at 1600x900, with Athlon II X4 640 and 4gb DDR3 1600, 600w PSU. plays ME1ǘ at highest settings perfectly. crysis at High looks fantastic. Oblivion at high settings works well too. Couldn't be happier. may possibly not be superior at 1080p? really major card, covers a PCI slot on my mATX mobo. It certainly isn't as strong as the GTX 460s, but I was impatient and didnt wait for the 460 768's to drop in cost. at ฤ additional you can uncover a GTX 460 768 which is way stronger than this and better for 1080p. On the other hand, for stricktly 1600x900 and below, this is perfect.

HIS Radeon HD 5770 2XDVI HDMI DP PCI-E Video Card
Comment:
It was inexpensive. Lowest cost for a 5770 still with ฮ rebate. HIS provides the choice for rebate to be in check or prepaid card form. Extremely good for those who like a choice or just don't want to hassle with a prepaid card. Runs a bit cooler than the other HIS 5770 I have. None actually other than the usual 128-bit limitation. Unfortunatly the HD 6000 series is out now but the 5000 series nonetheless has a lot of life in it and you can get it for closer to 贄 than 赨 depending on the manufactuer. Got this to Crossfire. Unfortunately not as a lot of a efficiency raise as I hoped but I comprehend that the CPU is the bottleneck now not the video cards. For those worried about the RMA approach with Lexy Pacific, the only factor you really have to be concerned about is the time it takes for replacement. The unit has to be shipped to China for replaement and that takes about a month. Do try to be gentle with your card as with most of the video card companies noticabel harm can void your warranty. Lexy Pacific appears to be generous as long as the harm is not definitely from misuse. Soon after the card died a fan blade broke off when the back of my knuckle came in get in touch with with it when moving a power cable and I had to glue it back in place . That was sufficient for Lexy Pacific to think about my warranty void but they it slide. Often a company will suprise you for a far more costly item. Gigabyte repaired my 赨 MB for no cost right after I bent CPU pins and under their terms voided the warranty. Got lucky

This card is wonderful. Plays Battlefield Negative Business two, Crysis, Assassin's Creed 2, and practically any other game all on high settins and 1600 x 1050 res. Its also extremely quiet, and it looks quite sexy. The CD didn't function. But I installed the drivers via windows update so it wasn't a huge deal. Came in a enormous box, questionable why it necessary that.. The CD itself comes with some fairly cool backgrounds, and some extra characteristics. But otherwise, a Wonderful CARD.

Greatest bang for the buck. This card is absolutely an improvement. Replaced a 4670릘mb HIS card with this 1. WEI Graphics and Gaming Graphics went from 6.8 to 7.four on stock settings. A extremely definite improvement on FPS rates in games (In 1 older game, went from 80fps to 350fps). Overclocking can make the system freeze up. I have given that done some far more research, and located that this is not an isolated issue, several have knowledgeable it. Although I have not played with the OC characteristics a lot however, I applied CCC Auto Tune function to have it select "appropriate" numbers, which CCC stated tested fine. But when I tried to play games, there was considerable artifacts, and it would shortly cause the machine to lock up. Identical occurred when I attempted to run WEI, program locked up.When I turned off the Overclocking entirely, WEI ran effectively, and games are no longer showing the artifacts. No far more lockups. That becoming stated, Overclocking is not one thing you need to Expect to be in a position to do, and I will not knock an egg off for it. For the cash I feel this card is really expense successful and has superior efficiency. Got mine for about 贄 and have had it for about 4 months now. It runs all the games on high even Crysis runs 40+ frames fairly consistent. I haven't ever seen the temp go over 55c. Haven't had any problems so far except.... There seems to be sometimes were the screen brightness is altering regularly but that provides it a minor flicker but it hasn't ever continually done it. Usually takes place following windows 7 does a security window. It's nearly like it has a lag from the screen dim soon after the window is closed out. Also the card is a little bulky and if your pci ports are close together you may possibly want to count 1 or two of them out. But thats about it. I really like this card appears to run cool and plays games like a boss.

Good card, handles all games at 1440x900 maxed out: Fallout 3, Assassins Creed, Left four Dead 1 and Two, Bioshock 1 and two. That's very good sufficient for me...Low spending budget cost and low energy consumption Don't notice any distinction when cross-firing them as of now. Don't go with UPS shipping, the delivery man just left my package wrapped in a garbage sort back in the middle of my drive-way with a note in the mailbox (drive-way is kinda lengthy, but he didn't make the effort to even drive all the way down, not work taking an egg of though) My other thoughts would be none, it's a excellent card, especially if your on a gaming spending budget.

