to spend to ship the second broken one particular again. So I'm paying almost double what this thing is worth and so far it's entirely useless. I have to wait until Monday to speak to Important tech support, but I doubt they will support any. Needless to say, I'm very upset about this, I wish I in no way purchased this memory, I also wish I at least didn't have to pay for shipping to get warranty work done. My friend had no issues with making use of Corsair on his eee, so I guess I'm going to give that a go if Vital tells me to pound sand.

It only took me 15 min to install the new module. And the procedure was a bit of a complex one particular. My programs open faster now and I am extremely happy that I haven't had any programming issues. Incredibly good module, I now like Crucial. Get started-up takes the exact same amount of time as prior to with my 3GBs operating - now with 4GBs. But I am not complaining. My Windows Vista Household Premium Operating System recognizes the RAM and displays 4.00GB in the Process Properties window. When I defrag my RAM in my Process Mechanic Profesional plan only my former three.0GB is nonetheless displayed. Not a massive deal even though. I am extremely happy.

Price was very good. Operates perfectly in my Acer D250 Netbook. I hate that plastic packaging. It's truly a pain in the you know what to get open. I have bought no name brand and other brands of memory in the past. My last couple of memory upgrades had been from Crucial and I've been fairly happy. I would advise checking out their web page as their memore configuration tool is quite handy and takes the guesswork out of which module to get.

Good RAM, has worked good for almost a year now. Doubling my EEEpc's initial 1gb of RAM made a massive distinction. The thing starts up in a small more than 30 seconds! Worth the 50 extra bucks I payed when it was out, absolutely worth the 25 dollars it is worth now!! Initially my laptop did not realize it had 2gb of RAM! I had to go into BIOs prior to it comprehend it had the RAM installed. Nicely worth the extra money.
