After reading Iogears response to my original undesirable critique I pulled the keyboard out, installed the 4th set of batteries and followed their directions and.... it functions fine again. It has strange line but as I stated before, works wonderful and very responsive. Mouse has an on/off button. Keyboard has nothing at all to tell no matter whether it's on or off. Clicking Fnc and on/off flashes a light but does that when shutting off or turning on so you just don't know. Given that batteries seem to die with the keyboard just sitting there tends to make me think a physical on/off switch is the way to go in the next version.
