GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:Colours
Pros:Many Connections Comment:
I love this board for the upgrade headroom that it provides. I just don't agree with the baby blue paint on some parts as most PC parts don't match up in colour. Not a big deal at all. 5 stars. |

GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:
RAM modules might be a bit too close to the CPU
Pros: Rock solidATX form factor Comment:
I've got this paired with an Athlon II 640 and Corsair RAM. It's been rock solid and I've had no issues. One note is that the RAM modules are a little close to the CPU. Paired with a decent size heatsink (I've got the Coolermaster Hyper 212) and the RAM modules might be a little harder to access. |

GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:

Pros: Nice layoutSharp lookingGreat value Comment:
I bought this board for my new HTPC build. I was looking for a nice board for my Athlon II 250 CPU. My main criteria was to have integrated graphics and a few PCI slot for TV Tuner, wireless adapter, and possibly other future upgrades. I have never owned a Gigabyte board in the past, but I have heard good things about them. So I pulled the trigger and I could not be happier. Very clean layout, easy to work with, very well documented and priced better than the competition. I would recommend this board to anyone looking to build a PC for everyday use. Even the casual gamer will be happy with this one; pair it up with an AMD graphics card and you can run crossfire with the IGP. |

GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:
-Colour Scheme (Gigabytes standard colours)
Pros: -Good price-Crossfire-Supports all AM3 processors-Very durable-USB 3.0 Comment:
This board is a great value, but like most AMD boards, only supports crossfire. Although it does support crossfire, but there is a problem with that too. It has one PCI-16 X16 and one PCI-16 X4. |

I received the R2.0, where the R2.2 is available.
Pros: Quality BrandOnboard video with HDMI8 SATA portsPrice Comment:
I purchased this from Ncix Ebay outlet. Awesome board with so many features. It is running presently my AMD X4 960T, I was unable to unlock any of the hidden cores. Running at 4.1 ghz at 1.425V. Very stable motherboard for the price I payed. Highly recommended. |

Works great with my AMD Athlon II X2 250. I didn't need a crazy CPU as this mobo is only used as a server. Got ubuntu server installed and no issues. Recommended |

GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:
no black edition overclock memory profile support, Rev. 2.0 instead of 2.1 which has been out for awhile..
Pros: Good board, would rather get 890 though Comment:
Overall its a good board by Gigabyte. But my customer experience with NCIX is poor.. the included cd case that came with my motherboard appeared to have been tempered with. Upon inspection of the cd inside, the cd had light scratches all over.. I doubt it came like this from the factory also the box was in bad shape. I don't have time for this RMA bull and will never deal with NCIX again.. |

GIGABYTE GA-880GA-UD3H ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:
Gigabyte only has an .exe file for updating firmware now
Pros: USB3.0SATA3Built in video with HDMI and DVI Comment:
Bought this to build a cheap server computer. It was able to unlock a core on my Sempron and able to OC it pretty nicely too. Since it's a server computer I didn't need any fancy video card so the built in one on the mobo was good enough. And since it's a server computer, I'm running linux on it and I was pretty disappointed to find all of Gigabyte's bios update s are a .exe file now which makes it really inconvient for me to update the bios. |
First the board was ATX, supply lots of future upgrading. I am utilizing onboard video for now, but I like what I read about 880G. USB 3., esata, lots of USB's. Nicely laid out. I commonly liked the construct. I was confused about two things. 1. why were the sata connectors proper angle? Thank goodness for the room on the Antec 300, but there must be a reason for right angle. Also why do they specify a appropriate angle SATA connector for the HDD? Possibly the SATA layout has some thought behind it. With six SATA connectors, they did not leave themselves room for straight connectors. It is an intriguing concept, but it could be a issue with some enclosures.
