With Win 7 Ultimate Media Center, I not only get all the basic cable channels, but I get 17 QAM digital (generally HD) channels... ALL FOR No cost! And with dual tuners, I can record two shows at a time. Media Center seems to love it. Functions flawlessly so far! HD looks great. I ditched cable altogether and am not seeking back. I stream this to my Television by means of my XBox 360 and it simply rocks. Why didn't I do this earlier??? None as of yet, although I hear that some of the capabilities are limited with Windows Vista. Ignore the reviews that say "it doesn't have dual tuners, a single jack is for FM". These individuals don't know what they're speaking about. The one particular Cable plug is internally split so 1 line provides you dual cable tuning.

Finally ordered my second dual tuner for my HTPC. Up to 5 tuners. Will see if Media center craps out with 5 tuners. (Two Dual PCIe, 1 USB). Its been operating great married with AMD Quad Core x945. Nothing at all truly. The only cons are out of my control and its mainly the signal from my provider.

Operates Great with Windows Media Center in Windows 7 House 32-bit OS. Found all accessible analog and digital channels on Comcast cable in California. The new WinTV 7 is ok, much better than version 6, but I'll stick with Windows Media Center for the most component none Vista found the card suitable away, but would not set up the digital QAM tuner. Windows 7 wouldn't come across the card at all till I downloaded the driver from the Hauppauge website, then it worked wonderful. But that Could be because I didn't turn on the PnP OS option in the program BIOS menu on my new motherboard, which was set to OFF by default for some stupid explanation.

None, haven't been in a position to install it. BE Aware!These look to be shipping devoid of the standard height bracket (at least mine didn't). I setup a Windows 7 x64 Windows Media Center program with this as the capture card for a digital antenna. It was extremely simple to setup (just install drivers and reboot) and then tell it use each tuners and locate channels. I have not applied it but. I have Windows XP Pro but I do not have Windows Media Center (at the time of the review it could not be downloaded by itself without upgrading to Windows 7). This card does not come with WinTv software. The CD only has drivers. You will have to spend an addition บ to get the CD with the WinTV software on it. I am told that the similar unit with the remote incorporates the WinTV software program on the set up CD. For an additional ฤ you ought to get the remote and the WinTV software. Effortless setup with SageTV Lousy reception on low-numbered ClearQAM channels likely due to FM interference Something beneath channel 10 (our Comcast HD NBC feed is five-1) is unusable. Even had the cable guy out to test the signal strength and he said it is excellent. (The Tv picks it up fine.) Tech assistance was useless, only saying I should go buy a signal booster, which to me sounded like a rote response to get rid of an additional pesky caller. Nicely even even though I knew better I did and of course it created no distinction (thanks for wasting my time). I believe the card is becoming affected by FM frequencies that bump up against the low-numbered channels.Channels 10+ come in good more than QAM. This is a fantastic card. The channel alter speed rivals that of a settop box and the image is ideal on each analog and digital cable. I haven't utilized the over the air tuner yet considering that i currently have two other tuners that manage that.
