NTSC Tuner functions ok. ATSC (Off Air HDTV) only operates if the signal is close to 100%. Otherwise the sound drops off and there is pixelation. I replaced this with the AVerMedia AVerTVHD Duet - PCTV Tuner. It is a much better card for less income. I would not buy this card for any price. There are significantly better items obtainable at a lower expense. I will not purchase a Hauppauge item again.
