Definitely graet ram. I am in fact shocked..Initial time trying gskill products. I am a OCZ guy.. Couldn't get my q9650 stable at 450 four.005 and couldn't runn 3dmark06 past 440 three.960...place this in and tryed 440 ddr1103 initially and ran great and 3dmark06 was 22,530. Then went to 445 four.005 and ran Linpack 10 passes stable. 3d score was 22578...Temps never went more than 67c immediately after complete pressure none At very first I was questioning who the nuts had been that were investing 250.00 plus for the ddr2-1200 Gskill ram they have on here but following this ram showed all my other ram which includes my 1066 reeper ram I can practically see why people would get it..I will have to remain off of here for awile or I will be to tempted...

For the final year and a half, I have not had a single challenge connected to this memory. I have played with voltage and timing to overclock as effectively and still proved to be stable. If you nevertheless are hunting for a pair of DDR2 sticks, I very advocate this item. It's somewhat surprising to see the memory is nevertheless only barely sub-贄, simply because I paid 贉.99 a year ago. Perhaps the price tag ought to've gone down a small a lot more, but I still feel it's not too undesirable taking into consideration what you get back in return.

-Very fashionable and goes with my setup nicely-These work much additional efficiently than what I had-Goes perfectly with my EVGA 780i SLI-To get 1080 with 8GB, five-five-5-15 2T, all else auto has worked good. Just make confident all 8 are read or it'll BSOD. -A bit tricky to get the board to read all 8GB. Not losing an egg or something mainly because it may well just be the board is touchy. -This is such an upgrade from my OCZ Reaper PC28500s. I couldn't get those stable over 900 link/sync. These took ten minutes to get to the 1080 exactly where they're at, at only 1.85V.No longer a bottleneck.G.Skill is my memory manufacturer of decision now. This memory produced a large distinction on my 780iftw it runs rock solid 򜡌 5-five-5-15 1.9v and will allow me to lastly get a stable oc on my q9550 ʃ.27 that really assists a ton on my fps 򜮀x1200 for my sli 260s ﲚ. why didn't i purchase this kit months ago? For the last 7 months i was employing cosair 1066 that would only run at 1000 at two.05v 5-5-6-18 and i had to loosen up timings so it wouldn't lock. This Gskill tears it up so poor not to mention that my mem was holding back my cpu overclock mainly because as soon as i swapped the new Gskill in i was able to get a stable oc in minutes.I haven't tried to oc the mem far more but because i have been enjoying the big increase in fps to crysis warhead and Dawn of war two 򜮀x1200 thnx to Gskill :p

I upgraded my aging system with 8GB of this memory. The extra speed came in handy when overclocking. I had no errors initially and had to make minimal adjustments. I commonly don't like the new aggressively significant heatsinks, but these make a good deal with when installing in a tight space. DDR2 is reasonably costly now. It doesn't really feel great to invest a lot more money for older technology. My final speed was 1066 with the recommended timings. I did have to add an additional +.05 volts. (total 1.85) Manufacturer Response:.Dear BuyerThank you for your G.Skill buy and evaluation. Glad to hear 8GB of this memory operates nicely in your system. Since it is low voltage memory, no further tweaks are expected for 8GB, and setup is significantly less difficult. G.Ability has grow to be my brand of decision. I owned almost every major brand of ram and G.Ability so far has usually exceeded my expectations. Highly advised.

Low Voltage, Low Latency, true DDR2 1066 RAM. No require to more than volt to get 1066 speed. Use automobile settings in BIOS. Each RAM worked out of the box as the product listed. Sturdy Heat Sink which does not move around during set up. Price can always be much less =) This was ๳ for 2x2GB ƔGB) Tall heatsink. I favor to have high efficiency and low voltage for longer life expectancy. I have bought the other RAM advertised for 1066 which require a tadd of overvolt, but some sticks require a little teasing of the timings for the speed. Over volting casues additional heat and much less life expectancy. This is top quality RAM.