Great midrange card for the income. Haven't had any overheating, glitches, artifacts, and so on. Hopefully my rebate goes by means of generating it an even better deal. I've been receiving difficulties coming out of S3 sleep considering that I installed this card. Other times I'll leave my personal computer for like an hour, and come back to uncover the screen black and the PC unresponsive. I'm convinced it's a OS/driver/BIOS conflict of some type so I wouldn't take it as a knock against the card itself. My only other complaint is that the cooler shell feels type of inexpensive. But whatever, as long as you're not fiddling with it :) Came in a way-too-big shipping box stuffed with kraft paper. Don't get me wrong, absolutely nothing was rattling around (thanks for that!), but could you be a little less... wasteful? I get you probably only have a few set sizes of boxes, but it nonetheless surprised the heck out of me :)

I commonly lean in the nvidia direction but I just couldn't pass this card up. It really runs with the other people at this price point and exceeds in some cases. I know it's an older design but it can still hold it's own against the newest competitors coming out proper now I'm a little bummed out about the physx thing, but not really ATI's fault. I run each ATI and nvidia at my residence, you just have to have to pick the finest card at the price point you are willing to go to. This one can't be stopped for the money they are asking for it.

Streaming video has noticeably improved over the on-board ATI HD 3300 graphiocs. The Vista score went from 4.two to 5.9. The ๳ following mail in rebate (coming Feb. 2) is what created the change worth it. That will make it just short of a month immediately after invest in date. It price Ŭ for that quicker service. It took a couple of installations, and an upgrade to Vista, to get everthing running smooth. I use a 37" Panasonic LED LCD as my very first monitor, But I have but to get my second monitor, a Samsung 25.5", configured correct however (one is for writing, and the other is for investigation). It presently only works as a stretch to the initially. It is nice to know that my machine is in leading shape for visiting young children that wish to play games.

Low-cost.Very good spending budget card.Works terrific for my requirements in HTPC.Quiet.Does do modern day games on low-medium settings. Audio and video on single HDMI. No Direct X 11. Not actually a con given that I knew that going in but be aware.Internet site difficult to navigate, be positive to get the correct driver. Got a random display lock up when I installed the driver for a different HIS 5770 that looks identical, Only a challenge if you don't use the install disc it comes with like I did because I did not want the ATI catalyst bloatware (space is a premium on my 30GB SSD) Got for under ๠ on Black Friday. 7.four WEI's for graphics (if that matters to anybody)

*Amazing price vs. efficiency with this card.*DX 11*Low-Power mode when not in use *Stock Cooler*Long card, barely fit in my old case Definitely can't go wrong with this one. You end up getting to invest ALOT much more for the subsequent range of cards, to get only smaller efficiency increases.ATI's drivers have been steadily improving, which use to be a massive concern for me.

Wonderful Frame Rates, quiet, runs cool. The 4 screws on the back of the card stand way to high. If you are installing much more than one of these in a cross fire setup you will will need to modify the bottom card. I have an old video card laying around that the screws fit perfect, other wise I would have been sunk.Take off one egg for this issue.

Quick Video card Capable of playing all of my newer games at 1680x1050 Maxed Settings (AA x2 MS 16x) at 55-60fps.I'm quite pleased with what I paid for, it was entirely worth the value. The card itself Runs Really Cool, With its fan completely blocked, Although running Metro2033/Furmark I never go above 70c. With out the fan becoming blocked it hasn't gone above 50c. Practically Appropriate after I put the card in, my psu died, and the video card had a definitely poor smell coming from it. Following a day of nonstop running the smell went away.1 of my Video Ports gives bad display output due to a loose connection, but its not a large deal. The Fans Slightly Louder then the rest of my fans but I have it running at 100%, mainly because its blocked by my sound card. Excellent card Worth the price, I strategy to get a different when the cost drops below 100$.The reason I didnt give it five stars is due to the fact of the poor video port, I don't mind it personally but it will be an concern when I hook up a second monitor.

Looks actually cool. Way better than the 4350 silent I had. Its really quiet. Not good in a crossfire configuration on my standard atx, the heatsink bulges past 2 slots, causing the fan to catch on the card below. (Would probably be OK on an extended atx board) Excellent cost, specially with the rebate, looks super cool as nicely. Put the zalman zf1000 cooler on it and it fits fine in crossfire
