I currently have one in my tower, performs fairly excellent with UV cable sleeving kit. Been operating for about a year just fine, really like it. I order two far more later on and the packaging was horrible.They were squeezed in the newegg box with some external enclosures. The tubes were busted into a billion pieces to no surprise. I wonder who's good concept that was.. I reside in the nation-side and it would of price more to drive to the mail-depo than these things are worth, so I took it as a shed. Newegg is good and I've under no circumstances had an situation just before so it's no true massive deal. eh, honestly not considerably.enjoy newegg shipping even though. fast/secure/tracking.um, they're simple to perform with, nice velcro attachments.for 5-6 bucks, they're pretty sturdy. probabilities of acquiring a DOA look kinda of slim on these. They are super easy to set up, like i said earlier. fairly fantastic i guess. general this cathode is evening very vibrant.my blue cathode complete over powers this cathode.i've study some evaluations that you have to wait for these UV cathodes to get powered up or some thing? - i havnt waited extended enough to try that however. if you're going for a good display with a bunch of UV sata cables, water cooling, you might want to look for anything more potent. if you're situation can fit a bunch of these, mayb 4 or so, then have entertaining :)

These cathodes perform like they need to they are for uv reflective hardware and not for vibrant led light shows. this light is good, it lights up my video card quite nicely. The cord is a little brief, I practically had to splice the wires to make them longer, but ended up not possessing to. They are UV lights.. Not blue Cold Cathode. Don't expect them to light up your system, they are meant to give minimal light and stimulate all the UV items in your case and they do an amazing job at it for a VARY low price! i would however recommend 4 6inch lights rather then 2 12inch to give you more options for light placements to reach all uv active items that may get blocked by large CPU heatsinks or video cards.

I have applied this in two builds. They operate good and light up a fullsize case pretty well. I put two kits in my case but only bring about I wanted the room to glow. None. Been operating solid for a year now and no troubles.

UV is UV.. having the advantage to light other is cool.. pair this with my NZXT 410.. and look amzing.. take in mind that you will stick this to something.. top, rear, bottom, on your system.. prepare your duck tape for more sticking power.. xD

tends to make things in my case glow, like my pci slot fan, or my ram slots that are uv reactive - it was fairly uncomplicated to wire in an antec 900 and they glow a good shade of dark blue/purple they want to involve a lot a lot more velcro if we're to use the stuff it came with, i had to cut a piece in half just to have enough for two and nevertheless had to use electric tape to hold them down considering that the velcro was too weak getting so small getting uv-reactive peripherals from now on, with these lights half my personal computer is going to light up like a friggin radioactive isotope(not like it doesn't now, but still) :D

quite impressed. they gave my case a completely different look. I got a couple of UV reactive cables and now the glowing effect is even better. It doesn't give off much light but thats to be expected with blacklights.