Works Great. Gigabyte EP45-UD3P motherboard is a tiny picky about what memory you use, but with a tiny tweaking, it's running at the advertised speed. Didn't have any troubles with getting the advertised speed till I had all 8GB on the motherboard. As extended as only 6GB was installed, it recognized it at the advertised speed. Didn't run at advertised speed until I tweaked the speed and timings in BIOS. I consider it may possibly be motherboard compatibility considering that nearly all running the UD3P board have the same complications with memory If you don't have any problems adjusting the the settings in the BIOS This is a great purchase. Bought it at the very same cost as PC26400 so even if I couldn't get it to run at advertised speed I hadn't lost something.

-Zero heat - generally cool to the touch even overclocked and for the duration of pressure-testing-Low voltage - I got the rated 1100 Mhz at stock 1.8v-Tight timings - operates as advertised-Heavy, solid heatsinks I've been having freezing issues in Win 7 because I installed this RAM, but I don't believe it's to blame - it passes all tests repeatedly and ran Prime95 for 3 days straight. Plus I've not recognized RAM to cause freezing and the event log is not implicating the memory - it's almost certainly a driver or codec matter. How do they get such efficiency on such low voltage? I don't know... but I do know I'm buying much more - this RAM is amazing.

This is by far the very best set of 2x2 DDR2 RAM on the market proper now. It runs very cool, and at low voltages; no problems, no complications. No worries; since I know IF I have a difficulty G.Skill have A1 assistance. My OCZ XTC RAM cooler does not fit these tall modules- that's OK- they don't even truly need added cooling! But, G.Skill "previewed" a cooler for these at 1 of the trade shows earlier this year, haven't noticed it since???Value dropped ฽ in two months LOL! I'd get a second set at this value- If they weren't out of stock (<---A con?!) They're runnning at 1154MHz five-five-five-15 on a MIIF, and not even a hint of instability.I'm Not performed tweaking however! While I doubt they'll hit 1200- what 2x2GB set will??I'll be truly pleased if I can preserve these clocks when I drop in a second setG.Skill- How about some 1100 2x 4GB PI really like????

Stable. Good moving area for overclockers. Really Cool style. I have the very first models silver huge heatsinks and a set of the second gens with the black. Both sets function fantastic together. I'm getting 1150mhz out of mine on stock voltage Ƒ.9 side) with no troubles. Really significant heatsinks make cpu cooler decisions hard dependant on exactly where your memory slots are situated on your motherboard though. Efficiently cool operating design. I nevertheless believe I'm at stock thermals with the overclock. I cant feel any heat off those bad boys. Obtain it! Functions fantastic! Manufacturer Response:.Dear ConsumerThank you for your G.Skill acquire and evaluation. Glad to hear the memory is operating stable and is overclocking extremely nicely. The huge ࿘mm) heatsinks can be an issue for larger CPU coolers, but there are also several excellent CPU coolers that can assistance this memory. The chips used in this kit are quite significantly different than the DDR2-1066 or DDR2-800 PI kits. As you already know, they are capable of substantially much better overclocks at a lower voltage. Typically high frequency DDR2 kits require more than 2.10V, but this kit is capable of operating at the common 1.80V-1.90V. If you are searching for DDR2 performance, this is surely a good kit to get.Thank youGSKILL SupportHigh quality and consumer service are our top priorities.Tech Help E-mail: ustech@gskillusa.comRMA Dept E-mail: rma@gskillusa.comG.Ability Forum: http://www.gskill.us/forum/

I bought 8GB of this beauty to place in my EVGA780i SLI motherboard, If you follow the correct actions (check the forum at EVGA), you'll be in a position to run this mem. at the specified speed. Nonetheless, that'll give you no benefit on your method, you have a memory that's running at MHz, but your FSB is still @ 333MHz (quad pumped), which signifies that most of the time your memory is idling. For overclocking, this memory is amazing, I'm running without issues at 833MHz Ɣ-four-four-12). Certainly, this is way below 1100MHz, but the FSB is at 416!!! which give my Q9650 from the factory 3GHz, to an awsome three.75GHz (w/ the factory air cooling). The memory runs really cool. None I had to improve the northbridge voltages a little bit to be in a position to attain stability, but this is a difficulty with the motherboard. Otherwise, I linked the FSB w/Memory speed and left almost everything in automatic. The simplest & quickest overclocking I've ever accomplished.Water cooling really should give me a lot more space for overcloking, but I'm pleased with the present results.
