AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Quad Core CPUI decided to build a new machine as it's been a bout 6 years and I felt it was time to move up from my old single core Athlon Barton core processor. My new machine was built with mostly this website's products, including this porcessor, ( the fastest Phenom X4 they make) as well an Asus M4A77TD motherboard,a NXZT case, dual 1TB HItachi drives set to raid 0, a 9800 GT 1 gig EVGA card and 4 gigs of Crucial Ballistix memory, as well as windows 7. But the heart of it all is this processor, and it rocks! Tons of power usually running at only 1-7% processor usage. The machine is a monster!

Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H Motherboard I bought XFX GF8200 before this one, which I have to exchange twice. XFX one dose not work with my Athlon II X4 620!! After I got this one it works great! If you are not hardcore gamer, and wants to watch HD movies(it plays 1080p videos smooth), and do web surffing, you need to buy this. The video card is great. If you overclock 500Mhz to 700Mhz, you can play FPS games smoothly(ofcourse on middle level settings)

Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H Motherboard it has so many features on it and works well with the AMD2 phenom x4. my only conplant is that the drivers that come with are causing some problems. im trying to run it with XP and it doesnt work well together. im upgrading to windows 7 pro. so i'll see how that works after that. hands down great buy though. i love being able to dedicate what ever amount of memorey to the video card.

Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H MotherboardI think the on board video was using a lot more RAM than I had expected. My system said it was only utilizing 2.75 GB of the 4.00 GB. Now that I've installed a separate video card my system utilizes 3.25 GB. I'm using 32 bit Windows XP. The board itself seems to be of high quality! The included EasyTune 6 program auto over-clocked my AMD Phenom II 550 from 3100 MHz to over 3800 MHz! My system runs fast and smooth!

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Quad Core CPU After reviewing the benchmark on a few websites, I debated the apparent extra performance of the i7 920 which is 100 more than this processor, for me, the price outweighed the performance. It doesn't just end there with buying intel, the motherboard's are also expensive for a good one. Whereas AMD, you buy this chip, and everything works to what you expect. I use 3d software, adobe products, games, music, sometimes all of these things open all at the same time JUST to see if it can handle it. With ease. You can almost forget you have something open. Excellent product. Ok yes, I suppose the fan is alittle louder than my previous one. Intel is supposedly faster, but will you really notice the difference with it's improvement over this CPU? I doubt anyone demands as much cpu power on my applications as on theirs. If you are a gamer, all my games are 60fps with a radeon 5770. My 3d applications are pigs on the cpu. It holds up well!

Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H Motherboard This motherboard has all the ports and accessories you would ever need! Things do tend to get a little crowded, specially near the video card, but everything does fit. I only wished it had DDR3 RAM, instead of DDR2, but runs fast anyway.

Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H MotherboardI like this Gigabyte board. I thought the graphics on it would have been better being has HDMI & digital video built in. I put in a Sparkle GeForce GT220 PCI-E graphics card along with 6gig memory & an AMD Athlon II X-4 630 processor. Runs great. Like everyone else,the video card covers one of the PCI slots. The book and Tech support says only use 2 memory slots or all 4. I'm using 3 with 2gig in each and works great. I've built lots of computers and this board is the best. Hey, I've been buying from you for years. Way to go!

Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H Motherboard Built my new system back in the Fall of '09 originally with windows 7 64-bit RC. Now running Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate. Works like a champ, no issues whatsoever. It's coupled with a Phenom II 955, HIS Radeon 4870, 8GB of OCZ 1066 RAM, a 1000W Ultra X3 PSU, and all jammed into a LANBOX Lite case. I've read some reviews that 1066mhz does not work with this board; They are wrong. The only thing this board could have used is dual LAN, but that's being extremely picky. I'm very pleased with this Gigabyte product.

Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H Motherboard This is a great board. I used it to build a gaming machine. Took less then an hour to setup, everything worked on the 1st try. It unlocked my Phenom x2 550BE to a quad core. Tons of over clocking features as I'm running at 3.5GHz with ease. The only issue is my 9800GT video card overlaps 3 of the sata ports. I only use 2 so its not a problem. Just something to think about if you plan on setting up raid with a larger video card. This is the best value I could find being on a budget, I am 100 percent pleased.
