G.Skill is often a fantastic option for buying RAM. When it comes to purchasing RAM i founf this to be 1 of the very best price-performance RAM on the market. It overcklocks immediately to 1600Mhz without even growing voltage.Plus they look WAY cooler than the ripjaws, with a shiney G.Skill logo. Cheap memory! Why buy the expensive stuff if this works just the same? If you're not looking to overclock, this memory should satisfy your needs. Corsair provides great compatibility. It even looks decent!

Cons: Timings fairly high. Can be a tricky pair to OC with.

Pros: Good for budget builds.
Comment:
I have a pair of these to go with my i5 760. The CPU is currently at 4.0Ghz and I couldn't get it to post with 8-8-8-22 so they remain at stock, for now. Great pair of DDR3 to start off with.

Cons:none so far

Pros:It's G.Skill! I've bought a lot of this and never had a problem with any GS memory kit.
Comment:
I really like G.Skill. I've had issues in the past with OCZ and other memory but G.Skill has always worked flawlessly. Their DDR2 as well as DDR3 is all very reliable and seems to hold up well to a little extra voltage. This review was modfied by poster @ 01-15-10 11:00 PM

Comment:
I am running 4 x 2gb for a total of 8gb in a MSI 790FX-GD70 motherboard at 667MHz (1333) and it is stable at stock speeds/settings.9-9-9-24Some people have a stated that this is only good for Intel boards but it does not miss a beat on an AM3 board with AMD Phenom II X4 955BE overclocked at 3.6MHzI am running Windows 7 64bit OS.*Ensure you seat the ram correctly the first time! On start up I got the blue screen when adding the other 4 gigs. Shut down and re-seated the ram and all was good. Not the RAMS fault but the users! :) This review was modfied by poster b 01-06-10 04:11 PM This review was modfied by poster @ 01-06-10 04:17 PM

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
Cons:Price. Could go for $10 or so less, but I got on sale anyways, so can't complain.

Pros:Fast. 4gb is plenty enough for almost anything. Applications load up much faster than I could've imagined.Looks cool. I like the red.Runs relatively cool. I don't feel like touching it, but it doesn't seem to have any problems with heat.
Comment:
Nothing to say except this is a great set of RAM. It's not unbelieveably fast, which would mean a higher price, and it's not pathetic. It's good enough for any regular users needs, unless you feel like turning on every single application on startup.

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
Cons:Packaging is a little excessive.

Pros:Cheap DDR3 RAM
Comment:
After finding out the DDR3 ECC registered RAM wouldn't work in the motherboard I purchased, I had to go for non-ECC RAM. This one was on sale at the time so I picked up two.The RAM works as you would expect. This is the first G-Skill product I've used and it works flawlessly. The packaging is a little excessive (it's like a gift box) but the RAM performs well.

Cons:None, insofar as i can tell.

Pros:Just Works. It's RAM, what were you expecting?
Comment:
Clipped in easy enough, and heat spreaders were pretty meaty; they didn't bend or nothing, when i was accidentally torquing on it.Worked on auto settings on my motherboard. memtest83 showed no faults, for as long as i cared enough to run it.Stable under gaming conditions.
